The worst special fried rice in Dartford. Smell and taste was disgusting. All in all. Don't bother. Not worth the money plus portions small cardboard boxes. Utter waste of money

One of the best Chinese food, and prices very reasonable, also delivered very quick.

I ordered a delivery for my wife and i. I ordered the beef and green pepper and blackbean sauce, King Prawn chowmein, chicken and mixed veg along with 2 egg fried rice. We waited around the 45 mins for our delivery. The food arrived hot and tasted very nice. This was our first time we ordered from Ocean City and we are very happy with the Service we received. Well done🙂

HONESTLY AVOID AT ALL COSTS. RUDE STAFF AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNDERCOOKED FOOD. used every week, then we ordered last week with food turning up un-cooked. when we called to let them know we could hear someone in the kitchen screaming and the lady translating to say there is nothing wrong with the food. no resolution. also told they would pick the food up as we mentioned we are taking pictures and they said not too. also told not to bother using them anymore and go elsewhere as we have complained. we actually just called to let them know dish out of 6 ordered as usual was not to standard.

food years ago was good and slowly went down hill will never order again better around in dartford delivery driver can be rude

Keep adding on pounds here and there. Spend 15 pounds and happy to pau postage . But no wants 6 pounds . Been buying from you for many years . Hope you go under.

Used them about four times never been dissatisfied yes we normally wait an hour but thats the norm for any food outlets these days good value for the money

First time with ocean city. I am giving 1star because there's no option of 0 star. After waiting for over an hour, we decided to check if the driver was on the way and only then advised that they're very busy and we should wait for another 40minutes on a Tuesday!!!, very unapologetic customer service and I won't be calling them again or placing any order with them. Absolutely unacceptable!!!!

I ordered chicken chowmine and salt and chilli King prawns and I was amazed not only did the food taste nice but the packaging was amazing. Prompt delivery ♥️

0 stars if I could, we ordered for delivery. We waited 2 hours, after chasing multiple times. Was reassured our food would be fresh. Driver came, we checked the food, very cold and soggy. Called the shop and was told we could get a refund for the cold items and keep the ones we wanted and the driver would take the refunded items? After 2 hours and reassuring we would get fresh food this was a solution? To take items back? 0 customer service. They don’t know how to manage staff or deal with customers. Poor.

Been ordering from here for the last 4 and a half years and is my favourite Chinese takeaway I used regularly, won’t be using again last time I called to make an order it was too late and then they said that they don’t deliver to my area anymore, I mentioned I’m a regular customer and then they said next time they will deliver to my area on my next order, meanwhile 3 months later we ordered on their website and then called my fiancé and said they won’t deliver anymore and he mentioned we order there regularly and never been a problem, well all I can say they can take their custom elsewhere! They clearly don’t vAlue their regulars!

Ordered online, really easy. Food delivered on time, piping hot by a lovely smiley gentleman. Will definitely use again.

I ordered Salt and Pepper prawns and was very disappointed. They should be lightly coated with seasoned flour or fish fry but came in an overcooked batter and were very tough. Maybe you should go back to your original recipe. Apart from that the rest of the meal was exceptional as always.

I think I may have just been unlucky with my meal. The duck was so crunchy all the way through it was inedible. Meal spoilt

We ordered from here for the first time tonight for my sons 13th birthday. The food was outstanding, warm and delicious! Could not recommend more as this was the best Chinese I have ever had.

Food was excellent. I've been very disappointed with the last few months the meals from my normal takeaway have been well below par.

Been using Ocean City since Lockdown begain and i know recently they are under new management and has been redecorated to a high quality. The quality of the food is excellent especially the chefs specials the quantity as well as quality is superb. They have a very pleasant lady who takes your order and the delivery is always very fast from 30 to 40 minutes. Would recommend Ocean City every time. Thanks Steve 59 Burnham Crescent

DISGUSTING QUALITY OF FOOD ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!! RIBS WHERE BLACK, PRAWN TOAST WAS CHEWY, DUCK WAS COVERED IN THICK WET FAT HARDLY ANY MEAT .

1st order based on recommendations from family. Good sized portions for the meal for 1 option. Spicey chicken wings and chips very liberally spiced. Overall very good compared with my usual chinese takeaway. Would go back and try other dishes.

Sadly having ordered at 4.30 for delivery at 6pm I had to call at 6.30 only to be told it would be another 30-45 minutes. When the food arrived it was not well cooked and to be honest will be surprised if we are not all I'll tomorrow

Good food shame about the delivery. Took 1hr and 30mins to deliver. I phoned after an hr and it was obvious they hadn't even started my order. I also asked to swap my sauce for bbq as I'm allergic to sweet and sour, they sent me sweet and sour, lucky I checked before pouring it all over my dinner. Be careful ordering here if you have an allergy they obviously dont listen!

Were using these guys quite often because their food is fanatstic. Our whole family enjoy their offered "Duck in oyster souce with vegetables" along with pork chow main noodles, combination is speachless. Portions are really good . Receptionist is very friendly. 100% recommended!

Absolute disgrace do not order from them 2 hours went by and still no food even though I paid £25 for it called the restaurant 2 times and then cancelled the order, every Chinese restaurant in my area was shut by that time so I lost my money and went hungry and didn’t eat for the night!!!!

Ordered tonight for 1st time for me and my son 27/9/19 We got chicken chow mein, chicken fried rice, prawn toast, chicken balls and prawn balls (the prawn balls were by far the best I've ever had) Was very kind and helpful on the phone and done a request for me with the food that other places wouldnt. Punctional Great price And THE BEST CHINESE I HAVE HAD. Thank you Ocean City for a fantastic meal. Will definitely be getting my Chinese from you from now on.

Food was absolutely gorgeous, it is now our favourite Chinese take away, my wife is quite fussy but she loved it all very highly recommended

Food delivered nearly an hour late and was cold. Was told this was due to weather conditions outside and couldn't be helped.

Disgusting service. 1 1/2 hour estimated delivery time. After that time we had not received our order so we called them. They had not even cooked it yet and could not guarantee when it would be cooked. Had to cancel the order or wait indefinitely. Very annoying that we only found this out because we called. Had we been told this earlier we could have cancelled and ordered elsewhere. Absolutely no consideration for customers waiting for their orders

Giving it 1 star as I can't give none. It was more like a box of super noodles with loads of random stuff on top... They couldn't even be bothered to cut the meat up. It was that bad I walked across to the kebab shop across the road.
