Terrible service! Had a delivery come out to deliver kebab. Driver taken it away as they was saying code was wrong and it was the drivers fault. No resolution to solve it!

golden grill used to be my go to kebab shop. moved away for a couple of years. come back to area so ordered a £40 meal for myself and the Mrs. couple different kebabs and burgers and what happened! golden grill has really gone downhill. awful! better burgers at mcdonalds and that's saying something! kebabs came dripping in oil and grease making the pitta fall apart, not enough sauce like they are trying to save money. chips where BARELY cooked. a second earlier snd they would be inedible. poor..

Food never arrived delivered to wrong address

Usually, the food is excellent but unfortunately on this occasion, everything was wrong with the order, instructions were not followed correctly and food did not taste as nice. Very disappointed.

Place is amazing. The food is fresh. And tasty. Hygiene is great and the shop is always clean. The food taste is very good. Portion sizes are diabolical. You get lots of food for the price. The oil is fresh and changed regularly. The chips are unmatched. No other place in Ashford or even in the area nearby. Has chips tasting this amazing. Baguettes are amazing for breakfast for only a 5 sheet you get about twice the size of a Greggs baguette. Atmosphere is nice and welcoming has the standard vibe of a cafe. Maybe it could look nicer but I am there for the food not vibes anyway 😂 overall amazing place

First time using this Golden Grill. We normally use the Sunbury cafe. Little unfair to assess today's visit as the England, Switzerland game was in progress. However the cafe is clean smart, the staff attentive and the meals were hot and fresh. So yes happy to eat there.

Absolutely shocking… twice ordered from here and twice messed up order! How can a kebab shop forget to put the kebab in the meal!!!! Such bad customer care.., can get a free one if you go and collect it!!!!! NEVER will go back there…

Kebab wrap was great. Large kebab seemed more like a regular size. Will definitely have the wrap again.

Bought donna kebab wednesday night for me girlfriend and she's been in toilet ever since. Lucky for me I had KFC or I be off work today. Never again will we eat from there..prices up service down..quality even further down.

Asked for rice instead of pitta as suffer from coeliac, and they still sent pitta and no rice. Threw away as waste of money. Please listen to instructions when preparing food, this is how people end up dead!

recovering from a rotten cold so ordered a bacon baguette for comfort. bacon generous and crispy enough for the fatty bits to be eaten, baguette still crispy on outside. not saying its a cure but i feel loads better now ! 😁

Wrong burger delivered. Ordered a chilli burger with salad cheese and onions. Received a cheese burger with onions… no salad. No chilli’s. Not happy.

Driver was sat at the end of the road, did not call to find address. Food arrived 20 minutes late and was freezing cold. No apology from driver for this.

First time I have been there My grandson has been going there since he was fourteen he is now 33.He asked me to go with him for lunch.I was not disappointed.Great food brilliant service and reasonably priced. I ordered 2 jacket potatoes with cheese & beans and the potatoes were barely warm. A bit dissapointed when they cost over £20 and we are mimutes away from the shop.

Honestly this is not okay onions burnt-out everything was burnt-out the burger buns where wet ,not to mention the worst packaging how can you mix fries and the burger in one take away now everything got mixed up lm really disappointed as hungry as l was l lost my appetite the dip is mixed with water l hardly complain but this definitely not okay l feel ripped off

A family run cafe style restaurant, excellent food in taste and value for money, freshly cooked in front of you and friendly service. We have been going there as a family for the last 20 years, always busy with locals hence popular grill restaurant in Ashford.

Not very large for a large kebab and I ordered garlic sauce and it hasn’t been delivered.

I ordered chicken kebab. I stated upon the order to ensure the food was hot. But on arrival of the food it was barely warm. I was very disappointed withe chicken not being hot. I ordered at a time it was not busy. I don't know why the restaurant staff do not bother with orders, very disappointed. I was going to call them but no point as they would have not done anything. I think I will not use Just Eat anymore

I probably got sent old food. Dry texture of the chicken, chewy. I used to order alot from this restaurant as it was nice and fresh food sent to me but now this would be the last one.

Lamb donna is very thick. Pita bread was soggy and the chilly sauce is thick and a bit useless, didn't taste of much. Chips are good. Drink game warm. Overall I would not order from here again.

Food was amazing as usual our new regular go to... Slightly spoilt by the delivery driver tipping the boxes on there side... Cheesy beans leaking all over everything and there big breakfast mashed together in a corner. Not the shops fault.. Bad delivery driver drop off.

My order was fine, But asked for the chilly sauce to be put into a tub. Never got that, the rest was fine

Food was nice and a good portion but for 9£ for donor meat and chips I’d expect that. just needed to be hotter the donor meat was sitting in the pot for about 20 mins to long I think. by the time I got it home, (5 min walk) it was cold, chips and salad was nice though.

One of the best Full English breakfast cheesy beans jacket potato's we have tried quit a few. This will be a new regular.. go for it you will not be disappointed :)

How disappointing!! Food was cold chips were soggy and the burger was cold greasy and full of salt. It really was not worth the £32.00 I paid for our family meal. Will not be ordering from here again... Terrible!!!!!
