Todo buenísimo, muy amables los camareros, un poco lentos en tomarnos nota y servir, pero era sábado hora punta y estaba lleno el local, luego todo buenísimo mereció la pena esperar un pelin

We had a groupon voucher for Afternoon tea and was excellent and great value for money. Delicious food and great service.

The food was not really good but it was a good presentation,servers are not hospitable and don’t take care of their customers,just served the food then left,not even once came back and check on us,we have to call another server for our check,bathroom is on the ground floor.

El servicio es pésimo, después de esperar un buen rato nos pusieron los cafés y cuando se acordaron nos preguntaron si los pasteles los habían puesto a lo que contestamos que no y que ya no los queríamos pues el café estaba helado. Es la segunda vez que visito estos locales y no pienso volver a intentarlo

Fab place , great atmosphere , I ordered a cold beer , halloumi fries and calamari rings , came promptly and was really good would recommend , the waiter was well grumpy and never smiled once xx

What a lovely Cafe-Restaurant. The service, food quality and location were so convenient for us. There was a big choice for dishes and drinks. Amazing ambiance inside the restaurant as it was full most of the day.

Os preços do cardápio da entrada são diferente dos que estao na ementa que dão na mesa. Omolete é de evitar porque nao há ovos cinzentos. A esparguete a carbonara estava boa. Os empregado com nivel 0 de simpatia. Nao recomendo

Ondertussen zit deze zaak hartje Londen. Heerlijke bak koffie gedaan, met een overheerlijk zelfgemaakt stuk gebak. Uitgebreide kaart aanwezig, maar wij hebben geen lunch genomen. Zaak is luxe opgezet.

After looking for a lunch spot after shopping on Regent street we came upon this cafe with a diverse menu. There are many of these cafes spread throughout the city so we thought it would be a good place to unwind. We had fish and chips, salad, and English tea. Perfect lunch spot.

3 visits in a week. 2 breakfasts and an afternoon tea. First class on all occasions. Being an Aussie we are fussy about coffee, Concerto coffee is excellent. Highly recommended

We visited the lovation across from Harrods. The service was Super & food was great!! Even had ice & AC

The restaurant seemed clean and since it it's right next to Harrods we thought it'd be a nice place to have a coffee and something sweet there. First of all the service was terrible; taking wrong orders and not being able to properly count the change (they literally had to give out 5 quid with nothing but 10 pence coins) and the waffles they served were frozen and not fresh at all (one of the waiters had to admit it himself!!) I mean for about 7 quid a waffle you'd atleast expect them to be fresh. Not worth the price at all. 1/5 wouldn't recommend to my greatest enemy.

My son and I popped into the Cafe for breakfast. The waiter was very friendly and the service so quick, I was surprised. Decor and plating was tasteful. A pleasant experience all round. Thank you

Stopped for breakfast with my hubby. My poached eggs on avocado toast was nice but lukewarm. Hubby had omelette and toast which he said was nice. To drink I had Cafe Concerto luxury hot chocolate which was lovely. Service from the kitchen was a bit slow which surprised me as we were the only customers. Our server Adela Paula was pleasant enough.

My review focus is based on the service received. Staff may be dressed smartly, but some were so tired they couldn’t focus on serving me (yawning openly). The happy ones that weren’t tired were too loud, between themselves, and distracted us from our conversation. A Latte coffee order was served lukewarm, twice!! Items were missing from our bill. An overall poor experience

My friend and I split the Creamy Tea for Two and definitely could have split for just one! My cousin got an amazing strawberry tart. Tea and sweets were delicious, service was friendly, and they even provide take-away boxes. Make sure you get the scones!!

Das restaurant hat uns mit dieser schönen Einrichtung sofort angesprochen. Zuerst wollten wir draussen bei den wärmelampen sitzen, aber leider waren alle besetzt.

Hace 4 años q estuvimos y nos resulto muy bueno... Decidimos repetir este mes de diciembre y seguimos pensando que es un lugar encantador con unos pasteles excelentes y un trato inmejorable. Fuimos atendidos y asesorados por Huriel...un gran profesional. Repetiremos sin dudarlo!

Si no encontraste algo de tu agrado o no hay lugar para ocupar, cruzar la calle y comer en el Cafe Concerto es la mejor decisión. En un ambiente relajado y elegante, puedes elegir desde algo muy ligero, hasta un festín romano. Las diversas formas de servir el salmón convencen. Para volver. Provecho!!

Stopped to enjoy an afternoon tea in the city with two young children. No baby changing facilities or access to a toilet if your disabled. Ladies toilet located right next to the kitchen where the door was open, also the external back door was open so any Vermin could have entered the kitchen. Cups chipped, items didn’t arrive on the afternoon tea which was stated on the menu, didn’t have an alternative milk if lactose intolerant. Rude waiter who clearly didn’t want to be there. Would not return!

We popped in here for some respite and shared a tapas style plate and a linguini. Both were very good.

Wer sich vom Einkaufen ein wenig ausruhen, guten Kaffee und Kuchen oder Torten mit herrlich klingenden Namen wie Billionaire's cake genießen möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Natürlich kann man auch seinen Afternoon Tea hier genießen.

Attracted by the beautiful windows displaying what seemed to be delicious cakes, we stopped here for a snack, which turned into a delicious lunch, with seafood and chicken plates.

Alles in allem ist das Frühstück hier recht vernünftig und die Auswahl ist gut! Schönes Ambiente! Bedienung ist nicht ausgesprochen freundlich, aber okay! Preislich für Londoner Verhältnisse okay!

Stopped for a drink and we ended up sharing a vegan plate. What I really wanted was a gin and tonic and then only had 1 bottom shell gin in the bar. The young workers were not English and thought they spoke English they could not understand very well, a bit frustrating.

Prior to going to an Art Exhibition in Trafalgar Square we lunched at the Café Concerto in Northumberland Ave. It was our second visit and the food was excellent, the service friendly and professional. Great atmosphere, the décor was just right. Highly recommended.

Went to Cafe Concerto Regent Street Branch last Saturday. Very busy coffee very nice and the cakes were well presented. The staff were quite rude and because of the location you felt very rushed to eat your food.

God afternoon tea men saknar det där lilla extra. Scones var perfekta i konsistensen, dock dåligt urval av sylt, fick endast jordgubbssylt. Bra stämning i resturangen och skön rofylld musik.

Lovely cream tea, excellent presentation but only let down by poor choice of jam for the plan scones. Still one of my fav chains in London.

Had a quick lunch in a busy day, spaghetti, bruschetta and caprese salad with a glass of Prosecco were great. Never thought their food was as good as their deserts! Bravo!

Had a meeting with a client here well back in February. I am writing this today because I just started using trip advisor. Good for an experience you are not paying your self e.g. works meal. Staff were slow and didn’t seem to know why they are at work. Food was average.

Dropped in for lunch and overall were not impressed. From the facade one would expect a certain level of service - slightly higher end. This was not the case. Just average service and the food was plentiful but not overly tasty. The cheese plate was very good but the rest of the meal were lacking in taste. Good location for people watching while you eat but apart form that I would try another restaurant in the area the next time.

Medium to high priced food for very little taste and very poor service. The deserts, which they are supposedly known for are pretty tasteless and my first two choices off of the menu were not available.

O café é um excelente local para lanches e jantar. O serviço e atendimento são excelentes.O ambiente possui decoração muito charmosa e aconchegando. É considerado um dos cafés mais bonitos do mundo, assim é fundamental ter um tempinho para um lanche nesse local.

We could have ordered one and split it between the two of us. Looks like all their dishes are very large.

Мы зашли на тортик черный лес. Взяла с зеленым чаем и кофе для мужа. Тортик обычный, ничего выдающегося, 5 фунтов - приличный кусок. вкусный зеленый чай в пакетике. Кофе вкусный. Красивая обстановка, красивый дизайн интерьера и выпечки, было пусто. Рекомендовать не буду.

We ordered a scone and jam and were given a stoggy scone and marmalade. The staff didn‘t know the difference between marmalade and jam. We ordered decaf cappucinos and we got what looked like warm milk. The service and quality of food was awful.

Everything about this place is average apart from the prices. Breakfast is probably cheaper at Harrods across the road ! Not somewhere I will be going again

El sitio se encuentra justo enfrente de Harrods, muy bonito y con muy bien ambiente. Mafnificamente atendido. El problema es cuando te dicen que todo esta hecho del dia pero el gofre esta mas duro que si llevase 1 mes guardado, la muffin la tienen que calentar y luego viene a temperatura normal y tambien esta dura como una piedra. Lo unico muy bueno fue un trozo de tarta de las que tienen en exposicion, supongo que eso si sería del dia. Asi que ojo con lo que pedis.

We went here to enjoy high tea. The tea service was good and very tasty. We even got to choose some of our items. The staff was very slow and responsive.

Si no quieres gastar mucho, relación calidad precio está muy bien, ambiente tradicional barroco,pulcro buena atención,limpio y rápido, sobre todo el fish anda chips que vende por doquier aquí es estupendo y al mismo precio que en la calle, risottos, carnes ,sándwiches, etc. Cena para dos treinta libras.

A great snacking place, nice little bite to eat while out and about shopping! Also had some dessert and coffees.. had to wait for a table but got a seat within 5mins. The strawberry ice cream was amazinggggg!!! Would def go back again! The shop is extremely busy so prepare to have a little wait

They do sell lovely desserts but it is quite pricey and not exactly value for money. If I do go again I think it would only be for an occasional take out treat.

If you love bad food, miserable service, high prices and one mens' toilet cubicle for the whole restaurant this is the place for you.

We went there to have dinner, after we sat and started reading the menus, we asked them if they have halal chicken or meat (as we heard before) they replied with a quick “yes”. So we wanted to be extra sure, so we asked for their halal certificate and that’s when they started acting all weird, the waiters and the manager and they kept whispering stuff to each other and acting in a stressed way. It seemed like they were lying to all arabs who come out of harrods asking them for halal food so they lie in order to profit more! They didn’t give us any certificates so we decided to order seafood. A minute later, they came and told us that the kitchen in closed and we can only order drinks!! Can you imagine how rude!!

One of my worse restaurant experices. Food took forever to arrive. When it arrived it was cold. The Milanese was over cooked.

We walked in for coffee and desserts at 9pm after shopping and walking around in Oxford street.. We just wanted a cup of coffee to warm us up and some desserts to relax and go home as it was our last stop..

Stopped in for a quick breakfast before the museum. Server scattered and unfamiliar with menu. Food soggy, bland and overcooked. Croque Madame was soggy with mealy, nearly white tomato. Eggs Florentine come without listed

从外面看起来非常诱人的一家店，实际上进去之后发现厕所有点脏，盘子也有点脏，店里还有一只小苍蝇！！！可能是因为临近soho区，价格也不贵，所以客流量很大，服务员忙不过来吧。东西的味道还可以，scone很好吃。

We went for tea and desert and everything was good. I don't know about the food but our sweets were really good. The service is good so are the prices. Overall recommended

アフタヌーンティーって午後3時以降なんですね。私にとってロンドンでの必須事項だったのに観光で夕食時間、それも夜7時半になってしまい、諦めかけてた時に娘がネットで見つけてくれた店。cafeですがステーキやフライ等のメニューもあり、家族でシェアしては楽しめました。バス停からも近く、オススメの店です。

amigo y yo fuimos para el almuerzo hoy aquí. Pedir un plato de pasta y un queso y tomate sandwich. El sandwich salió jamón y queso y se envió, el plato de pasta fue suerte cálido y nuestras bebidas 10 minutos después de nuestro principal después de pedir a 2 veces! El personal era miserable y hablaba algo de inglés. Sólo buena Strawberry gateau de punto. Muchos lugares mejores en Bluewater en vez de aquí!

We went for a day to Bluewater shopping Centre and were delighted to find a branch of Café Concerto. Having experienced this in Westfield Stratford and in Regent Street London we thought we would give it a go. After a superb Mocha at 11.00 we went back for lunch at 13.00. It was every bity as good as we expected. Penne with tomatoe sauce for the wife and Goats cheese on Caramelised Onions an Lumps of brown bread with a side salad and potato wedges for me. It was wonderful and I would recommend it to any who visit Bluewater

A distinctly average lunch . 6 warm prawns on a bed of chopped coz lettuce dusted with dusty Parmesan . The prawns were bland chewy and over cooked . The croutons were from a packet and likely a catering pack at that . The coffee was very good , strong and not bitter . The service was grumpy and the matre d who sat me down could defiantly do with some happy pills . Good price point for lunch . Needs work on service .

We recently tried this cafe whilst visiting Bluewater. The location, in The Village, is lovely as it is quiet and airy, a haven far from the madding crowd!We just wanted a light bite and a drink. I had a tuna and sweet corn toastie. Whist the flavour was there, the filling of the toastie was cold making it quite unpleasant. My wife choose a jacket potato with beans and cheese. Again although the flavour was there, the potato was very average, with a very tough skin. We accompanied out meal with a pot of tea between us. The tea was totally acceptable. The staff were friendly and efficient. However, I think that £20 for an average lunch of toastie, jacket potato and a pot of tea is outrageous!!! We will not be visiting again, there are many better places than this in Bluewater!

Good pizza Lots of variety and generous in size. Some of the ingredients had run out so our choice was limited on the night we ate. Nice red wine Aussie and Chilean (?) . Definitely worth a visit.

Went here for tea and had the English tea and Organic Earl grey and at £2.95 each were not unreasonable. It was a nice experience and the service was good. VAT is 98pence and at the end of it we both enjoyed the tea.

Stale bread. Poor service. Tasteless food. Do not visit here. Worse place in Kent. I won't be returning. The bread was around 12 years old

I have visited this continental style cafe several times and despite the service being slow I liked the fancy cakes and good coffee so returned, I have however mot returned since following one of their waiters out of the public toilets and observed he did not wash his hands, I returned to the cafe to complain but they was not anyone who looked like a supervisor. It does not instil confidence in their food safety. Sorry to be negative but it made me feel both sick and furious.

Okay the staff are accommodating, but this cafe somehow misses the mark. A quasi Vienna Cafe approach without the appropriate attention from the staff.I had a cake and a pot of tea. It was average.But most annoying to the four tables calling for attention was that three staff were washing up, two preparing food but only one serving.My bill took 20 minutes to arrive.

We dropped in here as for coffee and desert as their cakes looked lovely. They did not disappoint. Service was a little slow to start with; we could see the cake on the plates waiting for about 5mins before anyone even started getting the coffee started.The cafe was empty when we were there as it was late in the day. There were only 4 other tables in use. So it may be that cleaning up for the night in the kitchen was getting in the way of the service. The coffee was strong but really nice. The Strawberry Gateaux was light and the Cortina was lovely too. I shall be back when I have can spare the calories to try some of the other options.

I like this cute little cafe/restaurant, they serve a variety of good italian food, always hot on being served, and the staff are extremely friendly!I have returned many times and alsways found the food to be good and nice quality.Seating is close together which does distract a little, especially when it's busy.Nice seating outside to dine out there too.Pleasant place.

The only reason I am not giving "terrible" is thanks to the friendly service provided by the waitresses, however, the manager provided less than adequate service, not even capable of sorting out a very small bill in a timely manner. Apparently a high tea can't be served until after 3pm as their kitchen can't cope with the demand of putting sweet and savoury together before that....although ALL the components of the high tea where being served as individual dishes, so I'm not sure why they can't put everything together on one service. That being said, we didnt want to wait an hour for them to prepare this, so we decided to take the mixed bruschetta...very poor value for money at a cost of £8.95 for 8 small bruschettas, with tomatoes that had lived all their lives in a fridge, with no taste or colour nearing a true bruschetta pomodoro in any way. Would I go back? No. Do I recommend it? Absolutely not.

We sat here thinking it was carluccios by mistake and it was no mistake as the food was amazing. Chicken pesto baguette with sun dried tomato was amazing!!! The lemon and mint drink was Devine. Would definitely eat there again.
