The food is lovely but the service from the woman who drives the van is not. Every time I buy something from her she’s nothing but blunt and rude to me, doesn’t even say hello or thank you.

Sunday brunch after a long walk. The staff are super friendly. Had the eggs benedict. Outstanding. This is a hidden gem on the high st.

Lovely food but a very loud and chaotic atmosphere. Staff were loudly dragging tables across the room and a couple of other tables were so loud that we couldn't hear each other speak. Shame as the meal was very good.

It was an amazing place to go the food was absolutely amazing and all the workers there are so kind. Recommendation, when you get the prawn crackers definitely eat it with the sweet chilli sauce. It was delicious.

The best spot ever! WARM HOSPITALITY and lovely people (especially Sasha and Rita and Enzo) and great lunch and drinks ! I go a lot ! Tyyyyy

This is an amazing restaurant. Our go to for great food and service. I'm gutted that it is no longer open 😪 the food is of a high quality and the service is exemplary.

The food is of the highest standard, its exceptional, as are the staff. Lovely atmosphere so friendly, we recommend this restaurant 110 percent.

The Red Lion is a large pub with lots of outdoor seating, including a beer garden with outdoor bar next to the river. The food menu is small but has 1 vegan option (currently a chilli and mushroom linguine). The linguine was excellent, a warmth from the chilli without being spicy. Portion size was good although as someone who really likes pasta I would have liked a slightly bigger portion. There's also a vegan dessert that isn't sorbet or a brownie... Hallelujah! The vefan maple pecan pie was delicious. I think it's technically a treacle tart with a single layer of pecans on top but ether way it was very tasty! Service was great, a very friendly guy was ensuring all the customers were satisfied.

Amazing pizza. Plenty of toppings and cheese, hot and well cooked, not greasy at all. Great garlic dip too

It's a really lovely friendly local pub

We usually came for coffee and cake, but decided to have a go on the breakfast and we were not dissapointed. Full Endlish was great for my husband and bacon with brie and cranberry toastie was very good for me. Coffe was tasty too!

Giovanni looked after so well and was very patient and understanding with my elderly mothers requests! Lovely service and meal.
