The best restaurants serving Default food in Bearsted Maidstone South East

Booked this restaurant for my partners birthday. We had visited on another occasion and were very impressed. On this occasion the food was, once again, excellent and we were thoroughly enjoying our experience until a young waiter approached us and said " I'm going to need your table back in a minute". Totally ruined our evening, very rude and disappointing.

Served by a lovely lady, she couldn't be more welcoming and helpful with my choice for main. Food was flavoursome and great choice.

I’ve lived in Bearsted for 21 years and I can’t believe I have never been here. All those years I have missed. It was amazing. Friendly staff and great food. Will be back very soon with my hubby

Thought I'd try some chips and other bits, one customer inside who has pre ordered. I stood there being ignored. No one wanting to take an order. Seems as if they were interested in going home. So never got to try the food. Won't bother going back.

We went for Sunday lunch had roast beef it was amazing would definitely recommend. One of our party of six had fish and chips he had food envy !

Very ordinary. Nothing wrong but a bit tasteless and uninspiring. Generally rather disappointing. There was a carvery option which have been a better choice.

Great night out celebrating a 21st birthday and catching up with family/friends Staff were friendly and happy to talk through menu with us. Food superb - would visit again next time we visit

I had the Lamb Biryani and crackers, and both were spot on! The biryani was aromatic, with tender lamb and perfectly cooked rice full of flavor. The crackers added a nice crunch on the side, making it a great combination. A satisfying meal all around!

Went there to remind us of our first date but ribs no longer on the menu. Ordered a prawn cocktail but burnt my mouth & throat as covered with Paprika. Wanted a peaceful lunch but waitress put a family with small children on the table next to us. I have earring aids so had to take them out. Did not have a dessert just paid & left never to make another visit there again.

Great pub with a nice selection of beers. The smell of curry from the rear restaurant whilst having a drink at the bar makes you very hungry. The curry house food is easily the best in the area, I've only bought a takeaway so far and wish to have a sit down meal soon. Food always comes out piping hot and taste so fresh when comparing to other competitors. Keep up the good work - will be back soon!

Order never arrived but money taken. No one answering the phone. Terrible service. Would not use again. Gave up waiting

Karen was exceptional. Food was great - lovely setting too and fair price!

Our waitress Tash was lovely! Made the experience really lovely and laidback — food was great too loved the croquettes!
