Always great coffe and service here. And the seasonal Maple Hazelnut Latte with cream is a must.

Don't use this place no more as got drinks wrong 3 times and 1 staff was rude to us but I feel if the drink is not made right you have the right to get it changed without the rudeness from 1 of the staff and the manageress I feel took her staff side. Got money back and never been there since.

Always like stopping in here. Team are efficient, always working hard but still find time to be friendly and welcoming. Especially so today. X

This place is good to go for coffee and lunch, always good service, Costa prices you know and expect, always a good atmosphere. I personally always enjoy coming here, it's always a good spot to take a bit of time out of your day, for lunch/brunch etc

Great, friendly staff, remember customers and orders and interact so well. Massive shoutout in particular to the early, early team there.

My food was missing, even after getting my item refunded the price was still £20 which is ridiculous for 2 coffees and a toasty

The staff here have always been great, and considering they were flat out we we visited, they were all very friendly.

Popped in for coffee & cake today (11/11/23 & we’re ok with our order, but when home, we realised there had been some gum on the seat my wife had sat in. We’d like to think that this would have been seen whilst the table had been previously cleaned, but this soured our experience at this branch.

Normal Costa standard not used this branch before tucked away on industrial estate.

Great service and a friendly atmosphere

Great Costa, we’ll located. Ample parking, and rarely get too busy. Outside seating and toilets too. Staff are fantastic, friendly and even know the locals by name and there orders. Shows their attention and attitude… great to see. Stock levels tends to be a bit hit and Miss but that’s not there fault, but I’ve learned always to ask if you don’t see what you want … it might just be squirrelled away out back…. Worth a visit if you want Costa and are passing. 👍🏻

I went there for first time to have a coffee and was good experience so calm and clean

Unbelievably it took over an hour for 2 coffees to be delivered. The order was confirmed quickly, the delivery wasnt too long but over 50 mins to assign a driver beggers belief.

Needs a tidy up inside, nothing special just standard Costa Coffee.

I have just had to wait over an hour for a simple order which, when it finally arrived, was missing the main item of food. Absolutely terrible service and communication!

Friendly, chatty staff and a great cup of coffee. What more do you need??

It's clean. It's the usual Costa experience. No different from many other Costa places. It was as expected.

Popped in whilst waiting for am appointment. Can't really grade atmosphere as was quiet, was very cold in there and draft from window didn't help. Service was OK, staff friendly and always great coffee

I'm a Costa convert. Great coffee. When I drove into the car park I thought this cafe was closed at it looks so dark from outside. Had a takeaway so can't really comment on atmosphere etc.

Service for drinks was quick, however had to wait nearly 10mins for cakes to be served although they were on display in the cabinet.

This was our first visit to Costa in Farnham. The staff were so lovely and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. I wish that the staff works and all the other customers in Southampton because the staff here are definitely Costa flagship material. Thank you so much !

Very slow staff. Not very interested in working. Lots of people walking out as they didn't want to wait. Feel the staff need retraining.

If you've been to a Costa before you know what to expect. I visited in the morning. The staff were friendly, the coffee good, and the tables/floor were clean. It was good to note that my table was cleared promptly, something not always done in other Costas. The only slight downside to my visit... there were no almond croissants!

Food came cold, ham had black prices on it tasted off. Drink was spilled in bag. Not impressed

We went here as a family for drinks and cake this morning but we're disappointed to find that the first 3 drinks I tried to order were not in stock, including 1 off the new frappé menu. The staff were friendly, environment was clean and comfortable and the cakes were delicious.

Delivery sooner than expected which for us was brilliant. Food was lovely and hot and fresh. Drinks were nice and cold and made perfectly.

Cappuccino was missing chocolate dusting. Not a big deal but as the app bothered to ask if I wanted some, it was a shame it was missing.

This is Newgate Lane Costa. Very good and staff friendly

I've never yet found a Costa I didn't like, this one is in what at first sight seems a slightly oddball place, in the corner of a small out of town shopping estate. However, it is within walking distance of a major naval training base. Not at all a dumb location. Fully up to usual Costa standards, comfortable, but not too expensive, good coffee. Now with M&S snacks, though I have not yet tasted them.

Always misses something on my order

The toasted sandwich was 2 different sies off bread. One was a middle bit off bread the other a end.. One side was toasted to much the other didn't look or taste like it had been toasted at all.

Had one of their sausage baps which I found the bread roll dry and almost stale especially the top part although sausages fine. Disappointed.

Excellent service. One item I ordered multiples of, they didn't have the required quantity and someone from the store kindly called me and organised a substitute of out of stock items. Other stores just don't send if no stock. So thank you Costa Collingwood. Will order with you from now on

Was this even checked before being sent? The bacon bap was like rubber, the bacon seriously over cooked, stone cold and there’s more bacon on a single Iceland pigs in blanket than there was in the bap, the wrap was badly over cooked, and the chicken was like mush, yes I have pictures and will be forwarding them to costa socials, absolute disgusted with this meal, no idea how anyone thought it was acceptable to send

I ordered a decaf & skimmed latte and it didn’t specify which is which. I’ve now had to get rid of it. Waste of money.

Food and drinks lovely, but the guy cleaning up was using the floor brush on the table's aswell when I question him about it he wasn't happy I made a comment not very hygienic and didn't see him using any cleaning products at all
