The most seriously fresh, delicious pizzas. So light and crispy. We order regularly and are never disappointed. We have tried lots of different toppings and they have always been tasty. We pre order because sometimes we’re ordering for extra family/friends too so it’s a lot of pizzas and all of them are just wonderful. Great there is a gluten free option and vegan cheese available to suit preferences and make pizzas available for anyone. Fab and his dad are so friendly and we love to support local.

The best pizza in Sussex! Believe me, I’ve tried every pizza in Sussex. Travelled Italy and that’s also the only pizza my family eats its a proper wood fired pizza, and this is the real deal. You will not get any better. Great value for money, and homemade garlic mayo sauce?!! You won’t be disappointed!

Fab's was recommended by our son who is a regular customer. We ordered 3 pizzas: No 3, 6 and 13, with some extra toppings. Wow such delicious subtle flavours, light dough, no oily residue and every pizza was a completely different taste experience. Very impressed and so happy to have the recommendation. We collected from Lindfield which was close enough for the order to still be hot when we tucked in at home.

What an amazing pizza! I've passed these guys for years and never bought a pizza from them. All I can say is that, apart from being incredibly lovely people, the pizzas are amazing. 100% recommended. So glad I decided to pop in and not go to the chip shop!

I visited them whilst in Burgess Hill and the guys serving were very lovely and helpful when i was unsure what i wanted. i decided on the raclette because it’s something i’d never seen or tried before, pizza was lovely and fresh alone but with the garlic mayo😍 blown away !! best pizza around

I used to only go to dominos/pizza hut religiously after being extremely disappointed with papa johns, pizza express wasn’t anything to write home about, and some other brands I won’t name. Since coming across these guys, their pizzas are the best, the way it’s made, cooked, tastes. Every Friday if I’m given a choice of ANY pizza I want to order, it would be these guys. Surprised to see a lack of reviews, and even a couple of negative ones (hard to believe reading them fully and from my numerous, all positive experiences) Give them a shot at least. For £9/10, you can’t go wrong, and can only discover a new favourite like I did 👍

Ok. Had pizza twice and it was amazing, then another couple of times it was bland and tasteless. Needed seasoning and more topping. So basically it’s unreliable - but when it’s good it’s the best.

Visited at Burgess Hill. Delicious pizza, friendly service - which goes a long way and is just as important as the food. Prices are pitched perfectly.

By far the best pizza you can get in the UK. Can even compete with pizza restaurants you'd find in Italy. Strongly recommended, just make sure you book well in advance.

Tried to add a pizza to a neighbours order this evening in Balcombe. This proved impossible as the guys had taken orders without names so had no idea which order to add it to. This was the first time I was going to use them and I won’t bother again. When my neighbours pizzas arrived, they were burnt round the edges and certainly not worth the £10 charge. Disappointed.

We had heard of Fabs Pizza being "An Experience not to be missed", so we duly went for a 30 minute drive on a Friday night. To see a welcoming, engaging and smiley face behind the counter, made us realise we onto a good evening. Our order was taken swiftly and the wait was not long at all. The two boxes of freshly made thin pizzas came and there was no time to waste. The flavour of the sauce was just right, not too salty and not sweet or loaded with sugar. The toppings were fresh and not oily at all, unlike other pizzas. We both agreed that these were TRULY MIND BLOWING pizzas we had had for very long time. We did not feel bloated while staring at the empty boxes. Why was THAT? So went back to ask the creator, the secret of his dough. Of course he was not going to reveal it but, he told us this is the way traditional Italians prepare their dough. Yes, you have guessed right, can't wait for our return visit.

After literally years of hearing about Burgess Hill’s best kept secret I finally experienced FABs pizza truck! Easy parking, ordered and paid quickly and easily online in the morning and then only 10mins waiting time which flew by as Fabrice and his son were so welcoming and chatty! Great menu that suited all our diverse family tastes. Delicious, fresh ingredients and that very distinctive taste that only comes from a good hot wood-fired-oven pizza! 4 pizzas for 4, even with 2 teenage sons, was perhaps a very generous order so the boys finished it off for breakfast, and believe me, they have never down that with cold pizza before! Highly recommended. We will definitely be back!

These are the best pizza you will ever have. Frenchmen masquerading as Italians, what more do you need to know. Great artisan pizza every time. don't even think about comparing them with any other pizza delivery or pick up service. If you have not tried them - you are missing out.

Ordered four pizzas on Wednesday thinking "no chance" knowing the van is always so popular. Got a booking confirmation for 8.30pm so drove over to Lindfield. Pizzas ready by 8.35pm back home and eating by 8.45pm. Delizioso!! They say if you want to test the quality of a pizza maker try their margherita. Well this did not disappoint! Four very happy people. Excellent flavour. Artisan dough to die for. Tremendous value for money. Great variety on the menu and extras if you care to personalise. Loved 'em. Firstly I am not one to leave a review but thought our first order (2 pizzas and a garlic bread) from ‘Fab’s Pizza’ is completely different to any we’ve had recently from the normal chains. Everything was perfect from the initial communication over text, the friendly welcome at the van, right down to the last bite! No sluggish feeling and no greasy residue, just top fresh pizza which genuinely felt restaurant quality. To top it off you get a loyalty card! 100% will be a regular from now on 🍕

My husband and I are huge fans of Fabs Pizza. The pizzas are authentic and delicious and if you ask nicely they’ll give you five times the normal amount of fresh garlic. Matt and Fabrice are a well-oiled father and son double act - great fun, incredibly friendly and they remember you and previous conversations; which is a lovely personal touch. They have a generous reward scheme offering one free pizza after every 10th purchase and I aim to earn at least 100 free pizzas before I die. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Well what can I say, a local family run business with extremely high standards. Lucky to have this on Lindfield common on a Thursday night. Great pizzas, Food cooked to order on a wood fired pizza oven and always served with a huge smile. 10/10

Thank you Fabrice!! We invited Fabs to our school Family Festival yesterday and were so pleased that we did!! Fabrice liaised with us right up until the morning of the event to check on numbers so that nobody would go hungry. He and his team were to helpful and friendly and kept our 400 attendees full and dancing all day. Amazing tasty pizza and excellent value, we had so many compliments. Would not hesitate to use Fabs for any future event and to recommend to anyone.

Bought a couple of fabs pizzas when they visited Lindfield (every Thursday at the common). I had anchovy, black olive and rocket - absolutely delicious. Thursday night is now pizza night.

I don't often do food reviews but felt that i simply had to after having a Fab pizza. They park their van in a different location in the local area - Thursdays they visit Lindfield, which is where i collected my pizzas from. They do get busy apparently, so if you call the mobile number on the website, they can advise you how long you may have to wait. Or, i imagine you can order to a specific time. The pizzas are all 12 inch. Best pizza ive had in ages. They are similar in taste and style to the awesome pizzas made by Paulinos restaurant in Lindfield high street. Thursday night is now officially pizza night.

Really nice authentic pizzas, the best in town. Except for the days they're not in town. It's a shame they only serve us one day a week.

Fabs Pizza's provided the food for my daughters wedding in June. They were fantastic.. The guests said it was the best wedding they had been to because the food was so good. We had a choice of pizzas and or delicious paella. Delicious. Fab and his team could not have served us better. They made a special day extra ordinary. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Visited Fabs pizza again today, really great quality leaving you with a satisfying feeling (a lot different than the bloated doughy feeling from mainstream pizza companys) The freshness is unreal. I have introduced so many friends to fabs. Thanks again for the great taste!!!

Glad I finally tried these pizzas - great tasting dough and an excellent choice of fresh toppings! The best part is the stone baked oven AND they offer oregano!!! Some of the best customer service I've had in a while. Walking home after a late shift at work ending at eight pm, they were just packing up at the Lindfield Common venue and they very kindly turned the ovens back on for me so I could buy dinner on a cold winter night. Outstanding customer service and always delicious pizza! Could do with some side options like garlic bread or something, but otherwise fantastic!

Hi Guys great time with Fab on 29th December making Pizzas for 30 homeless people full Artisan Pizza for each person hand made, next door neighbour got one as we took his space, loved the spicy sausage, my favourite salami 5 star, best pizza I ever had, all the guys and gals loved a little treat feedback excellent and everything free from Fabs Pizza, great job.

Amazing pizza! We're new to the area and thought we would try out some local businesses. The pizza was great, tasted amazing and doesn't leave you feeling bloated. Would 100% recommend, much better than any chain 'pizzeria', will definitely be regulars. Rob and Meg.

Stopped off at Fabs pizza at worlds end on a Friday evening. Very tasty with extra toppings. Friendly and happy staff. The reason why I enjoyed the pizza is because it didn't leave me feeling sick and bloated like the high street chains

taste good but don't get much for you money it may have changed now as I only ordered once when it first opend.
