Zero stars if I could Went for dinner at KFC after work, zinger burger. After taking a few bites of the burger, I noticed the meat inside was pink with a decidedly pink centre. Not eating any more, I took the burger to the counter and complained it was not fully cooked but the man that the counter kept repeating “it’s fine it’s fine it’s fine” Two more people came out of the kitchen and had a look saying “it’s just the sauce it’s fine“ I queried then if they cut the chicken open and put the sauce in the middle? Obviously not but I was trying to make a point that the uncooked part (what they claimed was sauce) was in the very centre! They kept repeating “it is perfectly cooked, we check our ovens every morning” Ok so they check in the morning, this was 5 pm. Ovens can still go wrong during the day, and I seriously question thier stardards if thats the only time they check equipment!? The first man then got out plastic cutlery and started cutting up the chicken, not to show any pieces to myself or his colleagues and not cutting into the pink section for closer inspection. It looked more like he was trying to hide the evidence?  Not getting anywhere with these idiots, I walked out I question going here in future, and would recommend giving them a wide berth for a while FYI with the lighting in their restaurant, my picture does not show how pink it really was 

Another a sh1t show at goring KFC . This time NO CHICKEN !!!!! (on the bone) you had 1 job just 1 job not 2 not 3 just 1 !!! How do you run out of the 1 thing you sell ?? CHICKEN !!!!!! this place is such a joke. And when you ask questions your spoken to like your stupid. No sweetie you are stupid you ran out of the 1 thing that makes your business tick. Maybe I dodged a bullet here. Pure madness

Immaculate chicken, thats all i thought as each mouth watering bite entered my mouth, the spices, the watermelon and the customer service was all perfect. If i could live here inside the kfc walls i would, just so i could smell that sweet sweet deep fryer. 10/10

Everything has dry, cold,and rubbery. I wouldn’t even give this to my dogs (and didn’t - most of the meal went in the bin).

Im giving this a 1 as i cant go lower. We had food delivered from this KFC via Just Eat. In a piece of chicken i found a shard of metal around 3.5 inches ling after i bit in to it. We contacted the store and all that was said was we will check the flour mix. When contacting head office they apparently contacted the store and area manages, a £20 voucher was offered but that would not even cover the order. Since i have raised this DANGEROUS ISSUE with the local Food Standards Agency Do not eat here

Food was crap Burger looked like a car had driven over it flat , about 5 squares of iceberg and half a tub of mayo. Chips cold , sides rock hard Drink flat no fizz Stay away from this one . Disgusting 🤮

Absolutely SHOCKING. I ordered a 4 piece colonel meal and got 4 drumsticks. No breast, no keel, no thigh and no wing. Clearly the staff are not following the QPM as my drumsticks were dry and the spicy coating was burnt. This chicken was clearly held past it's time. Chicken on the bone is held for a maximum 45 minutes. This is YUM brand standard. Check your back office computer versus what's on hold. You are obviously ghost cooking and not following the QPM. My wife's festive fillet stacker was black. Not from over holding as it was moist, but from dirty unchanged oil. I bet you are wondering how I know all this?? Because I'm an Area Manager for KFC. Not of your franchise thank god as I would shut you down. Watch out guys, I will be popping down for a visit tomorrow, camera in hand. I will pass on what I find together with photos of the disgusting meal I had today for which I was charged £25. Never, ever again. Who is your shift manager tonight? Wait, dont worry, I will check when I come down tomorrow.

Worst kfc ever! Cold fries, limp burger with NO LETTUCE OR MAYO. Charged £7 Daylight robbery. Won’t be back!

This is the worst KFC I have ever had dealings with. EVERY TIME I have visited this place there has been a queue that never moves. I ordered today through Just Eat and they couldn't even give fulfil the order properly. The cold drinks were warmer than the food. They just can't be bothered. If you want my advice, don't bother using them. Hopefully KFC will take their franchise off them. They don't deserve it.

Ordered a couple of times recently via just eats. Just about every order has been muddled although complete. The last two occasions items have been missing. No point phoning and tried to claim online via just eats - although it’s KFC that are sending out the wrong order. Don’t expect to be refunded from just eats so for now we will no longer use this KFC. ALSO how are you supposed to take a photo of a missing item??

KFC Going-by-Sea, how difficult is it to fulfil an order that it taken electronically? We ordered 2 * 4 piece boneless meals and you gave us 2 * 3 piece meals. I tried phoning you, 12 times and it just kept going to voicemail, you were not that busy. So, cold food, wrong food, friendly service (Not), happy warm inviting environment (Not)! We’ve being in Goring for three and a half years and thought we would give you a try. We will NOT be back any time soon. £13 for what we got was very poor value for money when I can get a hot, tasty Chinese for two with three times as much food for £20! Give this one a miss!!!

Every single week I wait and wait and wait, Staff are rude, slow and incompetent. I get home and my order is cold and totally wrong. Every single week for at least 3 months. I give up!

Who is the manager of this excuse for a KFC It was so poor - chips were cold and the portion size was shocking about a tablespoon of chips I’d say and this is not an exaggeration ! The chicken was over cooked and chewy Feel cheated and want my money back hope Broadwater KFC is better because I will not go back here except to collect my refund

Ordered food at 8.40pm arrived at 10.25pm cold and horrible Will never use this branch again !!!! Ruined a family evening

Well well well I Did it to myself once again. I had a 50% off uber eats and was feeling lazy. (lesson learnt) where should we start with this poor excuse of a kfc. Fries cold. Tower fillet tasteless. Hash brown looked like it was 6 days old and had traveled from South East Asia on the bottom of tire! The chicken in the burger Luke warm at best and zero seasoning. The hot wings was about as hot as a winters day in sweeden. But even worse was the fact they had no seasoning either. The Gravey was just a brown water again nothing Gravey like about it. This place is doing kfc an In justice and I have no idea how they keep customers. I will be going to Broadwater in future. When calling the store manager he didn't care didn't offer a refund nothing. Very very poor

It’s a long time ago since I had KFC from Goring Rd and I guess it will be the last . How it has changed . After a long wait our order arrived we were given a bottle of soda as an apology . When we got home we found the coleslaw we ordered and paid for had not been put in the bag. The chicken was dry and overcooked and very salty. It was awful.

Burn black oil, poor hygiene. badly trained staff.... Needs a visit from a health inspector.. AVOID. I rang them to complain and they said they couldn't care less because we are paid minimum wage

We use this KFC because it's near to use, have noticed over last few months if you order any size bucket you get all legs and thigh portions never any good portions just rubbish bits you would not eat on a whole chicken. Like others state if you do not check you order then it will mostly be wrong. We are so fed up with having poor portions of chicken that we are not eating KFC no more.

If you like being ignored then this is the place to go. Staff take for ever to acknowledge you. The service is nothing short of embarrassing.

The service when I attended was very bad and the food was equally poor. I will not be going to any KFC in Worthing again. I am so disappointed in the way the KFC food has gone down hill.

We had a toothless dirty looking member of staff serve us at the till. That should have been our que to leave. We were hungry, so ordered. Got home and this is what we received. The most stale shrivelled bun I've ever seen and tasted. No sauce, and stobe cold. C.O.t.B was mushy had clearly been over heated for hours. Do yourself a favour and give it a miss.

Ordered a delivery through just eat. Stated an hour delivery time. Didn’t arrive for over an hour and a half. Coleslaw instead of the gravy asked for. Delivery driver couldn’t give a cr*p and told us to contact just eat who fobbed us off repeatedly. Avoid. Would have gone in there but they always have a queue a mile long that they can’t seem to deal with.

Made the mistake of going back here after my last visit - where our chicken was tough and like it had been cooked a couple of days ago and then warmed back up.So guess what, we gave them another try and got an equally poor portion of dried out and dark brown chicken (if thats what you call it) - it was discussing to say the least.Someone from KFC needs to get in there quick as it’s disgraceful.

The chicken and chips were fine, as you would expect, however, I requested that two portions of chips were replaced by mini cobs, the staff member said "Yes," On returning home I found that this had not been done. I strongly recommend that you check any order before the leaving the premises, this is not the first time I have had an order incorrectly made up by this franchise.

Good god I'm only angry at myself really for giving this dump another go. This might be the worst KFC in the UK and world. Small bits of chicken cooked in clearly substandard conditions. This taste like a nasty chicken shop not a KFC. On this night we was given fries that I watched go from the heat lamp back in to the fryer. When I questioned it I wax told that they had no chips left lol.

Incredible how hit or miss KFC franchises seem to be. This is one of the worst. Dry, tasteless chicken on the bone. Chips were soggy and had an overwhelming taste of vegetable oil. Couldn’t finish the meal. Woke up the next morning with a hangover type feeling from all the salt. Avoid!

Only go to this kfc if you have plenty of time to spare. There was a queue of 20 plus customers in a snake around the store but on till open and they were stopping serving to get the drinks for every order. There seemed enough staff to open the other till but it seemed as it was a rudderless ship, don’t know if there was anybody in charge or not. The food wasn’t really worth the wait either, the hot wings when getting home didn’t seem cooked but to far to go back.

Been going to goring kfc for many years, it can be very hit or miss. We brought the family bucket as there was 4 of us sharing. We waited over 20 minutes. When we finally got home we was very disappointed. We had no legs no breast just 5 little wings and 5 looking rib cages, your meant to get 4 chips but they were that small it might aswel been 2 and a half bags.the whole meal only really fed 2 of us.The chips had skins on them. Didn’t taste how they use too. We think it’s a disgrace considering it cost us £17.50. Won’t be returning in a hurry.

Long wait. And for ten minutes we were the only ones in there. Our meal got given to someone else despite calling the number.

Ordered a chicken sandwich with extra mayo, a 3 pice meal - no drink but gravy instead. Took my money. “The Manager” found it amusing that I had ordered extra mayo with the sandwich..... weird !. Then charged me separately for the chicken legs, chips and gravy so it worked out more expensive. When questioned - he wasn’t bothered at all. Overall cleanliness - not good. Chef or someone out the back smoking !!. And the guy that cooked my chicken sandwich, scratching his head and nose - didn’t see him wash his hands or the guy who was smoking out the back. Conclusion- As I told the Manager who didn’t seem to care. “ I WON’T BE BACK” to that branch !!!!. AVOID !!!.

Went to this kfc on Wednesday 4th July only to see sign on the door shut.this is happening way to much at this kfc in goring.i think it's about time kfc done something about this shop.travelled 7 miles to get my kfc only for it to be shut.i won't bother anymore going to this store.they are also running out of products all the time.plus they are always getting the orders wrong.once asked for 12 bits of chicken and only had 8.sort this store out or lose your customers.

I pop in once a month on my way back from Goring Hall Hospital, its my monthly treat.

Let's be real this chicken ain't good for nobody. Crispy deep fried chicken. This place should he shut down, having seen first hand the lack of hygiene by the staff it's a shambles. Don't eat here kids or at any KFC for that matter :(

I eat here weekly and out of the 3 kfc in Worthing this is far the best. I would say if you have a big order I’d check it before you leave. And with winter coming please please fix the front door.

The best KFC in Worthing and always busy. Food always great! Staff friendly & efficient. Sometimes difficult to park.

Ok so a few things about this KFC

Not my first visit to this branch, and was redeeming on my KFC reward card, did not get the additional item and nearly did get my drink. More care is neede

First time visiting this branch. Managed to get a seats for the 3 of us. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Service was friendly and efficient unlike Worthing town centre. Food was good quality. Will be returning.

This is, by far, the best KFC in the Worthing area. Staff are always friendly and it's easy to park too.

After 15 minutes asked for my money back and left.
