I got 1 pizza with a Smashed up box

Excellent customer service! I accidentally received the wrong order, however when I called Ken’s they were fantastic, kindly apologised for the error and remade my order and delivered it to me very quickly. They even said I could keep the wrong order (which is very kind and means the food won’t go to waste). Overall I’m very happy and really appreciate their customer service :)

food was okay Chicken donner was more fatty then meat for my liking was to much mayo, chip was good the mix kabab good not lot of mayo. veg was good.

Had many good orders here - this one was later than expected, however there was a good reason for this (the can of drink exploded which I was refunded for). The kebabs were really good, although the fries seemed to be a bit underdone, but were okay.

Unfortunately both meals were not great. Both kebab and burger were under cooked. Very disappointing.

food was late and turned up in the filthiest, very damaged and torn health hazard of a transporting bag. the driver said that's what the restaurant gave him to use! the thin crust pizzas I'd ordered were swimming in grease, I've never seen pizzas looking so greasy before. I did try them but were not enjoyable so most ended up in the bin. the garlic bread was OK, the chips were OK but as the food was so greasy what I had tried I ended up throwing up anyway. waste of money unfortunately.

arrived 20 mins late. ordered chicken and lamb shish kebab (with all salad) but only recieved lamb shish and a box full of chicken donner. tiny bit of onion, and 5 chillies 2 cucumber slices, sauce smothered. everything else was OK, just a very disappointing kebab as I don't like donner meat along with the extra time it took. chips were hard and cold but didn't taste bad. mozzarella sticks always yummy!! - salad portion was a lot smaller than usual but was okay.

Ken’s speedy pizza is by far the BEST food I have ever had in my life. Ignore the reviews, Ken is the best late night food stop in Fareham. 10/10.

Last order last week was excellent. Tonight a completely different order turned up. Phoned, got order resent. It was good. We offered to give old order back and told by driver it was ok and to keep. We then ate that! After 30mins we get a call from driver asking if we had food. Hung up. Then he knocked door and asked for it back. Absolute joke. Have regularly ordered from Ken’s at Fareham for years. Will not order again. The driver turning up to collect old order after we offered to return was an absolute joke. An we were in middle of eating!!!! I can’t believe the cheek of it.

After waiting nearly two hours with two calls to the shop resulting in absolutely no help at all the thin crust pizza I ordered was deep pan and there was no salad like ordered. Hardly any sauce on the kebab of which the chicken doner was cold. Safe to say that’s the last order I’ll ever place here.

Customer service is very bad, I called to check up on my order, they didn't even ask me what's my order number was or what's my order all he said is its on its way, had to call another 2 times before the food even left the restaurant! delivery was very late

ordered it waited over an hour food still hasn't come yet says delivered, don't bother ordering at night time

bland, poor quality meat. chips were cold, bbq wings tasted like wet dog, chicken doner meat had no flavour and mostly fat, salad and pitta was about the best part of it. glad I got a discount as I would have complained about paying full price for that meal. won't be ordering again.

Delivery reported as delivered at 21:15 which was at the end of the window given. Delivery didn't turn up so reported it via the app and given revised time of 30 mins later (21:45). Called the restaurant as the map in app was not tracking the driver so looked like he had not left the store.Store staff very apologetic and sincere. Driver arrived at 21:50 and apologetic for wait time. Chips were soggy and potentially under cooked or impacted by being held too longer after cooking and affected by the steam in the bag. Food arrived barely warm and couldn't be enjoyed.

It wasn't what I ordered. I'd ordered tuna, anchovy & olive marinara pizza. I got tuna, prawn, olive & pineapple!

Always ‘forget’ to deliver the cakes with the order. Have to ring every time and then wait almost an hour for it to be delivered

I ordered kebab but I received chicken pcs with a lot of skin on and definitely not a regular size it was a very small quantity. Also two kids meals which it says kids toy meal and will come with a toy , well no toys received and the kids meal are 4 chicken nuggets and fries . That’s definitely not £5 kid meal . Not recommending at all .

We are semi-regular customers of this takeaway, and are usually happy with the food and service... however this time both were exceptional!! The food was amazing, the packaging has changed from styrofoam to cardboard (better for environment!), the salad was packaged seperately (so didn't make the kebab cold), and service was excellent!!

Big portions and the food is delicious, order was due to come early but unfortunately a genuine mistake with delivery to wrong number flat and a dishonest person accepting the food, i didn't receive my order. After calling up and speaking with the restaurant, they were apologetic and redelivered my order made fresh. Will be ordering from here again.

Soggy chips, greasy burger with a sogggy bun, only thing that was half average was the nuggets

Food was cold and horrible, meat very chewy and over cooked. Delivery came 1.5 hours after ordering

The food quality was poor. The Kofta was just like a squashed unseasoned burger and even the normal kebab meat did not taste right with the shish being very chewy. There was no salad and the chilli sauce was more like ketchup. We will not be ordering from them again.

Donner meat was dry, overcooked floor sweepings. Chilli sauce is far too sweet. Even dog turned her nose up at it. Waste of money, not doing that again.

Ken’s is usually my favourite kebab place and is normally very good, but this last one wasn’t great, instead of being strips of doner meat it was like someone had put the meat through a shredder

Ordered burgers and they have defo changed the ones they use, they were mushy and I’d guess the cheap box from bookers/Makro. Shame

Never recieved as when late and we tried to contact got no response from the restaurant at all.

Ordered at 6:15pm and arrived at 7:45pm stone cold!!! The kebab was also missing the salad as asked for. They flopped the pittas at the bottom and shoved the meat on top. No care and looked appalling. Shame, you’ve defo lost our custom

Stone cold order wasn't correct. Chucked in a nugget box. Doner kebab looked like someone had spanked over it! OVER AN HOUR LATE ALSO. No apology been ringing the shop continuously, no answer.

Restaurant said closed after we ordered. Didn’t answer the phone after trying 20 times, no update on food. Arrived and didn’t knock the door. Just left outside so wasn’t aware it was even there. Absolutely disgusting, didn’t even get to eat my food

Kebab was cold and u only get one salad choice not worth the money.

Waited 2 whole hours upon placing the order for 2 tiny lil kebabs that’s just annoying. Called to ask where is the food but they didn’t even have the courtesy to apologise for being late. First and definitely no next time. Lamb was so chewy and presentation just looked unappetising.

Most places mainly get negative reviews so I thought to give the place a proper chance and form my own opinion. Should have listened. Lamb tasted funny, both cheesy chips and lamb were cold. Horrible

Shame the notes weren’t read and no salad apart from loads of chillies , thought the salad was standard ?

Order was scheduled for 1440 delivery, didn’t arrive until 1525.Food quality was good enough, though obviously over priced.

Absolutely disgusting pizza. They use chedder cheese on the pizza when it should be Mozzarella. Pizza was half burnt too for my liking. I did enjoy they had extra large with stuff crust but no way would pay £18 for cheap cheese on a pizza definitely wasn't an enjoyable experience and won't be returning again as there other places that are better. This is probably the 2nd worst pizza place I've experienced. For anyone reading this looking for pizza there is domino's and it will probably taste better for just £12

Got salad request wrong (for side salad) and added salad to kebab when was supposed to be No Salad. Driver did not follow instructions

WRong drinks and delivery took ages

Maybe because of the time of day (lunchtime instead of busier evenings and late nights), but my chicken fillet (burger) and 2 pieces were dry... possibly sitting in the warmer too long. But been before a few times and generally they are very good, so I do recommend Ken's for sure.

Ken's is just the best - I have grown up on Ken's and been to each if the stores, Fareham has become our local store. Albeit we have favourites from the old menu outline, there is enough choice for anyone. The team are helpful and professional. Food has always been good quality great taste and present well even for taken out - the team always make sure everything is packed in a bag when taking out.

The pizza wasn’t cooked no refund

Did not show up when phone all I got was it on it way they tried to say deliver but was not not happy

The website/restaurant did not update my order and the delivery person "tapped" on the door and thrust a bag towards me and I picked up my own meal from it

Food was off worker was very rude when i pointed this out he also pointed out he was not the manger just wanted to make that known as he was very unprofessional by telling me i will not get a refund! so now i was a refund as the food was off and smelly and not fit to be consumed i have ordered from them offended as the food was good but now that trust has gone i will never keep quite when i pay money for a service that does not meet the standards they claim.

So we ordered 3 kebabs and some chips tonight, and when they arrived, they were all colder than my beer. We called them to explain the situation and we’re were simply told that it wasn’t cold as it had been on a hot plate. Clearly, the person we spoke to was a bit simple as he had no interest in even discussing the issue. Will never order from them again and threw the food in the bin, not trusting just how long it had been sat around.

Normally absolutely shocking food, but the farmhouse pizza wasn't half bad🤷‍♂️

All the food was cold, called them up and they kept saying to call just eat, pretty poor to be honest, had to Chuck it away

Order was wrong, and swimming in a pool of grease. Couldn't eat it, will send it back with driver when he delivers the missing items. Dissatisfied an understatement, it was however hot.... Which is better than last time

Garlic bread was a little on the overdone side but tasted ok, onion rings were alright, cheese chips were terrible, did not hit the spot at all I was left super disappointed! kebab however was absolutely banging! Scraned the lot!

Popping chicken and chicken strips are the best

Order was delayed and even after being delayed over 50 minuets it was still 20 minuets late! Really not happy with how long it took to be delivered! Ordered at 11.55 and didn’t arrive until 13.20
