My experience in the wellington pub in earlstown, England. Firstly the Landlord and bar staff were horrible to customers demonstrating rudeness and ignorance when asked for a drink. Secondly I was refused service even though sober over one hour before closing, other customer were still being served so this was clearly a case of discrimination. Deeply recommend avoiding this place at all costs, save your money and go elsewhere as you would have a better time. if I could give it a 0 star I would but unfortunately I had to give it a 1.... disgraceful.

Place order guy turned up with no card reader and no help whatsover . order from here all the time and tonight when the girls are not on guy walks away because he's no card reader massive failiur!!!!. And no help at all when I range to complain.. ill take my money elsewhere!!!.

Been a loyal customer for 8 years. Last week the delivery driver was rude and moaned about us ordering from them as its too far to drive - its 1.5 miles and you pay for delivery! Won't be ordering again from you.

Not proper chippy chips or fried rice , looked and tasted like it had all come out of a freezer, in fact there was no taste to the rice and wasn’t fried . The chips where steak cut chips just threw in the fryer. Very disappointed , have used this chippy before but never again

Awful staff member very unhelpful bought £100 worth of goods a lot of the things breakable they don’t wrap your things up so if broken I asked do they replace them ,the chubby man replied with a shrug .as I was leaving after struggling to pack my things as I had my very poorly disabled mum with my I said sarcastically thanks for your help he then shouted not my fault they don’t provide us with the things to wrap stuff up I said no but you didn’t help at all and couldn’t even answer a simple question ,this member of staff needs training in customer service .not a happy customer at all

Subway have recently revamped their menu with some new options and some older ones receiving a makeover. The quality is consistent at this branch and it's what you expect from a Subway. The staff however are the best part for me, chatty and pleasant. Easy to talk to and seem interested in their work. Makes all the difference.
