These gentlemen just rescued me and my little boy with Down's Syndrome. We are stuck in the horrendous traffic leading to Dartford tunnel and desperate for the loo, the garage turned us away and heading back just popped my head in on off chance. They couldn't have been more helpful and saved us!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart xxx

Don't waste your money with this place. Disgusting food. Rubbish service. Food was still raw. Carry on going if you want food poisoning or e coli. Of some sort.

All food was good except the madras curry did not taste like madras in fact it was tasteless. Real shame as I have ordered previously and was good.

Food was stone cold arrived super late, missing items with order will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered a takeaway. Absolutely awful. Threw it in the bin. Had prawn rogan dry as old boots. Prawns hard and tasteless. Potatoes hard. Rice undercooked. Had takeaway 2 years ago and it was lovely. Was up all night with a bad tummy. Will definitely not be ordering again. 30 quid in the bin

Ordered £65 worth of food, took about an hour and half to arrive at my friend’s address. It’s was cold, literally not even slightly warm, and everything tasted awful . One curry had about three small pieces of chicken in it, I ordered a chicken dopiaza, I can assure anyone that it definitely wasn’t one of those, just five small pieces of chicken in some watery sauce. Everyone threw their food in the bin, massive waste of money, we shall never eat from there again. Even the rice was nasty, not to mention the Bombay potatoes 😡

Awful, got a takeaway. Meat all tasted the same like burnt grease. Naan breads smelled and tasted like smoke. Deffo a dirty kitchen can tell by the smell and taste. Avoid

The onion barji were very greasy and oiley, the chicken Korma: chicken was OK but the Korma sauce was very thick and didn't really have any taste.The chips were luke warm,the best item was the naan bread.Will have to think about reordering from this restaurant.

When I see chefs special I am interested BUT there’s no way the chef created this recipe & if he really did then all of his passion for cooking has gone, boiled rice, peas, egg, tomato, can you name a combination of ingredients more bland than that? Combine them with NO SALT and yeah, It was absolutely flavourless. Would NOT recommend this dish to anyone. Good delivery time and hot food on arrival was the only positives from this order. Truthfully just binned it half way through. Disappointed.

The ABSOLUTE BEST Indian food in England 110% The chef deserves a Michelin Star as does the restaurant 😋 TOP QUALITY AND If I ever move away I'll collect Because no one and I mean No One beats the Polash for me,Love you Guys x

the food was extremely disappointing!! the curry was 4 pieces of chicken in orange water with zero flavour. the saag paneer was flavourless !! again it was just green water with hardly any paneer. And to top it off a cold keema naan with hardly any keema and half a container of rice !!!

Curry and Dahl very watery and tasteless, like they were watered down to cater for late evening orders, which mine was. items were like eating a tasteless soup! Have used this takeaway venue before many times and enjoyed, but this time food was very disappointing and a waste of money. Chucked half of it away. Doubt I will choose again.

Absolutely 💯 stunning I tried Chefs Special which includes lamb and chicken,WOW the lamb melted in the mouth and Giant pieces of tender chicken. She had her usual lamb bhuna and throughly enjoyed it. Definitely deserve a Michelin Star or Two.

Polash has always been our go to curry take away ... sorry but you've lost our custom now, the food was awful! cold! chicken very dry ! rice was hard ( not cooked properly) ... We will be finding somewhere else... shame x

First time I've ordered curry for years only had curry as was given a gift card . found meal very expensive and every dish was very sweet chips were cold and onion baji was just saturated in oil. Nan bread was like rubber. only good thing was the rice which was well cooked and fragrant.

Sadly disappointed despite being a long term previous customer it was the worst to date the Chicken was very dried out , the lamb madras was tasteless along with its sauce that was nothing more than a very watery gravy.

The Best Indian Food In Town. Been living locally for 4 years now and treat ourselves now and then to a take away. This has been the best BY FAR! Saving this restaurant to our favs right now, just a shame it’s taken us 4 years to find this Diamond 👍

Even though it was a little late, I can't complain at all. It wasn't really their fault because of the Swanscombe Road being closed. It still arrived warm and I really enjoyed it. Best cheese naan I've ever had by a mile ! 😋 👌🏼 I would deffo recommend it!!

I have not used this takeaway for some time and decided to get a takeaway on Monday 27/11/23 when I finished work ordered food and it was ready within 10 minutes !!!! I was disappointed I live 5 minutes away and it was Luke warm the Bombay potatoes were hard and asked for onion bhaji soft they were dry !!!! Shame as I will not recommend or return . I look forward to having a treat on the rare occasion wish I had not bothered .

Food was cold not really cooked as I was biting the sheek kebab I felt something hard plastic like a broken glass in my mouth.

Don’t listen to reviews. This place does some of the nicest curries out there. We had full of flavour beautiful dishes. And I’m seriously fussy. It was handsome. Loads of spices. Loads of chicken and lamb. Loads of rice. Absolutely bang on what I love. I’ve had four deliveries from here and tonight was the best. 👌🏻

Poor quality. Hard, old chicken which was fatty, packed out with onions which were not even cut up, no care taken in the cooking and poor flavour. Never ordering here again.

Beautiful the best curry house

First time having this place today, I love onion bargis, this place one's are horrible! So dry and hard, also the rice was under cooked and a bit hard, 🙄

I have ordered from this place numerous times over the years.the other day I ordered food from here by just eat and The food here was atrocious the onion barjes were rock hard the korma was bland band garlic naan was nots so garlic. I sent a picture to just eat and got a refund from them. Avoid this place if you like bland food.

Food was lovely as always. The best chicken tikka masala ever. The onion bhaji,s were amazing and not forgetting the peshwari naan which was tasty.

Ordered a takeaway last night from here, as this takeaway is the one we have used for the last couple of years and have had the odd problem of missing order etc in the past, but have noticed that the last three times we have ordered from here the quality has been slowly going down hill. Twice in the past two occasions the Onion Bhajis appear to be either over cooked or more likely reheats as they are so tough that you can not eat them. My wife after the 1st episode wrote in the comments box when ordering the 2nd time can we have soft Onion Bhajis which again fell on deaf ears. And once again we were presented with rock hard Onion Bhajis. Tonight they surpassed themselves once again in ignoring the written request for the 3rd time from my wife about the two occasions previous of hard Bhajis and presented us once again with Bhajis which only can be described as being so hard that you could play golf with. The chief also out did myself this time with a totally tasteless Chicken Korma which all my family commented on as having no taste, garlic nan breads with no garlic in them by the taste of it. The only thing which had any flavour was the Chicken Tikka Masala. I don't normally want to give anyone bad feed back as we all have bad days, but this is the 3rd occasion this has happened and I believe that if after being asked numerous times and you still can't get it right its time to go else where for my takeaways and give the feedback which is deserved. My wife who normally does not complain has put a request in for a part refund from Just Eat because of it. If you like hard golf ball sized Onion Bhajis, tasteless Korma and Garlic nans this is the place to go. At £87 for this order it was not cheap, so I suggest that you take your chances and go else where for your curry. Unfortunately I have had to give a one star review as this site will not let you leave no star reviews as I think even one star is more then they deserve.

Despite me adding a note asking for onion bhajis that were edible as the last two times they have been so overcooked we had to throw them away we got the same again and were so hard we could have banged in nails with them, the korma and Bombay potatoes were completely tasteless and the garlic nan was basically bread with the smallest possible hint of garlic,the tikka masala was the only decent dish, we have been going here for years and it is not the cheapest takeaway by far but the last 6 months it seems to have got worse and worse, will not be spending anymore of my cash here, avoid like the plague

The food was delivered on time, this being scheduled for 1.5hr after ordering. When the food arrived it was all very bland with a very watery bombay potato and vegetable curry. The rest of the food lacked flavour and was incredibly disappointing considering the other fantastic restaurants who serve the same cuisine. Not worth the price paid.

Disappointing. The food was over 30 minutes late (it wasn't cold). For the first time, we had to use our own spices to make Indian takeaway edible. Every dish was missing salt. Potatoes in the Bombay aloo were added after the dish was cooked, so they did not have any flavor. We ordered from the Polash for the 1st time (based on the good reviews), but we won't be ordering from there again.

Thanks for changing some of the set meal items. Might be good to creat a veggie set meal option that way I would not have the change items.

Their Masala sauce is a little on the sweet side but delicious and plenty of it. Not had a bad meal yet.

BEST INDIAN In Dartford Maybe Even KENT Honestly the food is that Good I want to meet the chef and shake his/her hand and Thank them for the stunning meals I've had.

This used to be a great takeaway, sadly the food quality has diminished, I will struggle to justify the high price and low quality of food anymore.

So utterly disappointed. My only night off from work with my daughter to chill, watch a movie and get take out. The Korahi lamb promised to be medium spiced. It was flavourless. I’ve eaten more spicy roast dinners. The vegetable ‘curry’ was just some vegetables in a thin flavourless dishwater sauce. It wasn’t an actual curry?? Wishing I’d have saved £40 and cooked a frozen pizza now. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Wouldn't order from anywhere else!

Madras was not good and tasteless. I have had better madras curries from Iceland and lot cheaper. Shame as I had curries from here before and they were good. I guess I will not order again. Very disappointed.

I forgot something on my order so I called the restaurant and added it on with no hassle. Was even more surprised to find they had given me a free portion of bombay potatoes. Great food and excellent service, would recommend.

Delivery was great and overall food quality was however the poppadom was completely broken up and it looked like only 30-ish percent was in the bag.

This was probably the worst takeaway in a while from Polash. I know food prices have gone up but 2 lamb chops for over £10 for a main that were poor quality thin and lots of bone really wasn’t good. Once again I know salad items are a bit troublesome at the moment but really when the salad looks that bad please don’t bother and maybe substitute with a poppadom or something.

Had phone call tonight from polash saying we had not paid for delivery last night . PAID cash at the door when delivered. Will.not use again. Thieving delivery man . Last one thought he was some sort of gangster with a bad cocky attitude. FOOD AND SERVICE IS teŕible NOW

I hate complaining but that was not very nice food. I have never ordered a curry which is lacking flavour. My food was cold I had to reheat in my microwave that’s never a good start. The bread and onion bhaji both half cooked. Order come to £35 very disappointed

Title says it all. We have been visiting Polash for a takeaway every Saturday for over 20 years. The food is faultless week in week out. The service/hospitality is warm and genuine. We are lucky enough to have eaten curry around the country, Polash tops them all. Highlights for us are the Saag Rice, Pathia, and Aloo Gobi just to name a few. Negative reviews are people having a bad day or not knowing what good is. Stand by us, give it a go you will not be disappointed.

Sublime as always. We are lucky enough to order from here once a week, every week without fail. The food is sublime, the service is equally good. Honestly the best Curry in Kent and never fails to impress. Highly recommend!

Ordered a takeaway delivery, after reading that the takeaway had won awards. So was looking forward to eating my food. Delivery was good and timely. As for the food - I cannot believe how this could be an award wining takeaway! I ordered a vegetable kurma it tasted more like a dessert/pudding, as it was laden with sugar and was a thick congealed lump. It was disgusting and went straight to the bin. As for the chicken bhuna, the gravy was just a greasy mix of excessive quantities of fried onion. Definitely not ordering from here again. Disappointing to say the least. Just goes to show - don't believe the hype.

Had been recommended and after a bad meal in November was persuaded to try again but wish I hadn’t. Although the delivery arrived on time and was hot the taste was bland (prawn curry)and had a packet sauce flavour, the chicken tikka Bhuna tasted as though the spices had not been cooked out properly. Very disappointing I will not be giving another try

The stuffed paratha is barely stuffed with anything so dont order it.
