Bad food bad takeaway not helpfull staff

Just had the Texas BBQ pizza at Domino's and it was absolutely amazing! The flavors were spot-on, the toppings were generous, and the crust was perfectly cooked. Honestly, one of the best pizzas I've had in a while. Highly recommend giving it a try!

I recently visited this pizza store and I must say, the service was truly amazing. The store manager was incredibly polite and helpful throughout my entire visit. Not to mention, the pizza was delicious! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

I ordered 2 pizzas with 2 toppings, one came all right, the other came without any toppings, just tomato and cheese. Took it back, they never cared to change it.

Part of my order was missed off. I asked the delivery driver about it and he was dismissive and implied it was my mistake. I checked my order confirmation and I had ordered what I thought I had. No apology, just told me I had to phone the branch. No answer on the phone number, so no opportunity to ask for missing food or even a refund. I probably won't use Dominos again, as I can't risk paying for food that doesn't arrive.

Excellent take away service with a good choice of pizza. Also great to have a gluten free option.

Pepperoni Passion!!! The few pepperoni slices that managed to find their way onto the pizza were like hidden gems, adding an element of surprise to each bite. I must commend your commitment to keeping things interesting. Who needs a predictable, fully loaded pepperoni pizza when you can have the excitement of wondering if the next slice will have any at all? In the grand scheme of things, I suppose my taste buds were simply not prepared for the Pepperoni Passion experience. It's refreshing to see a pizza place that's not afraid to break the mold and redefine what it means to be a pepperoni pizza. Your culinary innovation knows no bounds.

Not a good place staff are rude

Ordered x 2 large pizzas to our home, costing over £40 and we received a Hawaiian pizza with no Hawaiian topping, only the extra sweetcorn! Didn’t realise until my girls had eaten a slice. The only offer was to collect the incorrect pizza and return a Hawaiian by which time the other pizza would go cold!!! They felt this was an acceptable offer!!! Shocking customer service, we have request a full refund and that they can collect both pizzas!!! I will not be ordering a Dominos pizza again!!! Terrible service and useless!!

Came from cornwall to locks heath and ordered dominos, the Order was wrong on the 03/10/22 phoned back up and the manager had outstanding customer service! 100% happy with the service ! Service is better from fareham dominos then dominos back in Cornwall. Thank you!

Took ages,pizza cold,no sauce on pizza and no extra pepperoni.

Be wary if you decide to leave honest feedback on "Hello Domnios" website. I did this, and mentioned my order had been made incorrectly and also that I was concerned about the health and safety/hygiene implications of having a young child in the food preparation area (I had noticed this a few weeks prior.) I received a phone call the next day from an immediately confrontational and aggressive manager. They could not see anything wrong with a child in the food preparation area as it was their child. I explained I had no intention of offending anyone as it was purely feedback but this was not good enough and she continued to claim my comment was equivalent to me calling her child dirty. I was left upset and near to tears as I was so shocked someone could speak to me like this.

Have used Park Gate previously and been very pleased. Ordered last night and food was cold and therefore not eaten. When delivered boxes weren’t in the bag to keep the food hot, just carried in a pile. Shan’t be using for a while

The first pizza i had was not great. I had the decadence base, which was dry and very thin and i use to get this base years ago and loved it, So i know how it's meant to be. My 2nd order was wrong, but to be fair they were great about it and credited me for next time. Then we had the new festive pizza and it's the worst pizza ever. The meat on top was really soft and gooey. It had a weird texture and it made the pizza really wet and soggy. Majority was picked off and even my hubby put half of it in the bin and he never wastes food. Although this is now my local Dominos, i'm going to ask if Whiteley can still deliver to me next time i want pizza. I've never had one problem with them

Really disappointing. Thursday night. Ordered at 8pm for a collection. Told to wait 15 20mins. Not massively busy. Still waiting 50mins later….
