This was my first time using corriander take away and the last ... an hour wait wasn't so bad on a Saturday..ordered lamb chops....these were awful ..should be on the menu as mouse ribs in a tub of onion very little to no meat on the bone ..very poor ...The mains were worse ... The lamb jalfrizei was over cooked the lamb, so tough it almost could have doubled as a doorman .. the roshni was hotter yet was supposed to be mild ... won't be ordering from them again.

Having completed our food shopping in store, we opted for a quick drink in the cafe before meeting friends. There was only one person behind the counter, taking orders and making the drinks and taking payment. Service was very slow. One customer in front of us complained and another asked if they were busy and were told they were very quiet which was difficult to believe based on the slow service. Drinks were fine, but only had a tea and coffee, although food on display did not look overly appetizing.

Had a pizza here for the first time ever, usually get the Lamb Shish and been using them for 15+ years. Pizza came hot and the delivery was super quick for a Friday !

I placed a order on uber eats I received the order but I was missing a item and they wanted me to pay another 15 to 20 pounds when I had already paid for it for delivery never ordering from there ever again

Only thing il eat from here are battered sausages as they are lovely But the chips are clearly frozen steal bag chips brought from Iceland or something which are always cooked for two high and not long enough so brown on outside and hard in middle The server guy I think owns it is really weird aswell, you try to collect your food and he literally just starts talking about something random and awkward but when you ask him anything or try to make convo he looks at you like got 3 heads … odd guys Needs to have new real chips and new staff

As a family of 4 we ordered a delivery from Fareham West Street. Yet again they failed to delivery our full order, why do I keep ordering you ask??? Because the kids love a McDonalds. Ordered via Uber, no issues with delivery but a burger was missed out. Called and spoke to the Manager and was told there was nothing they could do and I need to report it to Uber. Well as we know, the deliveries are now in a sealed bag so Uber weren't to blame. It was McDonalds who left out the burger yet they wouldn't send another one out even though the restaurant was full of delivery drivers. Crap service again. Nearly every order we place has something missing.

Went in here today 22/03/2025, bit of confusion over tables with another customer. Spoke to a worker there called Sophie about the situation and she helped us with sorting out another table. With the help of Sophie we got a table. My nephew got his order first and she wiped the table first. He had ordered the wrong burger by accident as there was a lot of confusion with seating arrangements and he was not able to eat it due to medical reasons. My sister went to get something else that he could it and Sophie was kind enough to deal with it for him. Sophie is a lovely person and went out of her way to help us out today

Shocking service Rude and abrupt staff was overcharged but would not accept it was there mistake no refund offered had to complain via there customer service one week in and still waiting for a refund ..... Joke avoid at all costs

I live around the corner and have been a few times, each as disappointing as the last. Today was really something special. It took 3 members of staff to serve me - I order a bacon baguette and a latte. The woman serving me said " a sausage baguette yes?" I said no, a bacon baguette. As you've likely guessed, I get home to a sausage baguette with 3 small sausages in. I wouldn't be as angry if this was a one time occurrence, but each time it really seems like nobody has a clue what they're doing. Also writing a complaint to Greggs direct.
