Domino's Pizza - Portchester in Fareham

Stopped off for a pizza snack. The service was really good and helped me get the best deal. The pizza was made fresh and when it came, it was hot and kept its heat until I got to eat it. It was very tasty with a good amount of toppings.

Dangerous and reckless driving by mopeds in a pedestrianised precinct in the dark. Could hit child or elderly coming round corner or out of other shops. Pure stupidity

Pizza delivery by Leon, pizzascan vary at.Dominoes, the ones from Portchester branch are really good. Good amount of toppings, really tasty. Use the deals on the website to bring the prices down. Delivery is super quick and the drivers are always friendly and helpful.

Fast delivery by the delivery driver Leon. He was polite and cheerful too.

I rarely write reviews when i order takeaways, but today I was considerably impressed by the speed of the delivery made by Ben. The pizza he delivered was still steaming hot as if it was just taken from the oven. Very impressed.

I recently was visiting down from hull and I was amazed to see the difference in quality of food and all the staff I spoke with were lovely, friendly and they were eager to help if I needed anything. Definitely will be ordering again when I am back down this end

Ordered a pizza but it turned up without any cheese. Called the store and was told by the manager that it could not have been a system problem and was my mistake. Refused to do anything about it. Really poor customer service. Second pizza was also stone cold. Will never use again.

The prices have gone up and the food has gone down hill on the bbq chicken was almost no chicken come on just spent 45 pounds what a rip

Ordered a delivery and originally told it would be 20 mins. After numerous phone calls , we were told the driver had broken down. 2 hrs later, and there was still no delivery 😡 had to go pick up in the end. Not again, Dominos, you should have said not available for delivery instead of giving BS. Thought we would use a local pizza place ... not again. Papa John's way better service. Only used Dominos as it was a birthday treat.

If staff explained prices properly and prices were displayed it would be so much easier! Looked on counter, 11.99 for lge. At other end buy one get one free on collection. Bonus. That be £23.99! Eh. Turns out 11.99 is a different off! Try telling people the! Won't be back@

When the food arrived the delivery driver didn’t say anything and made me feel weird about taking my food. Food was made wrong and cold. Hardly any cheese on it and was soggy. Called to complain and the lady was rude and sounded annoyed before I even spoke. Luckily got a refund but poor quality food for the price.

This was my experience with Dominos. The call taker had no customer service skills because of his unprofessional manner. The pizza quality was poor as it was soggy and cold. The delivery driver however was excellent and a credit to the company. I will not be using this company again.

Even though what happened below was not great, the service after can't be faulted. The next delivery exceeded expectation and the food was delicious. Well recovered. Faith restored. Previous order: Ordered at 7pm pizzas didn't turn up until 8:25pm. Both were cold and greasy. It's the worst pizza I've ever had from any any Domino's!

Now! That vegetarian pizza the girl made for me is yummy! I mean....YUMMY! I came in by chance as I was looking for Tesco, actually. But the inviting smell of pizzas dragged me in. I am very fussy and super difficult about my food, as I don't eat pizza at all. Maybe once in the blue moon, but then I make pizza at home to my taste because my experience with English made pizza is better not to comment. So I entered this Domino's... I am a moody and horrible customer when it comes to being rushed up. I did say this to the staff member as soon as I entered. The first staff member was a young man who was in a rush preparing delivery so didn't have time nor energy to serve moody and difficult me. I told him to get on with his thing as he called in to help me with his female colleague. She was cautious with me prepared to deal with the "challenge"(me) in front of her. She handled me impeccable! She listened to what I actually wanted on the pizza, and she told me what the options are as I am clueless when it comes to English Domino's pizzas. I never EVER ordered from Domino's in England as when I was living in Mexico I had horrible experience there as they put some unrecognisable chunks of something they call meat that looks, smell and taste as a cheap dog food. And when I occasionally had served Domino's pizza in England in my workplace, ordered by office management... I never liked it as it's just too plain and without imagination. This time, that pizza is fingers licking. This lovely, professional, serious, kind and very servile girl did her best! Given the ingredients she can play with. She is a gem of this Domino's! Now I know where I will go for pizza if I am on the road driving near by this location. Thank you dear pizza maestra 🥰🤗

Absolutely shocking will not be ordering from again pizza came with way to much sauce and no cheese (was ordered with extra cheese) then no hold for over 30 minutes befor my partner went to the restaurant very little staff working on a very busy night

Have been ordering here for a year last month had first bad pizza seemed under cooked then last week has 2 pizzas that were under cooked and the chicken bits were so bad . So we have decided to not use here anymore. Shame ad was good for a long time snd with delivery going up to 1.99 as well not helping

Went in this friday night and was kindly welcomed by Antony. Great young gentlemen who really went the extra mile to give me the best customer service possible. Helped me choose which deal was best for my desired food and gave me the best possible offer! Even made my pizza and wedges to PERFECTION! Big thank you to antony! Keep up the good work!!!

Ordered a meal online . Waiting 55 minutes for the order before chasing to be told they were short staffed and would be another 30/40minutes . Asked for money off they declined . Said they could cancel my order and I would get a full refund - that was 12 days ago. Still no refund and called store to find out where my refund was only to be told they cannot authorise refunds and has to be customer services . Shocking service for a new store . Perhaps this is a training issue but I certainly won’t be ordering again and am still £30 out of pocket !

Shocking experience. Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery that never turned up after over an hour of waiting! Stuck in quality control! Tried to phone the store but they closed so nobody answered. I’ve now got to mess about trying to get a refund! Just don’t bother ordering from this place.

Ordered here many many times, Delivered on time - every time, Great staff, good food. Will order again soon - when fuel prices come down as your prices are a bit high and I have to think Fuel or a Pizza at the mo , keep up the Good Work all a Waterlooville Dominoes - Best Fast Food retailer IMO in Waterlooville
