The best restaurants serving Default food in Cuckfield Mid Sussex South East

We have only been here a few times for brunch so can’t comment on the Tapas/Dinner menu. That being said the brunch offerings are freshly cooked and very flavoursome. The staff are all friendly and attentive. Really lovely to have an independent business serving good quality food in the village.

Great pizzas, people & prices - It's lovely to have a local business on the doorstep to have as a Friday night treat.

Love Tom’s Food! My partner and I live in Haywards Heath and we regularly come here on the weekend for excellent coffee. Sometimes we’ll order some food which is always delightful, and we are often tempted by the cinnamon buns (which probably ought to win an award of some sort, they’re that good!) and other delicious pastries. Well done to Tom and his wife for running such a great local cafe, with very friendly and welcome staff.

Bagels are immense, pastries (especially the cinnamon bun which is a delight) the staff are great as well!

Excellent Thai in the village with a lovely warm staff and tasty food

Once again we had a very lovely Sunday Roast, i enjoyed Chicken and my wife went for the Pork both were accompanied by the vegetable's Cauliflower Cheese and Broccoli. your starter was the Camembert with warm breadth and desserts of Dark Chocolate with Orange Roulade. Drinks were Non Alcoholic Beer for me and my wife enjoyed a Sauvignon Blanc. Special mention to our server Holly P whose attention to our needs went above and beyond, she was exceptional busy still found time to tend to our requests Well Done !

Overall a great experience. We had a 2 course meal and everything was great. Staff were also very helpful and nice.

A hidden gem in Cuckfield. The food is some of the best Thai we’ve eaten. It’s a small restaurant so it has a cosy atmosphere and the food is really good value compared to other restaurants in the area. Highly recommend the green curry and the pineapple fried rice. Excellent!

Loved this inn. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, the lunch and breakfast were delicious and generous and everything in the room was brand new. If like me you’re a pushover for a hot shower, thick fluffy towels and a comfortable bed after a great day’s hiking in beautiful countryside this is the place for you

The views are wonderful. It's clean and comfortable. We only wish they'd had more than just pizza on the menu (it was the afternoon). We will come again

Complete cock up as soon as we walked through the door. Booked a table for 2 for wife’s birthday. Couldn’t find booking when arrived. Sat down at table but was rushed through our meal as wanted table back for next booking. Made us move tables which was filthy dirty, couldn’t even place my drink on the table it was that grubby. Whilst eating my meal, I noticed dogs sitting on chairs. Then to my HORROR dogs actually sitting on the tabLE being fed food ordered!!! Absolutely disgusting and against all hygiene regulations!!! The food was ok but I will not step back in a place like that that allows dogs on tables and chairs !! It’s vile
