Subway in St. Helens

every time i order online something is always missing.It doesnt give me a option to state whats missing. times its sauces i pay extra for or sides,but this time its the drink and i cant just click on the meal because i got all of it barring the drink

waffle fries was freezing the subs wasn’t toasted and also sent the wrong cookies all the only thing that was right was the drinks 🤦🏼‍♀️

I ordered additional cheese mozzarella, crispy opinion and guacamole all missing but I paid for them

the standard was extremely poor,, bacon was burnt, the lettuce was full of stork, chicken bites were cold, not very pleasant at all.

Sides where stone cold as if taken from the fridge and this Subway don’t seem to be able to offer the “toasted” option selected. 2nd time and the sandwich isn’t toasted, stone cold and sloppy

Delivery driver brought a 6 inch ham, when we ordered 2x foot long meals!! Told him it was wrong, he took the food away… rang the store, they said the driver picked up the wrong bag and they can’t do anything unless the driver brings the food back. Driver came back 2 mins later with the same wrong order and said take it, the store isn’t letting me come back for the order as they’re closing (15 mins early btw)… bad for the driver initially, but he tried to atone for the mistake. Store = abysmal

I pre ordered this for 18:00 as I have certain dietary needs and it was delivered at 18:20 meaning I had to take my medication late too

Was freezing cold, bread soggy. Poor courier was at the restaurant for at least 20 mins waiting. Truly terrible.

food is gorgeous has always but the delivery driver is annoying he presses my buzzer so I let him in and he won't come in he don't even open the door now I'm just recovering from pneumonia and he's making me get the food in the cold ans it's not the first time

Gio is a lovely asset to this subway franchise between 3 girls they got my order wrong. Gio corrected it all whilst dealing with a massive que!! No qualms whatsoever LEGEND!! THIS KID NEEDS HIGHERING AS MANAGEMENT!!

Every single time I order, something is always missing from the order. Then to top it off Just Eat doesn't give a refund because it thinks I'm taking the mick with how often I have to report an issue with my order. Its beyond a joke.

food not very warm, we ordered a cookie and never recieved it in the order.

Firstly it took an hour and 24 minutes. Which is absolutely crazy. It originally said it would be 30. Sadly all the food was freezing. squashed and soggy when it did arrive too. The waffle fries had to go in the oven but couldn’t be saved. Awful all around, not one thing was finished. Except the cookie lol I would avoid in future.

Forget all my extra stuff like cheese pickles bits yano you pay extra for!

12 inch had jalapenos not requested- olives ordered none on and no crispy onions 6 inch no crispy onions.

Great food as always much much better than McDonald’s they are a rip off use points and don’t get your food do not use them they are a joke

Subway did not include crispy onions on both sandwiches despite being ordered.

Subway have recently revamped their menu with some new options and some older ones receiving a makeover. The quality is consistent at this branch and it's what you expect from a Subway. The staff however are the best part for me, chatty and pleasant. Easy to talk to and seem interested in their work. Makes all the difference.

Didn’t get a few things of what I ordered

Just not happy that I didn’t get the crisp I ordered which was the chilli heatwave Doritos instead I got Thai sweet chilli sensations

but as usuall always something missing no sauces for the churos so they won't be nice so in the bin. thanks. it's spoilt everytime

Second time ordering from here, never again! Food was cold, squashed and missing items! I had to toast my son's foot long sub and my toasted pizza. Doritio's were over toasted, cold and hardly any cheese! Disgusting!

I left a note on the order for how I wanted my sub, not read. Items came which I didn't order, probably a substitute but no attempt to contact me was made. the courier was rude at the door. I won't be ordering from subway again on just eat.

very disaapointed wiv my subway order tonight, ordered a foot long philly steak subway meal deal & theres hardly any meat on it just a lot of lettuce, also got a garlic cheese bread & it couldn't be eaten, it was hard, dry very crispy an no cheese on it, I ain't even looked at mine yet but it can't be as bad as the philly steak meal, it's absolutely terrible. very very dissatisfied & disaapointed.

The delivery time was great, however when my order came the driver had 2 bags of food and both of them did not match my order. I sent the food back with the delivery driver and rang the shop to be told this has to go through just eat now there is nothing they can do. Even though it was their mistake for sending the wrong orders out with the delivery driver. I am still waiting for a refund so haven’t even been able to reorder. It’s an absolute joke.

2nd order from Subway today. Original one of mine missing lots. Ended up with a plain salad sub!? So decided as still felt like one to order same from different Subway. they managed to get my sub correct yet forgot to add my drink, crisps & cookie!!!???

I went in this afternoon and a small girl with mousey brown hair and fake tan asked me what I wanted. I told her my order and then she abruptly just went into the back room. I could hear her laughing and joking in there. She was gone for that long a young male had to take my order. I told the person I was on the phone to that it was disgusting (meaning the “customer service” for her) which the girl clearly heard as when she did finally appear she started staring me out. Very weird and bad customer service. Lots of people seem to think the same with a lot of the females that work in this place.

Specifically asked for no cucumber and no tomato and had both on, asked for it toasted which it wasn’t and the sauce with the chicken bites just didn’t come either

MOST ENJOYABLE FOOT LONG CHICKEN TERYAKI WITH LATTE ,MOST ENJOYABLE THE GIRLS IN THERE ARE SPOT ON VERY FRIENDLY STAFF GAVE THEM A BOX OF HEROES CHOCOLATES TO ENJOY 👍👍

Absolute disgrace. Ordered by collection on just eat to have a quick pick up on my lunch break as I only have 30 mins break. Arrived at Subway St Helens ( ravenhead retail park) I waited for half an hour and my order was still not ready so I did not receive any of my food and had to leave the store empty handed, absolute disaster I will not be attending ever again to this store! I will be wanting a full refund plus a credit on my account. Total incompetence.
