Lovely food and cocktails and our server Bethany was amazing! She was so friendly and attentive and made sure we had the best experience. Will definitely visit again 😊

Visited for brunch Wednesday 13th March. Had full English breakfast. Excellent value, very tasty. Good quality sausage and bacon. Everything was hot. Young man serving was friendly and polite, came and checked everything was good. Would recommend

Don't bother with the Bottomless Brunch. In the space of 1 hour 40 mins, I was only given 3 drinks, even though my glass was always empty. When the 2 hours were up I was given my 4th drink but I wanted to leave by then. Wasn't even asked what I'd like. I was just given the same drink each time. When the food came out, one member of our party had to wait an extra 30 minutes for her Burger. I would have been better off buying the 2 for 1 cocktails at the bar. Did not get value for money.

The team were very accommodating, food was tasty and at a very reasonable price. (We went for breakfast). Sarah, Beth and Jamie were particularly helpful!

For a franchise I cannot complain about the quality of food or service. I think that the £7.50 price for the bengali king prawns is a complete steal. Would eat here again while out drinking 100%.

Came here for the mean girls bottomless brunch and couldn’t ask for any more. Our waiter Frazer was amazing getting us everything we wanted quickly and was so so kind and accommodating. We tried the bloody mary and hated it, once we told him straight away asked for what else we would like and got us another drink immediately. super speedy service whilst handling 6 other tables plus us!! Thank you so much for making our experience here brilliant, we will be back!!

Bottomless brunch was really good value, food was great and service from Jamie was amazing, he was constantly checking if we needed new drinks even when we had drinks on the table.

The food was great, but I probably wouldn't bother to give a review if it weren't for the outstanding service from a fella called Mikey. You are doing your company proud there Mikey, no wonder the S&L is apparently one of the go-to venues in Fareham. Thank you for your hospitality, we will be back!

My friend booked the bottomless brunch for her birthday and I have to say from start to finish it was terrible. I usually go to the slug and lettuce in Gunwharf and always get great service, food and drinks. To cut a long story short: It took us around 30 minutes to just get our first order taken, we only ended up having 5 drinks the entire time due to the waiting time for drinks to arrive, when our drinks did arrive twice they had forgot some of our drink orders so some people on our table had to wait even longer for their drinks, my food order came out incorrect, we then had to wait for around 30minutes for our bill which they ended up emailing to us anyway so that was a complete waste of time. To top everything off, I had food poisoning all day Sunday and felt rough yesterday from the food. I know it was the food because I hadn't eaten before or after the Slug and Lettuce when I started getting severe stomach pain and sickness. I don’t know if they were just understaffed that day or what was going on but the experience definitely was not worth the money. The lady and young lad serving were lovely but you could see they were swept off their feet.

Quite enjoyed the experience. We popped in as an alternative to the nandos. We had a non alcoholic cocktail and a sharing platter served on a cake tower. It was good for the money we spent. The hot sauce was yummy and worked well with the chicken.

Either door staff here are on a serious power trip or something weird going on, let my friend in but she had to pop out quickly within 2 mins, again returned within 2 mins and same group turned away... if I was this business I'd be wondering why my door staff are turning away sober paying customers.

Bethany was an excellent host, we come here quite often and we always have an excellent time. Bethany was an experienced host and was amazing when predicting our next drink choices.

Bethany was such great service and a great laugh very sociable and made sure we were looked after with our bottomless brunch even though she was rushed off her feet!

This was a real disappointment and an absolute shambles. It's the filthiest bar I've ever seen. Even saw a bar tender sniffing a flamingo container to make sure was alright. Over 100 used shots glasses bottle tops spilt drinks and even bar equipment. It wasn't even that busy. It was disgusting. Everything was sticky. Booked a drinking table. Arrive and get told to just sit anywhere. We sat on the only table that was clean because all were a mess. Told to move and that they would clean the table. They took a few glasses but never came back. Waited more than 20mims for drinks and had to go to the bar to chase. Was told there was a DJ. There was not. Music was good though. If you have standards don't bother going here

Lovely evening great meal we had the fajita chicken pasta. Friendly staff especially the Manageress Sarah who was very attentive.

The family visited Fareham on a Saturday afternoon, and thankfully had space. Our server, Caitlin, was excellent and the food was spot on. Great price, too. Very happy with our meal and visit!

5/5. Amazing food and great atmosphere at slug and lettuce in fareham. The service by Frankie,Sarah and Caitin was the best I have had at any place for a long time. Really enjoyed our time here and we highly recommend the bottomless brunch, we were kept topped up on drinks throughout the visit.

Been here numerous times with family members for lunch or dinner. The staff are always incredibly friendly and welcoming, whilst the atmosphere is pleasant - which puts a family member who has special needs at ease. The food is nice, although some of the dishes fall on the smaller side.

The food was really good, it was a quiet night, Thursday, so very few people. Very unclear where to order, only 1 staff behind the bar and a few people ina queue. Was a very cold night and very little heating. As food was good, would consider going back.

Went there the evening of 12th Dec 23 approx 2230 ish. I ordered a pint of inches cider. £5.30. which I paid for with my card. Then apparently the card machine stopped working. I was told the transaction hadn't gone through. I proceeded to show...

Prior to the meal we put in our orders, one friend left her mobile to be contacted about gluten and dairy free options. Nobody got in touch, so she had to call the morning of the meal to sort it out. The waiting staff were good. However the food was terrible, the steaks were not cooked correctly and the cut was so bad most of us gave up eating them. Two entire cocktails were split all over my friend and her coat. They bought blue roll over but she ended up with our help cleaning it up. We had to go out of our way to get them to pay for the dry cleaning bill. Although the manager took some money off the bill, we still paid £17 each for food most of us couldn't eat. She was reluctant to come to an arrangement and not very customer friendly. Then for dessert it was decorated ice lollies, which just felt rushed. I could have bought those from a supermarket, not anything special to have on a Christmas meal. Overall I wouldn't recommend or come back. The whole saga left people feeling frustrated and put a low mood on the rest of the night.
