Food was nice but the chicken was really chewy wouldn’t order chicken again

food was as amazing and delivery guy was polite as always. Bit upset as I didn't get my chicken and sweetcorn soup but everything ellse was amazing

Poor service. Food was late. Said it was delivered a full 30 mins before it actually was. When I called up to see where it was, I was told 'we've been busy' to continually take orders that you can't meet is poor. The food was lukewarm and we had to warm everything up. Won't be using Golden Fry again.

Salt and pepper chips are 10/10

Duck was extremely greasy and leaked all over the spring onions and the 2 pieces of cucumber that came with it. The sauces had been pulled out the fridge as they were cold & like jelly. Overall it was all cold & greasy.

I called to report a missing item and a member of staff in the background was swearing and telling me not to order again and I did not get my missing item

Ribs are amazing but wings soggy, scoliosis soggy sauce was spilled all over the bag and prawn crackers were missing

won't be ordering from here again. spend so much get free item that didn't happen no free item, most of my order was OK, except for the sui mai the most bland tasting food I've ever had, the chop suey rolls where WAY over cooked and far too much pepper. so 100% not recommend this place and won't order again.

Absolute dogshit food im afraid. Prawn toast was bathed in grease. Special fried rice tasted like it was dipped in grease before packaging. Only good thing was the siu mai.

S&P box a bit pricey £18 but it was nice,but I could’ve got 2 main meals for that price,too many chips…the spring rolls were the best bit but only 2 of them! The mixed starter was odd..meant to be between 2,yet 3 of everything 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

No exageration but this was the worst excuse for a take away we have ever made the mistake in ordering. On arrival food was freezing and missing prawn crackers. I contacted the “restaurant” to kindly advise we had not received these and was greeted with a vile rude old man shouting down the phone. After several attempts of trying to communicate he left the conversation saying “I can’t even understand her” putting me onto his colleague. Colleague argued that she had packed these in my order insinuating that I was lying, try delivering them then. Overall food was cold and tasteless, service was unprofessional and handled by rude incompetents. My stomach this morning was also not in a good way. Health and safety standards would have a field day. Do yourself a favour and AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Food arrived cold, was an hour late, when i called to ask where it was I got screamed at down the phone before I could even speak. Don’t know why he was so angry at me for, not my fault he can’t handle it being a bit busy.

Wasn't ready for delivery so early! Compared to the estimated time

Waited nearly 2 hours to be screamed at and spoken to horribly over the phone by who I’m guessing is the owner. Why he got aggressive at me because he doesn’t know how to run a business is beyond me, what a sad old pitiful man.

I waited nearly 3 hours for my food. Called the restaurant multiple times with no response. The app said my food was delivered but I had a code so that’s impossible. No apologies offered at all. The food was cold and soggy. No compensation offered. Just disappointing

I ordered 2 and a half hours ago. My order has not arrived. I doubt it ever will. After phoning the restaurant I was told I'd get it any second. That was 25 minutes ago. All-around awful. Cannot recommend.

Awful food and service. half a duck delivered with no pancakes salad or hoisin sauce, phoned up and was snotty on the phone and swearing in the background and after a couple of phone calls back n forth said they'd sent it back out with the driver but could tell on the phone they hadn't and we was right because nothing turned up. just read all the past reviews guys because theyre not lying. Never again 😂
