Patricia in Nando’s bluewater had such amazing customer service skills she sat me and my 1 year old down and because I was by myself as soon as I went up to ordered I ordered a refillable drink and she immediately told me if I needed any help to fill it up let her know and she’ll be happy to fill it up, I didn’t want to bother her so started getting up to do it immediately she told me she’d do it! Amazing and adaptable customer service! Definitely made my nerves of coming out with my one year old be put at ease! Thank you Patricia

We had to wait as the restaurant was a bit late opening. However, staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Love the fact you can order and pay from your table on your phone. Also, this way, when you are finished with your meal, there is no hanging around for the bill you can just leave.

Absolutely awful. The restaurant was empty, no atmosphere, and it was cold. The food was lukewarm and rather unappetising. The staff kept looking at us to leave, it was Saturday night! This used to be a thriving restaurant and was very popular. It’s such a shame the way it is now. Never again and I recommend avoiding

Placed an order and was given items which contained nuts (satay sauce instead of curry sauce) complaint ignored so have contacted food standard agency who have confirmed they have a pending investigation since July 2023 so currently have no food rating. Awful food and even worse standards

This is our local Chinese takeaway at the end of our road. We have lived here 8 years and have tried them all, but always come back to Ocean City. They are the best in Dartford. Great portions, great value, absolutely delicious. Never mess up an order even if the order is huge. Only downside is they don't have card payment facilities.

Took a chance as we hadn't booked for lunch and so glad we did. Great choice of food and very reasonable prices. Served quickly at the bar and food followed without too long a delay despite them being busy serving Christmas lunches. Nice and hot, very tasty and generous portions. We all enjoyed it thoroughly and will definitely visit again

We’ve always ordered from here and always loved the food but the food was completely inedible, dry and tasted horrendous. We spent a good amount of money for all of it to go in the bin. A real shame. I won’t be ordering from there again.

Tasteless coffee, slow service, staff no enthusiasm, staff smoking outside the entrance. Only went for the car cleaning.

We have been using this Costa since it came to Bluewater but the last couple of visits have been a total let down. Coffee (lattes) today were horrible. I am sure milk had bern watered down - my Panini was medicore at best and would have bermen more palatable with salt and pepper plus £2.85 for a small Bakewell Tart is a total joke. Sorry Costa Bluewater goodbye
