Great pub with a nice selection of beers. The smell of curry from the rear restaurant whilst having a drink at the bar makes you very hungry. The curry house food is easily the best in the area, I've only bought a takeaway so far and wish to have a sit down meal soon. Food always comes out piping hot and taste so fresh when comparing to other competitors. Keep up the good work - will be back soon!

Quite simply the best curry I've had and being part of a curry club we've had a few. Asked to be moved to a bigger table on arrival, no problem, asked for recommended dishes and off menu adjustments, no problem. Every single dish and side was delicious. 5 people eating, 5 mains, 3 rice's, 4 sides and beers £45 a head including a tip. Will definitely be coming back.

Amazing food, and good portion sizes, was a bit too much for me! But I’m not complaining! Good amount of veggie options for my friend who is veggie too, gave us popadoms and sauces to dip while picking mains which was nice. Atmosphere could have been better, however my friend and I forgot the Euros was on so you would guess, there was a lot of yelling and people being loud in the bar part not too far away from us, but this isn’t the reason for 4/5⭐️. The down side was when we entered, we didn’t know where to go, I was looking at my friend like “do we just sit down or do we go to the till to say we have a booking?” So a bit more direction on where to go would’ve been good for new customers. And I know staff checking in on us was good and it was a good amount of checking in on us, however it was at times where we were mid conversation or we had a mouth full of food lmfao. Overall a really nice place to go eat for 2 people or a family, lovely staff and good atmosphere.

Plenty of parking. Reasonable choices for vegetarians. Service was pretty good for a busy place on a weekend

Curry is great, the head waiter and I believe manager is so nice, I highly recommend an evening there.

This is a great recent discovery. The service is really good, staff are very friendly. They have quite a few unique dishes on the menu that are really nice so far too. Overall I’d say in general the food here tends to be a bit spicier than your average Indian restaurant so if you’re sensitive to that then it’s worth mentioning it when ordering as they’re very happy to accommodate a milder palate. Will definitely be a regular place for me.

Absolutely fabulous food every time we’ve been to eat at the Rose, polite and attentive staff providing great service, food is excellent, never been disappointed with a single dish, lovely big bar with a great selection of draught beers on tap too! Lucky to have such a place so close to us, guilty of not using it enough! Couldn’t recommend it enough!

We ordered take away from here today. Food was ok, but the salad literally had soil inside of it and by the time I realised the problem I ended up eating lots of soil. It’s unacceptable!

I went for a curry in Delhi Spice which is at the back of the pub. It was quite busy for a Tuesday but not full. Some of the curries were different to the usual which made a nice change. The quality was good. The pub did a nice pint of Harvey's.

Very nice bar. Friendly staff and not too pricey. Large beer garden with a play area for children. Has been busy every time I have visited. Well worth a visit.

I am rating the Indian restaurent there which was really good in taste and value.

Not the family orientated village pub it should be. Mostly full of traders and loud, sweary bar staff, unfortunately.

Run down and dingey. Restaurant was unhelpful and forgot about us and we walked out. Avoid at all costs, rubbish..

Great place to have a few drinks with mates, offers a restaurant on the side, an Indian cuisine which I've had and was absolutely fantastic, all in all a great pub x

Great indian food. Had the lamb saag, chilli garlic chicken and tarka dhall. Would recommend.

Food was lovely, the decor and ambience were great and reasonable prices too. Food came out in a good time but had to wait too long for condiments so chips were cold to warm by the time we started eating. Restaurant was busy though which although never an excuse is likely the reason. Good selection of drinks and the lunch menu is great. Will definitely come back

Lovely experience - dropped off Cars for wash and clean.. Ended up having a pint and indian lunch. Food was very tasty 👍 Cars were cleaned to very high standard.. very relaxing experience

Staff are nice and the drinks are cheap! Attentive bar staff who are happy to help We had a drink prior to having a meal which was great There is an outside seating area which is good, it is in the car park with a view of the car wash but it is nice to sit outside on a nice evening (we had it to ourself) not sure what it would be like with loads of smokers in there Good selection of drinks including cocktails on tap! Half Indian restaurant half down to earth locals boozer. Frequented by grafters and 'Mondeo man' alike. The draught lagers are excellent here and presented in fine condition. Some of the best Stella Artois I've had in Maidstone. Well done.

Great pub easy to find on the A20 nice decor and ambience. They do a large range of beers wines and spirits. Unique point about the Rose is the Indian restaurant which is incorporated. Get a great Indian meal in a proper pub. Large car parking area available. What's not to like.

Great atmosphere. Quiet Prices are slightly expensive Has a dart board but no darts. Shame Clean. Tidy. Staff are friendly Haven't tried the indian attached but I'm sure it's fantastic

Laid back, with my mind on my curry and curry on my mind... interesting concept, a pub and an Indian restaurant in one. Does it work? No, does it make sense? Yes, people from the bar wanting to extend their night with a cheeky takeaway before heading home can pop into Delhi spice. You’d expect then, given the food is tailored to pub clientele, that it should be of low quality. This is not true, food is prepared with care. It’s presentation could be spruced up if it wanted to attract a pickier customer. What is does, it does well and that is British Indian food. The price point is spot on.

Live round the corner and always go there , You will not get a better indian enjoy.

Nice place with a bar and attached Indian restaurant. Just had onion bajhis and poppadoms as snack and both were excellent. Nice pint of Harvey's Sussex ale which was all enjoyed in the outside area in the sun

Great curry house in a pub. What more could you want.

The Rose pub is local to me but really only go there to get Indian take away from the restaurant attached. I don't know whether it's the decor or lighting but it is not a welcoming pub. The music at times is very loud and it is a bit spit and sawdust for me. If you want somewhere for a lads night out then it's more that kind of pub. Not somewhere to go for a quiet drink.

The Pilau rice is not traditional Indian rice, indian rice is light, white with saffron or turmeric colouring not brown and stodgy.

Absolutely awful, used to enjoy drinking here. Last couple of times even in the late evenings it's been more of a crèche than a public house and restaurant. I won't be returning.

Best Indian meal I have ever had in the nicest surroundings x lively pub attached to the restaurant x need more of those x only complaint is that we had to wait long time to pay our bill as the several waiters suddenly disappeared !

Never been to a combined public house Indian restaurant before. Went as a group of four men after a conference. The premises is clearly split between the pub side and the restaurant although it is a large walk through building. The beer selection is typical of a local with the addition of Cobra so that's good. The menu is a extensive with meat, fish and vegetables available. Several rice selections including daal and keema add interest. They serve large portions so don't be too greedy with your order, but try a naan between two of you. For four of us with one beer each we split a £80 bill so remarkably cheap. Would return again and would recommend
