The best restaurants serving Default food in Sudell Sefton North West

I am a regular here and always rate the food, however, due to practices during my last visit I couldn’t remain silent. Whilst ordering at the hot food counter, I witnessed a lady (I won’t call out who) taking Chinese chicken out of the oven and using the same tongues covered in Chinese chicken marinade, moved all of the food items around the hot counter, thus leaving pink chicken residue all over the hash browns, bacon and such. She then poured the Chinese chicken into the old tray that was full of bacon fat. This cross contamination was absolutely shocking as I particularly don’t eat pork due to medical reasons and for my vegetarian daughter I was then unable to proceed with the standard hash brown and egg sandwich that she so enjoys. I then witnessed the same lady (who was wearing only one glove) proceed to serve someone, take coins into the glove, then serve another using the same glove to grab chicken and put it into a sandwich. The lack of hygiene and cross contamination practice has actually put me off going again which is a real shame as it’s a lovely family run business, everyone is friendly and the food is outstanding. I would hope these comments can be considered for future practices and that staff be retrained on food and safety regulations.
