The best restaurants serving Default food in Fareham East Fareham South East

We were recommended this café, and initial impressions were good, with a nice spot overlooking the yachts and the creek. The first hurdle was the car parking. The confusing signage appeared to show reserved parking for the cafe, but luckily we asked, and discovered that we had to pay elsewhere for the parking, which was not made clear. We ordered a coffee and a scone with cream and jam. These were delightful, however the service not so. Despite the cafe being small and not very busy, the scones took at least ten minutes to arrive. The coffee took nearly another ten minutes. It was obvious that they had forgotten, despite us sitting at the table right opposite the counter, and there being no one else to serve at the time. An apology for the delay would have helped, but nothing. So to surmise, great location, great food and drink, but service below par. I don't think we will be returning.

For a typical local GreenKing pub the meal we have just had truly merits the five stars. The service was prompt and friendly. The food including a roast dinner was excellent. Especially good is the gammon steak which is always melt in the mouth juicy and tender.

Great local pub. God choice of beer and great service

It's been 6 years since I moved from Fareham, and I still could not find a better milkshake than what I tried from Three Joes and the pizza also insanely good! (6 years since I moved and still remember Three Joes, let that sink in!)

There all much of a muchness,done reviews on most of the ones I' use , they are only as good as the staff and that varys but on average they are pleasant from enthusiastic to plain nice there like McDonald's, Holiday Inns, Premier inns basically BORING

Amanda and her daughter Hannah are perfect hosts,very friendly and welcoming. The food is of the highest quality and delicious. If you want genuine Thai food perfectly cooked, then this is the restaurant for you. As everything is cooked to order, you have to wait a little, but it's worth it. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for. We go back as often as we can and take different friends with us, who all agree how good this place is.

First visit but won't be the last, good service, great atmosphere and excellent food.

Three stars purely because although the food was lovely, in my opinion £4.15 for a cupcake/muffin is over priced which is just one example of other over priced things on the menu for what they are. But everything in all other areas was really nice.
