Mediocre is kind. Soggy and greasy chips. Leave them in 5 minutes more and they might be ok. Delivered here when it was Jacks but these days it’s quite poor.

Been goin here for months for the lunch time special total quality and great price , plus drink included, also started goin for the tea here

Disgusting customer interaction, rang 3 times to find my missing order, really unhelpful, they actually put the phone down on me ! Never order again, best chippy in Maghull gone right down the pan, great food awful service

Order from here every week practically, sometimes twice a week and I’ve never complained even when there have been times I could have. Pre Ordered food today for when it opened, in the hope that it would be fresh and hot, spent £26. It came and considering they hadn’t been open long it weren’t fresh. Fried rice was bland and luke warm, fish dinner the same and the scallops were soggy and luke warm also. So I rang the restaurant and the manager apologised but said if we send some more out it’ll be the same ‘batch’ of the stuff we’ve just had, as if they aren’t able to cook some fresh from scratch. I won’t be spending £30 + a week from now on if a takeaway can’t even offer to make some fresh food for a dissatisfied paying customer.

Ordered a pretty regular delivery from maghull premier fish bar. Chose special fried rice, sweet n sour sauce, prawn crackers. I'm sorry to say, disappointed this time, up to now couldn't fault it, but tonight, though hot, the special fried rice was very bland tasting, no flavour wse, and the sweet n sour sauce, even worse, I could barely tell what it was supposed to be. Very weak and watery tasting especially given the price. Fully intended doing a stir fry, but got suddenly lazy, wish I had now. Waste of £16.00 + You let yourself down on this occasion. May I suggest you taste the sauce and make it taste like sweet n sour, and not watery.
