Papa John's Pizza in Fareham

Horrendous customer service, I had a pizza delivered they forgot to add sauce to the base. When I called them they were extremely rude and argumentative. I asked to have another pizza delivered with sauce and was told no .. a manager was supposed to calling me be back but never did.. No refund offered no phone call back nothing. Waste of £20

been on a steady decline since october/december . cheesy tots were undercooked/cold and chewy, pizzas did not have all toppings as advertised and the toppings that were remembered were sparse, pizza wasn’t cut evenly, had both massive slices and and tiny slices that were gone in a single bite

Says you get a free garlic bread if you give a review but you don’t

This local branch of Papa John's in Park Gate is my local one, and I order from them on a regular basis, usually opting to collect (better offers and no delivery charge). The food has always been great, and with the offers represent very good value. Service has also been very good, and the branch is always clean. There are a couple of seated areas, but have not personally used them, and only ever seen one person eating in-store. Cannot fault them (other than sometimes running out of garlic & herb sauce), and food quality is better than other pizza chains also in the area.

Superb pizzas , fast service , can't praise it enough , forget about Dominos , this venue wins every time .

The Quality of the food has been getting steadily worse over the last 3 orders which I have placed at this outlet. The sparsity of toppings and general cooking have now dropped below an acceptable level.

Have ordered from here in a while now I remember why. Pizza was cold, dry, burnt, all around poor. Tater tots were pale, undercooked. Just lazyness of you ask me. Need to step up the quality or lose customers.

Absolutely the most disgusting pizza I' tried to eat still dough under cooked no taste no cheese and very few toppings avoid avoid feel very cheated out of £30 Iceland do better and the starter well was a pile of cold potato croquettes that tasted like salt and just microwaved to death

They put wrong address on my pizza, didn’t inform me of this. Only by the second time they called me they informed me of this error. No reimbursement or free food offered for their mistake. An hour late too.

I don’t remember how early the food arrived but it was early. First ever Papa Johns and was not disappointed. Absolutely yummy, no higher accolade for me. Just great. Enough for 3 people to share. Delivery driver was quick and very polite. Overall, 10/10. Thank you

Clean restaurant, good service but incredibly expensive. Make sure to claim PaPa Points/Rewards, but even then these expire after 6 months.

Please tell whoever the little boy was who has just delivered to Hollybrook Gardens that when he is asked to turn his music down he does the right thing and turns it down rather than turns it up ... driving a white car ... not impressed

Had a few pizzas from Papa Johns since they opened in Park Gate and they’ve always been great. We tend to collect and have never had to wait long, much better tasting pizzas than Domino’s too!

Hadn’t even picked up my order by the time I got there, wasn’t even aware it had gone through! Greasy pizza, had one chunk of chicken on it

When I finally got my food after having to ring twice it was cold.

There is no option to leave a bad review for JustEat. Slow delivery, good arrived not hot. Wrong item added and then delivery driver returned to collect. It was a busy Friday night but not a great service. Just Eat didn't provide any service apart from 'phone the restaurant'... but hold on, I didn't order direct from the restaurant, I ordered through JustEat... they should take some ownership for their money. I will go direct from now on!

Lost my order which was a delivery, rang got put on hold, then not got back to. Rang on another phone wanted refund as no food (been waiting an hour) told can't do that. Disappointed is an understatement

Unfortunately can’t leave 0 stars. Wrong pizza was delivered and we were told we would get a new one delivered which never happened, then told we would get a refund which has still yet to happen after almost 3 weeks. Manager just seems to ignore calls as well. Exceptionally poor customer service.

Absolutely horrendous. My partner went to pick up the food, no name on the order, order was messed up, waited 40 mins for them to rectify and they “can’t offer a refund unless you take the food back” the best they can offer is 50% off the next order when we paid full price on this order and conveniently no receipt was available.

I went in and ordered specifically a VEGAN Margherita with lots of pineapple, got home from collecting only to find that real cheese had been used… this has meant that I now don’t have pizza to enjoy with the family, if you have allergies or diet restrictions be aware you might not get what you ask for … have been told I will be given a refund in 48hours…

Food was really nice, pizza was less greasy than dominos and a lot better than pizza hut. Sides were very nice too too, also some good deals available. Loved it! :D
