No attempt in wraping my "wrap". The meat was dryer than sand. My chips were cold and almost like cardboard.... I was always a regular here... never again will I go back. Shame to see somewhere I've always loved go downhill so quickly!

My order is currently more than 30 minutes late and waiting, the meals here are always to a brilliant standard and delicious but I'm left disappointed this time due to how late they are!

Food generally pretty good and very good value for money. That being said, we order regularly from this takeaway and delivery has been consistently slow, usually in the region of 90-120 minutes. Not recommended if you are absolutely famished at the time of ordering.

Always top notch food from here and it's just around the corner so i can pick up in just 10 mins after ordering. 6/6 stars.

The food from oasis is always good but the delivery takes the proverbial! Well over and hour and a half every time and when you call...it's always on it's way! Surprise.

it was so bad, delivery man was so rude. i ordered a pizza with stuff crust so thats mean the next pizza is coming free even if u put stuffed crust because u have already paid for it . I called and the man on the phone was so rude so rude , never again .THE WORST

Unfortunately i have to give 2 star for food quality as the pizza was soggy and very doughy. It tasted like some sort of liquid was in the food. We had to chuck the pizza away. The pizza was too undercooked. I was going to call the takeaway to take the food away and see for themself but i thought it was no need as it was late. However, the donner we managed to eat and was of ok quality. I will never order pizza again! :( Over £20 order and feel i wasted it on a very bad meal!

Good pizzas with plenty of topping, the cheese and pepperoni stuffed crust is a winner. I liked the flavour of the BBQ base sauce as well.

Food was over 49 mins late from what just eat said food came soggy coz it had been left in box when I phoned to see where my food was I got told 15 mins 45 mins the food arrived when I phone the second time to see what the hold up was there wasn't one and they couldnt do nothing for me as I placed order on here and had a 20% discount on £26 worth of food when I only spent £24 also they didn't have ice cream listed and drinks didn't turn up will not be ordering again

Used oasis a few times and the pizza are always good they put plenty of topping on and delivered hot and mostly on time, will use again.

Poor been waiting 2 hours and havent shown up.

Didn't have what I requested so was offered a substitute.

The wrong dessert got delivered. The kebab was the worst I've ever tasted. Only good thing about this delivery was the fact it only took half hour to come. Definitely wouldn't order from here again.

I ordered 2 weeks before! The service was amazing and food Evan better!! I came back today the food was shocking and the guy behind the counter wanted to charge me 50p for a squirt of sauce! Chips was soggy and ruined the meal! Shame as the food the week before was amazing!

Ended up waiting a bit longer than expected, but it was worth it because the food was awesome. The veggie lasagne is epic.

The order came after 2 hours of waiting.. and the only apology they gave is by saying we will give u free dessert for next time !! i will never order again from this resturant and i dont want ur free dessert.. food was good but horrible service

food is great, but would be better if next time, the delivery driver knocks on the door, rather than throws stones at our window to gain our attention :-).

Was told a hour after ordering gas and electric was off AFTER taking my card payment...then another hour later i had phone call that I could have pizza when I ordered two kebabs after doing a 12 hour shift I didn't want to be waiting for 2 and a half hours for food...didn't even have a refund or a sorry no gesture of goodwill..so I will never order from here again

I have deliveries from Oasis before. Always delivered on time, piping hot and good quality food. My grandaughter and I thoroughly enjoyed. Nice polite lady delivered the order

Another great meal from Oasis. Freshly cooked, piping hot food. Drink was ice cold which for me is very important when ordering a takeaway. The staff are friendly as well. Highly recommend Oasis.

Ordered at half 8 phoned the place about 10 times and got no answer then the driver phoned me at 12:15 waking me up to say he was outside lol never again

I had to wait 2,5 hours, the delivery guy gave me the wrong order first. The coke was opened, and the food was cold and dry. I made a picture, can I upload here? I want my money back.

Great tasting food, could easily tell it was freshly cooked and my drink was ice cold. Nothing worse than ordering a takeaway that comes with a warm drink so that is a big plus for me. All round great takeaway. Will order again for sure!

Waited 1hour longer than I should have for the meal. Then the company made up two different stories to why it was late on two separate occasions.

Parmesan is nothing like a Parmesan I suggest you go to Middlesbrough a learn what a Parmesan is oasis was unable to deliver my last order no apologies was spoken to like I was in the wrong accused of swearing! I did not !and I was called a chav I will be paying them a visit in person as they were unwilling to deal with my complaint on the phone

Shish was nice with plenty of chicken but arrived cold. Chocolate fudge cake isn't proper chocolate fudge cake like you would buy elsewhere, it's more a base with caramel fudge then chocolate topping - not proper indulgent chocolate fudge cake, disappointed with that!

Food was quite nice, but oasis got the order wrong and took 40 mins to correct it, I asked for a refund instead of another pizza but they refused and sent the pizza anyway! If you had better customer service you'd have 5*, I understand sometimes mistakes happen and deliveries are late, that's fine but when a customer asks for a refund for one pizza that YOU got wrong then you should oblige immediately. Now I'm sat here with two cold pizzas that nobody wants, very disappointed! And I still want my refund!

Have ordered with Oasis several times now and I can honestly say I have never been more impressed, absolute wonderful service and the food is just incredible!

The shish was good, the pizza was awesome. The problem I have is with the Parmesans, as a Teessider I have a certain standard of parmo, this was not a parmo, the chicken was about 3mm and there was no bechamel sauce, what is this?

This is one of the best places in Cardiff for food and service, not once have they missed anything off our order and it has always arrived on time, they are very efficient, food is great. Keep up the great service.

ordered from here last night with quite a big cash order as there were a few people, it was very late, tried to ring to see what the hold up was and spoke to a very rude woman about the delayed order who hung up on me and pressed reject to any of my calls from there on out! Food wasn't that nice and a waste of money!!

Not impressed at all. Won't be using oasis again after being a regular customer for the last 12 months. It took 1.5hrs for my food to arrive after 2 phone calls and being told that the driver had 'been stopped by the police'!!! Born yesterday I think not. Tasteless food not worth the wait. Utterly disappointed.

Food was good Barr the kebab It was soaked in water or oil, and a lot of it. Which is a shame cause I love kebabs from here. 😕

Cold pizza with hard (what seemed to be left out and old) sweetcorn, chips were cold on arriving. Donna kebab meat was nice, slightly spicy with a nice garlic mayo.

1 hour and 40 min to deliver our food. They are 10 from our house. Cold food, not the quality it used to be. Very disappointed.

hi, apart from that I have been waiting for nearly 2 hours for the delivery, the pastic foam box has melted nearly 30％!! Its toxic man how can i eat the food? Please arrange it better to deliver your food.

Waited 2 hours for food to be delivered. I called an hour and 10 minutes into waiting time and was told the driver was 10 minutes away. 40 minutes later the driver calls me and says he's outside my house. He was not outside my house. Finally he does arrive, food was barely warm and not of the best quality, even with the buy one get one free offer on the pizza, I feel it's very overpriced for what you actual get. Add on the £2 for delivery that takes 2 hours as well. Very disappointed over all with this service.

Had problems in the past with oasis but this time no problem at, delivery was on time food was hot and tasted really good. Always ordering from oasis because of the quality of the food.
