Costa Coffee in Maidstone

Can't believe I just paid £10 for a bag of crisps, a wrap, and a juice drink. I ordered a Peach iced tea, but instead got a peach flavoured juice. The board in store shows a peach tea drink, with crushed ice and lemon. I received neither of those things and the drink was Luke warm at best. I did go to mention this to the staff but they were too occupied elsewhere. Not great and certainly not overly impressed with this level of service from such a regular customer.

Driver delivered incorrect order, was not even interested checking the order number as he was too busy on his phone.

Great food delivered by a very polite and friendly gentleman.

App wont let you remove marshmallows and charges 50p each time. Ordered a few times. This time the lid was not secured properly and leaked all over my kitchen floor. Not a happy bunny

The lady who delivered the food was very friendly and polite.

Coffee was nearly cold & the lid wasn’t on properly so it spilt everywhere. Toastie was not toasted properly so cheese wasn’t melted.

I love the consistency with costa everywhere you go. The atmosphere her is very lovely. I live the option of sitting down outside to have your coffee. The inside is also well ventilated with air conditioning units. As always, the coffee is always the best you can get, made in good time and served with the right temperature. The staff are really lovely, always wearing a smile on their beautiful faces. Parking is not a problem at all. I'm sure I will pay regular visits to this spot

my hot chocolate was meant to be late and I received a regular and my muffin and pom bears never turned up

It was lovely although the coffee had leaked slightly.

It was lovely food except I received a warm coffee instead of the iced latte and a salted caramel brownie instead of the gluten free brownie.

We have always received the correct food with Costa coffee at the right temperature and delivered in good time. Unlike McDonalds who give us wrong items and long wait times.

The girls working there were really supportive and found a local taxi number that drove me to my tandem skydive

I pop in here quite alot and even when it's busy it's fast and friendly service, Order always correct and they write on the cups where we have 1 Oat milk drink without being asked.

I visited Costa today with my sister to get our fave summer time drink - frostino, and we were immediately greeted with smiles from all the members of staff. I was quickly served by a lovely girl called Tiffany who was super helpful and catered to my sisters special request for her drink which made her happy. She severed us with a smile and we ordered the Chocolate fudge brownie frostino, which I highly recommend as it was delicious and my sister admitted it was bursting with flavour. This was the best frostino I’ve ever had as the mint choc chip used to be my favourite, however this topped it by far. I was extremely happy with my experience today and will be visiting again very soon. :)

Over an hour and 10 minutes late, food was cold and not good.

Starting to look a bit weathered and worn. Could definitely do with some TLC. Some staff seem to spend more time sitting in the corner taking up valuable customer space. The best time is after the school run as it is prone to be a magnet for shrieking infants.

Missing item, told by a note, out of stock

Went today with my son, got sold a warm weak flat white, sat at grubby tables with dirty stained seats, grubby and stained paintwork, rubbish bin outside full with no lid, yuk disgusting place !

Everytime we order from you we are always missing another item! We paid for 2 sausage rolls and 1 bacon and we are missing 1 of the rolls! I would be too bothered by this but that fact is one roll costs nearly £5 and that this always happens!!

Has got to be the slowest Costa coffee in the country . Maybe they should consider serving customers on the counter rather than sorting deliveroo orders for 20 minutes .

Super quick service, can't fault it. Literally arrived within 30 minutes of ordering it.

Honestly the worst costa I’ve ever been to. 15 minutes to be served with no acknowledgment to myself, even with three ladies on. Got my order wrong and overcharged me. Took me 10 more minutes to get the drinks. The place was a total mess. Had a queue out the door because of how incompetently slow they are. Just shockingly appalling. Avoid!!!!

£3.85 for a medium Latte that was more like a small one as only just over half full

Great during the week but regularly suffers from dishwasher breakdowns on a weekend, or are the staff just too lazy and disorganised to clear the tables?

Thought I'd picked a bad time as the queue was out the door, but it moved quickly and the coffee was brewed and served promptly by friendly staff.

Staff are so unhelpful, so miserable and rude, asked for 2 latte 1 come with skimmed milk which I didn't order so I asked can it be changed and the lady, which it was rudely and then given a half empty cup of the worse tasting coffee ever, Ended up in the bin.

Nice manner of the staff, loved that they were strict with their covid policies, so many places flounce them, nice and clean and got the 50% off so was a nice cheap treat.

The two people behind the counter seemed disjointed from the job itself. Neither had face masks on or gloves,even though theybare dealing with food and drinks. The coffee maker had his bare hands allover the cups and lids before handing them to me,the customer. What point of contact is the cup to my body? The cup goes in my hands,the lid goes to my lips!!! If i did not sanitise both before consuming,then i could easily contract the virus. Yet they have massive screens to protect themselves and only allow 1 person from any group to make the order,aswell as have contactless payment only!!! A complete mockery of the whole Covid19 health and safety at work ethics. The coffee was ok though.

Barista's make excellent coffee here, place is kept clean. Can be quite busy around lunch time.

Great value, super clean. The young lady who served us was very friendly and welcoming. Did not have to wait long to get served and for our hot paninis to be ready. Ample parking though the car park can be busy.

Random stop for a coffee. Costa coffee was there, in we went. Quite small, quiet and fairly clean. Young helpful staff. Coffee is normal Costa quality and food was fresh

Unclean, unhygienic mess of a place. Spoon was dirty, as was the saucer and table. Germs everywhere. Didn't stay long and I cannot believe they had a 5 star hygiene rating in the window. I think they need a revisit.
