The best restaurants serving Default food in Chipstead, Hooley and Woodmansterne Reigate and Banstead South East

The Grape Variety at Chipstead is a hidden gem… wine shop by day, wine bar by night. Adrian and his team do a superb job and we always love going. Great wines, lovely service and ambience and some lovely food options e.g. chorizo and fries, baked Camembert, charcuterie boards etc. We highly recommend and it makes a nice change from the pub for something a bit different.

Just enjoyed wonderful pie and mash and liquor. Really authentic. And us bermondsey babes should know!! Hope you'll repeat

Took 20 mins to take our drinks order and then a further 20 mins to receive them. Eventually placed food order of 4 starters and 7 roasts and was told 10 later that there was no chicken so 4 of us had to pick something else. Meals finally arrived 1hr 45 mins after arrival. Would we go back or recommend - afraid not.

Had a flyer through our door. Kingswood Surrey so thought would give curry a try as others we have tried in the surrounding area at not the best . We were not disappointed. One of the best takeaways I have ever had. I had the Chipstead special a chicken. Dish, my wife had a chicken tikka medium curry, mushroom rice, onion bhajee etc etc. Absolutely Delicious. My wife also mentioned the delivery driver, how polite and pleasant he was. Have to say for our first experience brilliant. Will definitely recommend to friends and neighbours and will be ordering again soon. I even phoned the restaurant to say how pleased I was. Some people always quick to complain but not give praise. Staff were friendly and professional on arrival and throughout our meal. Available but not intrusive. Food was flavoursome. Quiet for a Saturday evening, not that it bothered us. I guess it's a sign of the times.

We went today for a light lunch with our 4 month old puppy. The staff were lovely and friendly. We all very much enjoyed our food, steak and venison pie, gammon steak and lasagne. The pub had a very nice atmosphere and we will definitely visit again when we are in the area.

Overall nice food but would like some foods without a lot of sauces additions etc I had the fish and chips but salt was sprinkled over the chips this not necessary or wanted. I had the sicilian lemon tart to finish when i saw it came with a cherry amaretto sauce this have spoilt it I asked for the sauce to be served separately...I'm glad i did because it should be like this anyway Certain things need to be looked at to improve presentation for a better experience

worst Chinese I've had in a long time.. didn't even eat it and when I complained they hung up on me.
