Very Small Costs coffee, quite clean. Very busy for the area.

My favourite place for a morning coffee.

Coffee was good and the staff were all very nice. The cafe itself was a bit worn looking, and the tables and floor could have done qith a clean but ok apart from that.

Great Costa, writing this review because of 1 outstanding staff member, believe her name is Yusor. Always has such a great vibe and energy! Best way to start any day. Yusor, you deserve a pay rise/bonus 100%

Located right on Shepperton high street and about a 3 minute walk from the train station the cafe has all the amenities and standards you expect from a Costa. Firstly, I would like to mention the fact that as of April 2023, there is wifi, which is desperately needed as Shepperton has notoriously bad signal. Also the seats right at the back have a couple of plug sockets. So if you need to charge devices, it is possible but if it is busy you may be out of luck. There is also one single use toilet at the back that is accessible for people with disabilities. As far as cafe toilets go I found this to be pretty clean. The cafes furnished quite nicely, in line with other Costa’s, but could use a little refresh. It is nonetheless a comfy place to relax and grab a coffee for an hour or so. The staff were lovely and friendly and seemed to have a friendly rapport with many local customers, who clearly come in regularly. This was nice to see as you don’t often see this in big chains, but the quietness of Shepperton makes this possible. The food and drink were exactly what you expect of Costa, my Cappuccino was made quickly and tasted great. The Cinnamon Bun and Bakewell Tart are favourites of mine and didn’t disappoint. All in all I would definitely come back again if I found myself in the area and had a bit of time to kill. Food and beverage were of the standard you expect, all the facilities you could need, comfy atmosphere and friendly staff… not much more you could want really…

Pretty standard food and drink selection as expected at a Costa chain outlet. The staff are friendly and helpful. The actual store is in desperate need up some attention and possibly a refit. A bench chair must have been broken at some point and now sits at an awkward angle - it's been like that for over a year. The toilet lock was out of order for at least a couple of weeks. The staff seem to do cleaning, but the tired decor and furnishings make the place feel grubby. It's the only cafe on Shepperton High Street that is open until 6pm - if the others ever decide to open for an hour or two longer, I'm sure this Costa store will see less traffic.

This is a small place so it's likely to be crowded at peak times. Staff are friendly and the food and drinks were good the times I visited. If you're in a rush and visiting to get something quickly and, let's say, go and catch a train, I'd say that, if there's a queue of more than 2/3 people, it's a better idea to go and catch the train. There's only 1 till and the speed of the queue doesn't only depend on the person serving but also on the customer deciding, choosing, paying and I've noticed that it might take time.

Shepperton Rude staff, took ages to serve when only a few people in there and two people behind the till. Left without a drink ridiculous

Buen servicio pero pedí el café de promoción de ésta temporada y estaba agotado, y tampoco tenían ningún tipo de pastel, pedí un mini pannetone y tampoco tenían y eran las 10 de la mañana...., muy decepcionante.....

Quick service. Quite small, but in a handy location and usually with parking spaces outside or across the road. Best to ask for a receipt, as food in front of the till hides the price display. Edit - Food in front of the till has now been moved away, but the price information still is not shown. There is a new machine you can press to get a receipt, but it only shows the total. You still have to ask for an itemised receipt which annoys the staff. I still do so though as I've found by doing that that I've sometimes been charged for the wrong items or the wrong size of drink. If I could press a button and get an itemised receipt I would do so.

Waited for about ten mins got a nearly cold coffee that was so weak it was yuk

Smaller costa are but still always clean with polite staff. There are limited tables to seat more than 2 people though which is a shame as we are a family of 8 so makes it difficult to ever find space but they are limited on space in the cafe so it's not their fault.

Lovely little Costa in Shepperton High Street. Always clean and the staff are lovely. Normal Costa drinks and food on offer here. The shop is a bit narrow so there aren't many tables for groups apart from two 4 seater at the back, the rest are generally 2 seater due to the lack of space but still a nice place to drop in for a quick, quiet coffee.

Good selection of items and hot drinks. Probably the best hot chocolate out of all the chains IMO. Usually quick service with a smile and tables and floor are usually very clean

On Sunday I came in for my morning coffee and got great service from three young girls. My coffee was top notch! Keep up the amazing work.

Brilliant in every way with Aircon and amazing coffee. Only downside was that the nber of people per table were badly managed so a 6 person taable had 2 people even with a sign saying only sit in groups of 4 to 6

Coffee was dreadful. Cost cutting taken to the extreme sumized being rather light on the quantity of beans used. Feedback provided to Costa Shepperton, but no response.

I do not drink coffee or any hot drinks but am regularly sent by my Mrs to get her coffee and this place is clean with friendly helpful staff so got to 5 starts in my eyes

A decent little coffee shop. Much like every other Costa, this one has good coffee and comfortable seats but does little to try to stand out from the crowd.

Overpriced and drink was watery

Preety busy when I visited at midday on Friday but still found a table. Good service and some bike parking out front for four bikes.
