Sadly same issue as other customers have had. Purchased walk in 2 pizzas for 1 deal. The guy taking the order added two portions of garlic bread for some reason and didn't apply the deal. Charged me too much. When asked to correct this I was told Kaleem would be in touch. I raised a complaint both in store and with dominos head office. No responses after the confirmation someone would get back to me and now they are blanking me weeks later. They are either incompetent or thieves.

Worst than Faulty towers. The inability to take an order and then lie about whether it was a delivery or collection was epic. When i called to chase up my order, third time, the phone wasn't put on hold so i heard the whole conversation, where they talked about the delivery going to the wrong address, then they tried to blame me as if i don't know where i live. After 2 hours i told them i was coming over to collect our missing pizzas, only to be met with more denial and indifference. They told me it was never a delivery, but a collection, even though i reminded them that i'd heard the whole "wrong address" conversation. After two and a half hours we finally got our pizza. Some people should not be allowed to work with the public and especially in a customer facing role. Dominoes seemed to have got the all into one branch. This isn't all Dominoes, just Goring by Sea. Epic failures.

15 year old daughter ordered two pizzas online which should have been in the Tuesday 2 for 1 deal. She was charged full price for the two pizzas. The manager when we explained what had happened was completely disinterested and refused to even consider doing anything to put it right. Appalling customer service. Appalling manager. Complete rip off.

We ordered pizzas at 7pm as we didn’t have a kitchen to cook dinner . We asked for delivery but our pizzas never arrived . We waited and rang , waited and rang and eventually gave up at 9pm and were told we would get a refund . I wrote an email to customer service who wrote back saying that they aim to give ‘ exceptional ‘ customer service and that my money would be refunded in 3-5 days . Giving a refund on something you never received isn’t exactly exceptional . I wrote a reply expecting an answer but they haven’t even bothered to reply

If you’re looking for a good cod & chips…..just settle for the chips as that’s the only thing edible. Cod was dry, over cooked and tasteless. From the photos, you can see from my plate, what was left as it didn’t take long for my assumption of the food. Good service by the two young people, but I won’t be going back for that and try something else.
