fantastic salmon tikka masala, just incredible! enough for 2 persons I'd say. naan bread delicious and pilau rice lovely and fragrant. delivery driver was lovely which just made it an overall great service. Oh and the food was piping hot so amazing! Early delivery a bonus. thank you.

30 mins late with a pre order of a hour and a halfs notice. was supposed to be delevered at half 7 and turnt up at 8. there phone lines off the hook so you cant get through. also said on the app it had been delevered on time.

One of the best Indian restaurants I have taken away from. The food is always consistently good…the chefs do an amazing job with their flavours and we have never had a bad experience. Not eaten in the restaurant before, just take away, but I am sure it is of the same quality.

Ordered food, was told approx 1hr delivery - 2 and a half hours later, nothing! Tried calling restaurant for over 40mins constantly engaged - poor showing! Three hours later still nothing, can’t get through and have paid for nothing!!!

Ordered food at 7.37 food arrived at 8.57 it was cold and missing part of the order. delivered by there own driver no sorry we are late nothing just couldn’t get away fast enough didn’t even let me check the order! I rang them he said I can send out the missing item WHAT and wait another hour and a half for more cold food, he then said he will have a word with the driver what good is that, and to cap it all the garlic mushrooms we’re not only cold but just about covered the bottom of the tin foil

Mumbai Square is always amazing

The only reason I’m not giving 5 star is because I didn’t think much of the mixed salad but the lamb saaag and the rice was amazing thank you I’m happy with my just eat order today was cooked well and when I opened the steam came out was very fresh I recommend the sag lamb and two rice. Very nice

One of the worst Bangladeshi restaurants trying to sell themselves as Indian restaurant. The first time ever I tasted a 'sweet' chicken tikka masala which was mentioned as one of the specialities. The borders of the naan were an uncooked plump of dough that I could not do anything about but to throw away. This is one of the worst Bangladeshi/Pakistani run restaurant trying to sell themselves as Indian restaurant.

Lovely food although very disappointed with the stale poppadoms on my recent order ! Very unlike them as have never had issues and food has always been excellent.

I really enjoyed my meal. It was prepared within a reasonable time and the staff are pleasant.

Food was genuinely nice and good value. Delivery was terribly late, tried to ring the restaurant repeatedly but engaged. Had a text from the restaurant when i chased further with a new time given, was still late even with the new delayed time. Shame really as i won't order again despite the quality of food as delivery was so poor. Delivery driver seemed embarrassed by the situation, explaining that the previous delivery he made was 50 minutes late and that there are "really no excuses" for the situation.

The food was cold when it arrived, it had to be heated up in the microwave. The onions and peppers in the chiken balti were under cooked. We have been using this takeaway for a while, the last 2 meals have not been good, we will be looking for somewhere else.

Absolute joke won’t be ordering from here again. 20 minutes after deadline time so in total 1hr and 30 minutes!! No apology from driver and no answer from either number from restaurant after 20 minutes of trying absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Hi. I am a regular customer of your restaurant specially ordering specific items every time. Not sure if your cook changed but the Paneer Shashlik that I ordered today was way too oily. May be for next time this needs to be taken care of. Rest food was good as always!

Mumbai Square is our go-to Indian restaurant - they have a great selection of vegetarian curries we can't find anywhere else, and the food is always tasty.

Expensive and felt intimidating sorry but great food just annoyed as I think they over charged me also wanted to eat in but they put it in a bag and sent me and my partner on our way for no reason.

Consistently lovely food and good value

Ordered take takeaway received our food order had curry sauce and starter sauces missing and we were told they would bring it out to us - never turned up and not helpful when called to complain.

Had a marvellous meal here this evening. We were greeted warmly and offered a table opposite the bar. The place is pleasantly decorated and looks fresh and clean. Tables have clean bright white table cloths and a cotton napkin in a metal ring, you can see your reflection in the clean cutlery. All the plates given to you are hot. The staff were friendly and attentive and whilst they didn't have bottles of Cobra, they had an alternative called Bangla which we tried and it was excellent. We had 1 plain and 1 spicy popadom each with pickles and they were both fresh and excellent. We skipped the starters and went straight for mains with some sides. 1 lamb dhansak, 1 chicken tikka dhansak, 1 saag bhaji (spinach), 1 bombay aloo (potatoes), 1 mushroom rice and 2 peshwari naan breads. We shared one large bottle of Bangla between us and just as a taste test, we also shared 1 half pint of Cobra draught. We definitely recommend sticking with the Bangla bottle beer, it had far more body and flavour. I have been eating curries regularly since 1984, so I like to think that I know a great curry when I've had one. I have to say that this was up there with the best. In fact the lamb dhansak was so delicious, I ordered an extra one to take away! Perfect heat, depth of flavour and the lamb was so tender and tasty. Absolutely marvellous. The saag and bombay aloo were extremely delicious too, as we're the peshwari naans. We ate a little of the mushroom rice and it too was worthy of eating by itself, so as not to mask its flavour. All round one of the best curry house experiences that I have had in my lifetime. A complete and utter unexpected pleasure on my part, since this is the first time I have been back in this restaurant since 2007, when it was Le Spice. The total bill, including drinks and my extra takeaway dhansk was £55. Very reasonable. Hot towels were served once we had finished eating and After Eight mints were served with the bill. They also do a Banquet night on a Wednesday for £15.95 per person for any starter, any main course, any side dish and rice or a bread included. Which is excellent value. This restaurant is highly recommended by me. I will be returning and I may even have my 60th birthday party here in a couple of years time. Thank you for a truly wonderful culinary experience.

The food was very good we both enjoyed it. Due to the Hampton Court flower show and local road works the food was delivered late. The restaurant kept us updated of the situation and the driver persevered for an hour and ten minutes to get through the traffic.

Beautiful food- absolutely delicious!

I've ordered from this establishment for many years..however today I placed an order costing £30 + were we getting pomadoms I said which would normally come with the order..no you have to pay...never have before I said..you have "made us" come out and deliver them to you when you haven't had them..no I said we always get them..I said I don't like your attitude and won't be ordering from you in the future..the response..I'm the owner and that's fine!! What great customer service ehh..not!!!

I had paneer butter masala but TBH it was like dessert. I have tried many Indian restaurants in UK but never had dessert in main course with Naan🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 But the staff were very nice and friendly. We were bit late but still they managed to accommodate us and we finished our dinnr by 11PM. Yes, you heard it right.. they close the restaurant at 11PM..

Food was warm because delivery late, however the quality and flavour of the food was awesome even though warm.

Called the restaurant and advised the driver was late leaving and had one drop on the way. Food was cold and couldn’t be bothered to call back. This is exceptionally poor given the wait time and it was 10 mintiest over the latest time.

Try nice chicken korma and biryani was very tasty highly recommended.

Ordered a take away to collect. When I collected and paid for it, I was given an incomplete order. This I only discovered once at home. I called them and they acknowledged that I was mistakenly only given one bag instead of two and promised to deliver the rest of my order. This they did, but it was still incomplete. I tried calling them again, but after trying for more than 30 minutes get through, I went to the restaurant to find out what went wrong again. I was given the rest of my order with no apology or explanation. The manager wasn’t interested in explaining to me what went wrong. This is totally unacceptable - I would have been happy with an apology, but now will never support them again.

Absolute disgrace! I ordered for a delivery which i was told would take 45 minutes. I received an email saying it would be delayed and arrive 1 hour 15 mins after i ordered and i accepted that. The order still had not arrived 2 hours later and no one was answering the phone after calling 20 times. I went down to the restaurant and demanded my food and a refund. The options i were given was for them to cancel my order or to be given my food with £5 off! I refused and demanded a full refund for waiting 2 hours for delivery after not being told and then having to collect myself. I was told that was unreasonable and was not allowed both, customers in the restaurant fully agreed with me as well as another person who had the same problem. I was told to leave after not arguing or raising my voice at all. After a while i agreed to take my food and accept the £5 off, and the manager had already cancelled my order without telling me! I still wanted my food so i payed again with the money off. I got home and i was missing items from my bag. This is the worst experience i’ve had and the poorest customer service ever, i highly recommend not ordering delivery from here or hoping your order isn’t wrong as they will do nothing to accommodate you.

Some items didn't follow the choices, momo and tikka wrap had salad in when it was meant to be plain.

All of the food tasted amazing this order!!! Whoever the chef was, they did a fantastic job all round and we prefer their cooking compared to some previous orders! Would love it if in general the food quality was consistent and as good as this time. The chicken tikka masala, chilli paneer and saag paneer were particularly delicious and had a lot of depth to the flavour.

Lovely fresh food crisp salad tandoori chicken was moist and delicious. Also the prawn curry and the chutneys. I tried the coconut chutney as well for the first time ever and it was so nice with the prawn curry. I would recommend Mumbai Square for their wonderful food and excellent service.

The chicken in both dishes had clearly been cooked earlier and reheated. It was dry and hard. The rice was also dry. Yet again there was an item missing. The only good things were the Bombay potatoes and the poppodoms. Never again!

Some items in the order were missing and overall this time the food did not taste good. Not sure if the chef was different compared to the previous time but all the food flavour lacked depth (chicken was soggy with watery sauce, chilli and saag paneer tasted bland etc)

Mumbai Square - Wednesday 9th November - 19:30 Entrance has a small step and the external and interior door are manual. Wednesday is banquet night so you get a starter, main and side dish for £15.95 but some dishes in the menu come with an additional cost; not all of us opted for the banquet special but I would definitely recommend it. Poppadom were brought out, nice, warm and fresh. Two of the guests had starters but at 20:50 we still didn’t have the main. I asked the waiter were the food was and he commented that persons had starters and the mains would be brought out when they finished “that’s how we do it here”. I do think they should read the room better as we had finished the starters and were waiting for the mains; if I hadn’t asked I think we would have still been waiting. Plates were hot as was the food. Food was plentiful and was very nice. I have been here before and would come again; overall a nice experience.

Absolutely the most best delicious Indian meal myself and my sister have had. We were house sitting for our parents in Shepperton ans wanted and Indian take away for a Saturday night. We are now going to try a sit in at the restaurant. Thank you so much.

First time with Mumbai Square. The Butter Chicken was very tender but extremely sweet and ratio of meat to sauce was maybe 75% sauce. Somehow they manage to make Poppadoms that are crispy to bite into but then immediately turn to rubber. On the upside, delivery was absolutely on time (we put on a pre-order) and you won't find better Onion Bhajis (amazingly good) and the Pilau Rice was tasty. So gotta say, my experience was distinctly mixed. Don't order Butter Chicken or Poppadoms but Onion Bhajis were so good, I'd say try and see what you think.
