First and foremost this pub has an amazing welcoming environment. Great bar staff & a vibrant sense community spirit were new customers are warmly embraced. On the food, we’ve had many meals here and they have always been above of and beyond what you would expect from even the more expensive establishments Recommendation: If you come to sizzlers often, I’d recommend downloading the app. The 33% offers off food and drinks is not to be missed.

I briefly popped into Waterfields today and I was very pleasantly surprised at the selection. The cakes and snacks were extensively stocked behind the counter and were very reasonably priced at under £2 each. I bought a cupcake with vanilla cream on top which was delicious! The staff serving were friendly, polite and efficient. You can also sit in to eat, if you wish. The only issue was that the loaves of bread/toasties were running out, then again it was 3pm so this was understandable. Overall, I would highly recommend a visit!

Great food as always and the service is always good. We always enjoy the food from here. Never had a bad experience. Fish here is to die for. Thanks guys. 👍

Good wetherspoons, clean tidy and friendly staff Cheap food but always good

Used to love the chow mien here, but its absolutley awful recently. Don't know if there's different chef. It had a Burnt taste to it, no beansprouts, even though I asked for extra, too much soy sauce and they had added chilli flakes. Just awful

Ordered a salt and pepper chicken pasta and full English breakfast, chicken was inedible and hard as rock asked for salad and got none other than a singular lettuce leaf As for the breakfast the beans and tomato exploded everywhere absolutely everything tasted of bean and was coated in mystery sauce hashbrowns could’ve knocked someone out even after they’d been soaked in said mystery bean sauce. Completely wrong drinks ordered a coke and a lucozade received 3 cans of pepsi? Shame as the last time I ordered from here I couldn’t have fault a single thing! This time was a whole other story

Having visited many Costa coffee shops on my travels. This one rates amongst the best Pleasant and highly efficient professional staff even when the queue is huge Clean and tidy both inside and out. Well done folks. X

First time coming here, thought we could try somewhere different and was not disappointed at all. Greeted straight away, took the order after the chef making a recommendation to us from the menu. Didn't wait long for the food at all. Food was fresh hot and tasted great. Good prices Would recommend coming here Will be coming back soon for sure!

Ordered a pretty regular delivery from maghull premier fish bar. Chose special fried rice, sweet n sour sauce, prawn crackers. I'm sorry to say, disappointed this time, up to now couldn't fault it, but tonight, though hot, the special fried rice was very bland tasting, no flavour wse, and the sweet n sour sauce, even worse, I could barely tell what it was supposed to be. Very weak and watery tasting especially given the price. Fully intended doing a stir fry, but got suddenly lazy, wish I had now. Waste of £16.00 + You let yourself down on this occasion. May I suggest you taste the sauce and make it taste like sweet n sour, and not watery.

Made an order on the website for 2 pizzas using the 50% off deal only to find a pizza was missing on the email receipt/confirmation. Bit odd so called the store to advise of the issue thinking they would just amend the order over the phone. Strangely the store refused to correct the order and were just dismissive of me, a very concerning lack of customer service. I asked why can't you just correct the order and they said its not their policy and the 1st pizza is about to go in the oven. Rather than continually argue with the store who couldn't care less, I just requested the order be cancelled and a refund be provided. In line with their awful service they then refused to refund my money. So I now have to raise a fraud/dispute claim with my bank to get my money back and we had no pizza ;/ Utterly bizarre and awful experience with Dominos over a very simple issue. The experience means myself and my family will never use Dominos again.

having a new kitchen in we were surviving off takeaways for 10 days, alternating between pizza, chicken and subway. In the vain attempts to stave off scurvy we ordered 4 times from subway and every time we were left wanting more- well, at least wanting the food we had ordered. Drinks, cookies and crisps were missing in varying degrees from each order every single time. The poor delivery guy got a bit fed up of us chasing him to tell him how the restaurant staff had bungled the order, so I rang the shop. Over. And over. And over. No answer. In true Karen style off I trot to email customer services. And cry over a luke warm foot long. Still waiting on a response.
