Good Coffee, very kind service and a clean toilet.

I ordered a panini with eggs, bacon and cheese and it was pretty fulfilling, I couldn’t finished it. The hot chocolate was perfect (not so sweet). And the service was nice as well.

Alright, popped into this cafe when killing time waiting for my service dog to be groomed. Odd atmosphere, I'm moderately deaf so can't hear well. But I asked if I could pop to the loo quick when ordering. It was my bad I ended up waiting 25 mins for the loo and gave up and went sat down with my food despite bursting for the loo. lovely guy at the counter, appreciated the service of popping in the table for me. Club sandwich was okay, too much salad and tomato barely chicken. Iced coffee standard not great. The elderly women was brought out by her I think husband who must have saw me waiting they argued a bit. Then I managed to go the loo within 3 mins of relieving myself the door got knocked on twice. Further 5 mins knocked on twice again. It was the staff. I gave up and left didn't even finish my sandwich. They didn't explain why they were knocking just oh just checking there's someone in there. Didn't knock or bother the elderly lady who has been in there 30 mins before me tho.

At very short notice (40 mins) accommodated an order of 10 jacket potatoes + toppings for collection. Very reasonable priced, very friendly and great food. Havent eaten in but the whole place was busy so even more grateful they were able to accommodate. Really appreciate it and we will use again.

The woman serving me and my father stared at us as we ordered instead of writing it down or putting it in the till, got my order wrong and then proceeded to argue with me over what I ordered. For a cafe they don't even do simple iced drinks, food was mediocre and service was terrible. Complete waste of our money.

My point of view is absolutely brilliant wonderful experience luxury service with friendly atmosphere everyone has always friendly service every time customers enjoy the service the the staff is always put everyone customers full respect when I want there my first time socialising got my team together and one to one conversation I found my first buddy is completely incredible and knowing for 8 years since 2015 and still together

You will find here the very best coffee anywhere around and expertly made. The selection of food available compliments the quality of the coffee and other beverages. Customers always return to become regulars because of this and due to the friendly staff. Café Mocha d’ creates a friendly atmosphere and community hub, anytime from 06:30 until late afternoon. I have been a regular for over 3 years and have no reason to go elsewhere. Highly recommended. Well done.

Coffee is brilliant! Hot (very!) and strong but not bitter. Good quality. Café is clean and un fussy, service with a smile, hot cups, too. In a parade with three coffee shops this happy family-run business deserves its customers and looks after them.

I've just visited this wonderful cafe. I only wanted a milkshake which was good. However having sat here for the last 15 mins watching the world go by I can see how much passion and love the employee/owner have for this place. Almost every customer that's walked in the door after me has been greeted by name and order known. It's very easy these days to find a reason to complain but I have none and I'll be visiting again next time I'm around the area.

The Whole experience is outstanding the staff is completely awesome always friendly service every time I created my team and also the 1 to 1 buddy’s I got together and also the 10th one card a free drink is totally worth it for conversations and social gathering and listening to everyone in the outside of mock’d includes Emma Webber mick Murphy to eve Louise and David ray also Celine Claire Whiteley and Emma spooner are members of mock’d we chilling out with everyone is helpful each everyone in the staff are wonderful fantastic service every time. Worst coffee in Shepperton,oat milk flat white tasted like a nescafe with water totally rank, that and a croissant £4.20 its a wonderful age we live in when we can be mugged off like this, cannot fault the service very polite lady served me but don't bother here if u enjoy coffee cos you won't at this place

This unassuming little cafe is the hub of the village. The staff are friendly, the coffee and snacks are good and Covid 19 safety regulations are in place. It’s a busy meeting place for locals and the outside tables are favoured by dog walkers (and smokers).

It's our local cafe which we visit most days, lovely staff. Spotlessly clean. Love it.

I have been coming to this cafe for many years and have always found the food and service to be excellent. There is a wide selection of pastries, sandwiches and paninis. I like the fruit tarts which are delicious. Today I had a cheese and onions panini which was lovely. I have recently given up caffeine so I had a decaf tea which was very nice

I call this review lung cancer not only because the owners attitude is like lung cancer but because there was people smoking i went to work for 3 hours to come back to see them still smoking.i got an iced latte that they added sugar to when i said NO sugar the only decent thing i ate was a a cheese ham and tomato croissant everybody who goes here are little kids or suicidal people who have pride in being druggies no kids go hear they know it is terrible the decor was rubbish and the owner begged me to buy his painting i asked if he drew it he said yes (it was the monar lisa)

Best cafe in the area, such nice owners and staff, never less than impressed. The quiche is the best for miles around, often the cause of a detour through Sheperton.

Stopped for coffee, which was very nice in the centre of shepperton. Very good barista as my coffee was lovely. They also have a selection of savoury pastries which looked lovely including vegan. Will be back

This small independent coffee bar in the high street of SHEPPERTON is people and dog friendly and outside tables often include smokers. Locals come in to read papers and meet friends. A small but fresh ranged of pastries and sandwiches to order. Delicious coffee.

Very popular with the local residents, this offers a lovely, friendly alternative to the Costa a few doors away. Sacha and his team offer a warm welcome, made-to-order sandwiches, baguettes and panini and good coffee. Rounded off with a selection parties. Good for a continental-style breakfast as well.

Always a pleasant place to visit. The staff are friendly and the food is freshly prepared to order. Lovely selection of cakes. It would be even better if tea was available by the pot instead of just by the mug - especially as the staff are so willing to supply extra milk as required.

I haven’t been here for a few years now mind... last visit was probably in 2017, but what I always like about this place was the vibe of acceptance to all without anything having to be said, I could just feel it... it sometimes depended on which staff were working mind you, but there were some lovely ladies that worked there when I used to visit :) and a wide selection of cakes and pastries 🥮 🧁 🍰 good coffee ☕️ too, and they also do cafe food - 🥘 lunches, brunches, breakfasts 🍳 etc... so yes, it is a nice little cafe in Shepperton to try out! And then there’s the river near by.... definitely got to go and see that at Shepperton Locke there! That’s beautiful :)

Cafe Mocha D is a lovely little coffee shop for all who enjoy friendly faces and good coffee i know the staff intimately and they are just fantastic people. It holds a special place in my heart as i met the love of my life there as she was a Barista at the time. So for me personally it was an all round win, Great Coffee, great food (made on site) and great staff.

Had a terrible experience here a few months ago involving coronation chicken (or the lack of) in a jacket potato. When my business partner asked in a friendly manner if he could get some chicken as there was (honestly) only 2 small pieces, the owner argued with him and said it comes in a container and they have no control over how much chicken is in a portion. At which point due to the owners attitude my business partner said don’t worry, we just won’t be coming back. He didn’t offer any compensation, only reasons why it might of happened and ultimately just passed the blame. Buddy, not sure you’ve noticed but you’re part of what’s called the hospitality business. The saying “the customer is always right“ would have simply gone in one ear and out the other. Oh and one of your staff members actually apologised for your behaviour publicly when they saw me at Costa.... Not ideal. 3 months pass... Being the friendly, nice and “support your local business” kinda guy, I decided to give them a second chance when my girlfriend had arranged to meet friends there. Apprehensive but willing I order 2 cappuccino’s and pay. These came in good time, so if quick coffee is what you’re after then great... No more than 5 minutes later I order a mozzarella, basil and tomato panini and a bacon/egg ciabatta. The bacon egg ciabatta was delivered to us after about 5-7 mins but we were still waiting for the basil/mozzarella panini a good 20mins later... Everyone else in our group who had ordered after us had there food and was happily chomping away. When I asked the server about my missing panini she did apologise but still nothing surfaced. 5 mins later I asked again and they said it was coming... 10 mins later from when I originally asked I gave up and asked for a refund. The manager used the “we’re busy” excuse and reluctantly gave me a refund after much converse. By this point all of my friends had long finished and we we’re all sitting there surrounded by empty/dirty plates and empty cups, which were still there when we left. I left very hangry. No panini and caffeine fuelled. My gripe here is not the food (although in my opinion and others I know, they use way tooooo much bland cheese) it is solely based on the lack of service and customer understanding. The manager gave me a begrudged refund but did not offer me anything in compensation and did not even offer the panini in goodwill!! If you’re thinking Mocha D - MOCHA DON’T. I own a small business and was ashamed of how we were handled as customers. Rant over. Enjoy your Costa - they know what they are doing and how to treat people.

Best coffee shop around Shepperton Weybridge etc. Exceptional customer service and warm people leading the shop. I recommend it without hesitation.

Normally I go in for takeaway coffee every day and whilst the weekday staff are pleasant, I found a younger man there this evening (just about closing time) and he was very surly. Shan't go there again. I shall now use Costa.

Popped in for a catch up. Spacious welcoming and friendly. Had coffees and a bacon/avacado toasted panini. Both very good. This independent far better than any chain.

Cafe Mocha D is a hub, a meeting place, for coffee drinkers to sit quietly or engage with the lovely staff, and warm, friendly regulars who frequent this independent coffee house. Great coffee, great characters (Shepperton votes 6th happiest and most polite town in UK). Go try it out - it’s a popular haunt for bikers - motor and pedal.

Me and my wife visited Shepperton yesterday and was pleasantly surprised to find this gem of a cafe/deli we were warmly greeted and the food was exceptional,there is a real downside to cafe mocha d seats outside are full of smokers,the negative to this is cigarette smoke enters the seating area inside and ruins the breakfast/lunchtime experience,would we visit again?...the answer i?Is if they ban the smoking outside....

We stopped here for morning coffee and were immediately impressed by the high quality modern décor, with good quality wooden tables and comfortable chairs with padded seats. The lighting looks stylish and the décor has been finished to a high specification. The service was efficient and pleasant, and we were served nice strong coffee, which is how we like it. We intend to return next time we are passing that way.

Sacha and his staff make you feel so welcome-they remember how you like your coffee, always greet you as if you’re their favourite customer and the new premises are spacious, spotless and have lovely decor. The food is freshly made and first rate: gorgeous pastries and croissants and their panninis is are “to die for” Shepperton is lucky to have this gem at the heart of our village.

A wonderful privately owned coffee shop offering a fantastic selection of hot and cold foods, sandwiches and cakes. The owners are lovely and the staff are very helpful. A lot of locals come here, it's very popular

Went today for some lunch and was served by rude staff! Ignored and left waiting until somebody could be bothered to serve. We went in with a dog as previously we had seen someone inside with a dog and there are dog bowls inside the cafe. There are also no “no dogs allowed” signs inside. So we sat down and the dog sat with us. They waited until we had ordered and paid until they decided to tell us no dogs allowed. Which would have been fine had they said something in the first place.

The cafe has just moved so I thought i'd try out the new premises and see if it had improved. Sadly they have not changed staff too. I found them rude and unhelpful in the old shop and the same in the new one. Today I stood at the counter whilst a waitress stood looking at me and ignored me whilst drying cutlery. A second waitress a6lpeared but she ignored me too. Walked out. Won't be going back.

We are regulars - as are many people. For two enduring reasons. Simply the best coffee. Simply the best pastries outside of France. If you add to that some great sandwiches on freshly baked bread and the friendliest staff then it's no wonder this place is a local favourite.
