Good food and drinks a little expensive but still worth the visit

Nice coffee, I had a panini, bacon and cheese I think, minimal bacon and cheese for the price fresh salad, freshly cooked chips. Table clearing good but left damp.

Queue at the counter system operated here and although not busy tables not Cleared not the best mocha in the world and in the middle of a shopping mall so not a great atmosphere

This cafe has exceptional fresh food that is delicious and presented very well It's always cooked and prepared a high standard The staff are very friendly too and also helpful I enjoy their coffee in there, but there is a variation of drinks, including fresh orange juice . Pricey than some but worth it discount card if regular

Came here today and I asked the lady if she minds filling my 1 year old daughters bottle of water, she gave me a hand movement for me to pass her the bottle she didn’t even speak she then poured BOILING hot water in the beaker, luckily I saw her do it , then I said that i wanted Cold water which is obvious and she just stared at me and huffed then put cold water in. If I didn’t watch her I could of gave my baby boiling hot water. I tasted it to make sure non of it was hot but it tasted disgusting, went to Superdrug next door to get bottle of water for her I even asked to pay separately as one of the items was the person I was with food , didn’t listen , just carried on , at this point I just wanted to leave so I paid for it all together. The customer service is disgraceful, not hard to be polite and who puts boiling hot water in a kids drink, you could even see the steam of the hotness , never be returning to this cafe

If you would like fresh homemade food - the place is for you ! A Big choice of different foods to suit different tastes! All made with love! Visiting the place quite often for lunch, breakfast or just for coffee . Maybe little bit more expensive than in other places but it is worth it!

Expensive but service was good. We were the only customers though it was 3.30pm

Smoothie was fruity and very nice. Tuna wrap was filling and fresh. Chicken panini was warm and very filling and had a light texture and very tasty and the sweet treat at the end was nice. The lady that made the filling was kind and professional. Nice experience

Clean and tidy, nice staff and good food. It's a good stop off on your shopping for a decent lunch.

Had a tuna jacket and a diet coke. Nearly £12.00. Jacket potato just dumped on side plate with no side salad. Potato not very warm. Very expensive for what it is.

Enjoyed a really lovely egg mayo baguette and coffee.

My goodness, I know everything has gone up but..... Nothing wrong with the food but just paid £8.10 far a baguette with tuna mayo. Terrible price for massed produced stuff. Will never go in here again

It was the worst experience ever! Rude staff unpleasant cleanness. Didnt take care for a dirty glass being used then to just tip it in a clean one. Staff was highly rude and overall just a disappointment to customer service in general. Never will go there again. Not if I want dirty dishes being given to me .

Very friendly staff, great seating area at the top of Fareham shopping centre where you can enjoy a tea or coffee and a cake while watching the world go bye.

Tasty food with a good collection! They always seem to be out of Crayfish and avocado..must be very popular!

Disappointing!! Definitely not service with a smile today. 2 young girls looking really miserable on the check out with an older lady serving food who also didn't crack a smile. A tuna melt that seemed to have just a small bit of chopped salad, couldn't really see the tuna and there seemed to be no cheese. Didn't bother to complain as looking at them you'd have got nowhere. It's a shame as we've been in before and found staff happy and friendly and the tuna melt was a proper tuna melt. All in all not good value for money and service could have been much better.

Absolute rip off!! £15 for a baked potato with seafood, small side salad and a drink! At least Dick Turpin wore a mask!! Daylight robbery! Avoid at all costs! Pop across the road to weatherspoons where you actually get value for your money!

Didn’t not get the chips or garlic bread so very disappointed and not even a clue how I would get a refund as the app is not obvious but will work it out as again very disappointed my full order did not arrived as requested and paid for.

I had a terrible experience! it was my first time with my family and got treated horribly and spoken to aggressively by a lady, middle aged, brunette with glasses preparing the food at the cafe acting like the boss! She spoke down to the blonde colleague who was the only one with customer service skills and actually trying to help. They gave our food to the wrong people and refused to redo it, shouted at the staff and I for giving wrong food. She also was very rude when I asked for a new apple for my daughter as it had mould all over it, her response was what do you expect it’s an apple. Will never be returning!

Really lovely fresh food, now they are well.staffed even better, there was a time when the poor manager was practically on her own.

I arrived at 12 -20 today and was looking for to my lunch My friend ordered an All day breakfast and I ordered Egg , Hashbrowns and toast I was told I couldn't have fried egg it had to be scrambled eggs I said I'm sorry but I do not like scrambled eggs and was told it was that or nothing On the menu on all the tables it states Alll. Day breakfast with fried eggs Hash browns Toadt etc . I was then told I couldn't have that as the kitchen closed at 12 noon Why advertise all day breakfast if your kitchen shuts at 12 noon

Always good coffee and the cakes enticing, service is quick and friendly.

Food is fresh, there's a wide selection including plenty of vegetarian options and portions are generous. I particularly like their salads.

It's rare nowadays to find a place that actually makes panini's fresh most are premade and just heated, not here all made when ordered, and it makes a difference they tasted great, the service was friendly and quick, and the Americans coffee I had with it tasted great (flavourful without being bitter). I'm not from Fareham, but work does have an office nearby and when in the area will definitely be going back to try other things from their menu.

My husband and I thought we would try here for a change . I used to rate this place 5* but not anymore . It seemed to be untidy . There was only 2 ladies working . They seemed to be confused who was doing what, getting confused with food orders and rushed off thier feet . There wasn't many customers waiting. When we finally got our meal the coffee was nice and hot but our food was cold , we would have taken the food back and complained but what's the point like with most places it's not worth it , you just get a sorry . So we won't be going back there for food just a coffee

Visited here after having dreadful experience at Costa. Staff were clean, bright, cheerful and polite. Drinks were hot. Food freshly made and tasty. One star deducted as tuna melt was a little dry but had lots of flavour. Costa look and learn

Inside the shopping precinct at Havant. Very spacious and light. Good selection of snacks sandwiches,wraps, pasta and salad.

Most of the staff are friendly, and it's clean and tidy.

Food was lovely, but unfortunately they were short staffed. Long wait to been served and few people in queue gave up and walked away..

Bit expensive and the range has changed on the menu. I had a salmon and cream cheese ciabatta but the server didn't toast it or offer and it was quite rubbery bread. Odd. I understand it's a chain but I have enjoyed it previously.

A lovely old established bakery wonderful array of breads cake and savourys.

Was in a.rush ordered a bite to eat and.a coffee really nice ,

The "hot" drinks were cold and barely filled half the cup, the paninis didn't have all the ingredients described, barely had any meat or tomato, and were undercooked. Two sandwiches and two hot drinks cost me over £20 and I ended up feeding half of it to my dogs. I won't make the mistake of buying from here again. Costa is roughly the same price and actually tastes decent, this doesn't. You'd expect better from an independent business.

I like the food and the staff are friendly as well. But why does no one clear the tables of a previous customers food debris and plates during the day Last week I counted 22 tables full of the previous customers lunch, no clean tables available, and customers moving debris around to create space for them⁹selves. Mondays are particularly bad as its Fareham market day hence its busier. At lunch I have seen at lest 5 staff all sat down having lunch together towards thìe rear whilst customers try to clear the tables to sit down. If you have a manager or a supervisor then they need to open their eyes and observe what is going on, and then do something about it !! A manager needs to "manage", this is just NOT happening - a real shame.

Dropped in for lunch to grab a sandwich. Enormous range of fillings and healthy option salads, with meals freshly made before your eyes. I chose tuna mayo on brown bread, with tomatoes, cucumber and addition of red onions. Optional butter spread. Very tasty. Decent portion size. Can of Coke Zero to accompany. Cost £8.40. Considering that I got instant (I mean immediate, no queues) very friendly service, with no attitude and a really nice, relaxed stress free ambience in which to eat my lunch (unlike virtually all burger restaurants), I think that is very fair value for money indeed. Recommended.

Great offer on at the moment for a cuppa and pastry for £3.45. Went in at 10.30 and quite a good selection still left. Had coffee which was lovely and strong! Staff always clearing and wiping down very quickly.

Accidentally left a bag in this cafe after a great visit there. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would fully recommend this cafe and its staff to anyone.

Used to go here alot , not sure we d go back ,bit disappointing . quite pricey too .nearly £20 for 2 teas and 2 tuna baguettes.

The customer service was less than impressive - staff uninterested and miserable. One lady had many rings on whilst dealing with food and drink. The cleanliness was not up to standard in the kitchen or at the tables. Many tables unclear and dirty. The Panini was okay but wouldn't eat it again.

Really love the food here and the staff are really friendly. Good variety of fresh food. This is our go to place for lunch when we come shopping.

I had a goat's cheese panini and flat white. The panini had way too much pepper in and nowhere near enough cheese. It was also undercooked, the bread had no crunch to it at all. The flat white came out in a massive mug, the same size as the lattes and tasting like a bad latte too. It was also too hot to drink until after I had eaten.

I was waiting for a shop to open. So I popped into Giardino. Coffee and danish pastry 3.45. Absolutely delightful very pleasant and friendly staff. Certainly recommend this cafe

Good food and nicely presented. Appeared a quieter place to eat than some others on a fairly busy Saturday, which may be worth considering if you're worried about social distancing at all.

Great coffee. Terrible breakfast. The beans were about 3 days old by the look of it and were like little pebbles. The bacon and mushrooms were stone cold. Not good

Always have a bite to eat here if I come to Fareham. Food and coffee are just so good. So many great salads, spoilt for choice.
