Pleasant and friendly as always, nice to see it socially busy today

Met a friend for a drink and it was a good drink. The whips though quite difficult to mix but enjoyable

Located in car park adjacent to Sainsbury's supermarket Broadcut, Fareham on the day I visited, it was a miserable wet day, it had its usual range of pastries. etc and coffees, Currently, the road system is being upgraded, which may affect your journey . Sainsbury's has no refreshments facilities in this location. There are some stores that will have a Costa instore, the nearest one rumoured to Farlington to the east of Portsmouth

Just stopped for a coffee and cake while waiting for the car wash. Was served by Harley who was very charming and chatted pleasantly. Coffee was hot and millionaire shortbread a rare treat. Comfortable atmosphere to work or relax.

First time in this Costa, hot and tasty Mocha and an Apple Tea (nice too, first time of trying) both served by a friendly and efficient young lady (pat on back to her for making us feel welcome). Only slight critisism - it's a noisy building, needs sound dampening!

Not bad, but living with a person with hearing difficulties. The environment was very clattering and noisy. With no quieter area for conversation.

The food & coffee was good, staff are nice. The tables were not cleared quickly, people were staking them at the end of their tables....also a very noisy cold drink mixer hence 3 stars

Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Many times I go there and my drink is being made before I even pay. My favourite Costa in the area.

Always busy near gym and sainsbury's

Even though it was late. It didn't matter, as I expected the traffic to be bad. Also, the driver telephoned to apologize and to give me an update on ETA, which was a nice touch.

Awful service, ordered lunch from here a drink and Toastie and just the drink arrived and on the receipt it said .. sold out, ask just eat for refund!! So I paid delivery and service charge just for a drink!! Will not order from this store again!!

Toasties are nice but a bit expensive for what you get

They didn’t ring me to let me know the food was sold out. So I received 2 drinks only, sort of defeats the point of ordering breakfast! £16 I paid for Fanta and a coffee. Ridiculous

Sadly the staff didn't seem to communicate. I asked for both skinny drinks, one was the other wasn't. So they had to remake it. I had 2 sandwiches. I was told they would bring them over when ready, then I heard a lady yelling about sandwiches. Food and coffee were fine in the end

Your basic Costa in a retail park ambience, but the usual Costa quality is there and the staff are always friendly and can make a decent coffee.

Nice little Costa, convenient for Sainsbury's and the gym, very friendly staff, usual selection of drinks and food.

NEVER RECEIVED THE FOOD, DELIVERED TO THE WRONG PERSON

Arrived ready to drink albeit half drinks, with no cover on any of them, and spilt them all. Obviously the bags were soaked and split, lucky to get any drink at all. Not impressed!

Think this Costa is trying for the 'Worse Costa Award'!.... If there isn't such an award.... There should be! Slow, unorganized. Keep messing up orders.! This isn't a one off.. have been several times, hoping the staff may have changed. It gets two stars as the coffee is warm at least. I think they try hard but just can't seem to work it out?

Horrible, disgraceful and disappointing. These 3 words are what I am using to describe their Internet. It kept disconnecting me every. ten. seconds. Please, fix your horribly disgusting Wi-Fi.

Popped in with a couple of colleagues on a late Thursday lunchtime - only a few tables available, I'd say about 90% full. Service at the counter was a little slow, but the staff were friendly and welcoming. The visit was unremarkable but I would like to mention a couple of things; The coffee cups were all filled to a ridiculous level which made it impossible to make it to a table without slopping the drink over the side onto the saucer - it really doesn't need to be so full! The other issue is not the fault of the staff - it's infuriating when customers that have just entered rush to a vacant table and deposit a coat to 'reserve' it before they join the queue at the counter. You're not in Magaluf, you don't need to reserve your sunbed before the Germans get up. Wait your turn!

All staff are friendly and provide good service. I would say mainly 10/10 but odd occasion a 9/10. Prefer the service here to alot of the other costa shops.

Staff always pleasant. Plenty of parking and it's comfortable to be there for coffee and snack. Very convenient.

Click and collect service is really poor. Sometimes you need to queue to remind them of your order!

We all came to sit down with at a table. The seats were dirty. And floor had clips of toe drops on the floor. That very off putting. As we looked around the floor we pretty dirty.

Loads of parking in a convenient location. Resteraunt was clean. No drive through if that's your preferred option.

Very disappointed. Not supposed to prepare the order until a driver is assigned, but my coffee is ice cold and I don’t have a way of re-heating it without putting it on the hob. Ordered by 7 with estimated arrival time of 7.20am and arrived at 8.20am. Driver wasn’t assigned until after 8 - the drink had to have been made when I placed the order. I’m disappointed as couldn’t sleep all night and ordered it to perk me up a bit before work.

Well up to usual Costa standard, comfy seating, great coffee, sensible prices by current standards. Excellent parking, and close to some out-of-town shopping.

Service was fast, loads of free parking. Place was clean and tidy and staff were really friendly. It's not far from the M27 so great for a pit stop.

This Costa is our favourite, predominantly due to the fabulous staff & excellent customer service, however busy it gets. They even make the effort to remember our favourite drinks which is amazing! We were in there this morning & as is usual, the lovely staff were cheerful & working hard. Thank you to you all & very happy new year! X
