Enjoyable place to eat and have coffee or tea. Great desserts. Service was excellent. And close to the river for a nice pre or post meal walk. If you're in the area and need a bite to eat, this is excellent.

Being Shepperton locals we have been to the Ferry Coffee shop many, many times over the years. In my opinion, their breakfast bap beats all breakfast options in the surrounding areas and is well priced. Great place for coffees, breakfast and lunch. Large outside areas at front and back with river views means there is always something going on and there are little shops at the back too. As the name suggests they also operate the ferry so you can come over from the Weybridge side should you wish. Highly recommended and a great feature that I am proud to have in Shepperton.

Very friendly staff and GENUINELY the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had. All in a pleasant setting by the river. I would definitely recommend this cafe.

Went here for breakfast as we were staying in the area over bank holiday. My husband had a breakfast ban and said it was nice and I had scrambled eggs on toast which I found very poor for the money it cost . I think the eggs were cooked in the microwave as they looked like an omelette chopped up and over cooked with no seasoning.

Only go as local to meet friends, coffee is pretty average and the breakfast I had was horrible, would never eat there again.

I come here regularly. Contrary to some comments on here, the staff are wonderful and I’ve never waited an excessive time for my food. The cafe can be very busy at times BUT to me that shows just how good the food and service is. Please don’t ever change, I really enjoy my visits. Oh and a dog friendly place too!

Again my 2nd visit. And the ham and cheese toasty are just as bad . Ham the size of a 2 pence piece as for the cheese almost none . I complain on my last visit before lockdown but no change. The coffee shop is lovely and the staff are wonderful. But please put a bit more into your sandwich. Richard Goodman

Found by accident while passing thinking it was only a retail outlet for Nauticalia (which it is as well). Only had coffee but that was very nice and was brought to our table reasonably quickly. The attached aforementioned shop is fun and well worth a browse at some stage.

I Love this place. The staff are sweet and helpful. The Latte is lovely. Infact it's my favourite place for coffee. Oh and if you fancy a sweet treat - the pumpkin and ginger cake is delicious. I hesitate to tell you of this place as I don't want to make it toooooo popular!

Tasteful upgrade to what was a shop and chandeliers. Coffees were very nice, and hotter than usual. Service was good and friendly, if a little slow.

Really nice little coffee shop over looking the river close to Shepperton lock, this is perfectly placed for people walking down by the river or riding by on their bikes. Coffee and service is excellent and the cakes aren't bad either!

We were walking a stretch of the Thames path and reached the ferry from Weybridge to Shepperton at just about the time we were ready for a coffee break. The sight of this attractive, small café right next to the jetty was, then, most welcome.

This Coffee Shop has it all; delightful staff, great service and a good selection of food and drinks. The location, close to the Thames at the scenic Shepperton Lock, is superb. The customer service is a model for others to follow. If you really want to be treated like a Captain the. Visit this venue and you won’t be disappointed. Take a look at the shop and try the ferry service to Weybridge too.

BEWARE OF PARKING TICKET!!! i popped in and connected my car for charging. I have since received a fine. Really poor signage here to warn drivers that there are park costs. Really terrible way to treat customers.

Arrived, swift hassle free check-in. We were guven a room in the annexe. Despite being a sunny day, the room was dark and cold. Large room recently painted . The old furniture was configured, so it was all in the same area, so it made the room cramped. Bed was comfy. It's I a tranquil location next to a public launch. However, it's under a flight path, so took a while to get to sleep. Bathroom needs a revamp and a shower screen as a draft blows the curtain and let's the water escape. Mould on the ceiling The breakfast room was very dated, and breakfast was not the best qualify ingredients. Sliced bread for me is a complete no-no with traditional English! Afternoon staff were not that knowledgeable about the surroundings area. Great location for a mooch along the Thames. The picturesque Shepperton lock t a 15 minute walk. We will be in the area again, but even though it was great value, and we like to support independent budiness we wouldn't return., the rooms in the main hotel however maybe much better than the annexe.

The friendly, helpful staff were the only positive at lunch today. The seats were stained and there was a pervading smell of old cooking fat in the restaurant, if there were other dining choices nearby we would have left. My friend and I both had the ribs and salad which was perfectly ok. This place definitely needs a good clean!
