Golden Fry in Sefton

burnt base off pizza . no flavour at all. supposed to bogonese pizza. dry. wanted extra cheese which i paid for. bolognese pizza is supposed to be oozing with bolognaise. not mince in tinned tomato. sorry but that pizza was awful.

so amazing value as per usual full sized meals on the deal , soup was amazing only fault is the chop suey rolls tasted like they was fried in old fat last there normally so nice x

The ribs were good. It felt like the chips were azrned up this time, not usual.

Chips, onion rings and starters was cold .. the vermicelli was hot

Soups came upside down everything else was absolutely soaked in soup and there was no soup for us to eat.

Hi, I'm writing to complain about a recent order from Golden Fry. My order was missing the noodles, and when I called the restaurant to address this, the staff member screamed at me over the phone. Additionally, the food arrived cold. Due to the missing item, the poor customer service, and the cold food, I am requesting a full refund for my order.

Chased up order multiple times and when I came food was soggy a greasy and has gone in the bin.

Half of the food was cold and spring rolls was soggy inside weird

Ordered at 22.50, arrived at 00.40 after multiple phone calls. Was told it was out on it's way at 23.50, food was stone cold and crispy spring rolls where mushy and prawn toast was rock hard. Chips undercooked burger burnt.

2nd time ordering from here and the food is lovely!

Order did not turn up despite several phone calls and being reassured it was on its way still waiting over an hour later

I've ordered from golden fry about 3 times and it was lovely food but this last order wasn't very impressive - the salt n pepper chicken was like it had been left out for days and was unedible I had to throw it away the crispy chicken was so hard I literally couldn't bite it it looked like pork scratchings but rock hard. sorry but it was

My Sui mai was uncooked my salt n pepper chicken was hard the curry was spilt everywere

The fried rice to accompany chicken green pepper black bean sauce was missing from our order but was able to get a refund quickly. The sauce on that meal was very thin but tasted delicious. Everything else was great

Salt and pepper box was greasy and wet waste of money not worth will not be ordering from there again and also ordered boiled rice gave me egg fried rice was cold

hardly any meat in any of the meals I thought i was a veggie when opened the boxes not good won't order again from the ocean fry sorry

Lovely and hot and the only chippy around that does the omelette on top of special fried rice ! Have used this chippy for 20 + years

food arrived early then expected didn’t matter tho was freshly made & very tasty have ordered from them loads of times 👍👏

Was more kebab than anything and food was sweaty due to having tinfoil in the packaging

Donner wrap was freezing and not wrapped at all it had soaked through the wrap an was a mess, sausages were cold and chips tasted like they’d been smuggled inside a kilo of salt. Ironically the free garlic pizza was the only thing that got eaten

the food just tasted the way a chip shop smells. it wasn't inedible, but really want nice. will not be ordering here again

the chop suey was lovely but the chips and rice arribed cold. it was edible, but it's usually a lot better than this.

Ordered at a few minutes past 11, due either side of midnight. Out for delivery and then nothing. Requested an update via text, after the phone number didn't work, and told it would be 00:40. It's now 01:20, no food and marked as delivered.

food was ok and delivery was fine but they didnt give me the kids meal I ordered for my son and I couldn't give him any of the other stuff as its not suitable for him and when I tried to ring up, the number wasn't recognised, even when I googled it, it was the same number so couldn't get in touch with them!

vile. I have no other words. omelette was soggy the chat Sui was bouncy the chicken was rubbery and the ham didn't exist. and absolutely no one needs that many lemons to hand the lemon chicken was literally a birds eye chicken steak cut up with lemon sauce on. the fried rice smelt like washing up liquid. the salt and pepper was amazing though. but alas it was so very late and the delivery driver was shining a big bright torch through everyones windows and doors! literally blinded me shining it.

food wasn't very hot hardly any curry on the meal was very dry everything else orders wasn't very good looked like it has all just been thrown in the food trays never complained about a place before it's a NO from me though .

Order was over an hour late! Phoned was told it was on the way. Waited another half hour. Very rude gentleman on phone when we Had to phone again then was told that there was an accident with a driver. (Felt like an excuse) Food delivered - cold and had been sitting for a long while. Very disappointed overall!

Great tasting king prawn in chilli and garlic sauce, Prawn toast and egg fried rice, plus open late on a Sunday evening. Food was still warm when it arrived too.

i have to say there hot and sour soup was delicious as all there food , the portions was huge good value for money, we saved the meals for the next day and there is still too much, we got a free garlic bread and a extra portion of chips , also delivery was quick there amazing x

Very angry chef shouting and swearing at staff in front of customers waving a knife. Very concerning. We chose to leave as the environment was unsafe

order never arrived and I never received the food. when I called the first time, the woman was arsey and said it had been cancelled. I was confused as I hadn't cancelled it and she said it had been cancelled on their end, however it was marked as delivered on my app. I rang again after I checked I hadn't been refunded, and I hadn't. this time I got shouted at by a bloke about there being no delivery driver, as if that was my fault, before I was handed back to the woman who similarly arsey again

Absolute idiots, didn't deliver food, called me to say they left it on doorstep, wasn't on doorstep. Basically stole from me by pretending to deliver order when they didn't. Always rude when you speak to them.

the owner is incredibly rude and hostile, called us back after requesting an update on our order absolutely screaming down the phone! food was also cold and arrived over 2 hours late. reported the behaviour to just eat - avoid and spend your money somewhere that deserves it‼️

Order arrived early which was good as initially I was advised one hour. Food was good for price paid as I had a discount applied however if I was paying full price I may have been a little disappointed.

Food was very tasty! But the portion size was shocking, the tubawere of salt n pepper chicken was half empty hardly anything in there. But apart from that it was really nice.

Poor service. Food was late. Said it was delivered a full 30 mins before it actually was. When I called up to see where it was, I was told 'we've been busy' to continually take orders that you can't meet is poor. The food was lukewarm and we had to warm everything up. Won't be using Golden Fry again.
