Came to this place for coffee but ended up getting food that was great too.

I ordered on Uber Eats and they messed up with my order. The burger tasted so sweet as well as the ghost chilli sauce. This is my second time ordering this on Uber Eats, the first time was pretty okay, then the second time they messed up. Never ordering again

Great Food at decent prices. Had a great dine in experience looked after by Sibtain and Wahab.

Bad service Bad service. I ordered one chicken shawarma and waited, and four customers came after me and took their order, knowing that I was sitting in front of the person organizing the orders.

Absolutely amazing, flavourful food. We got the mixed platter for 4. The lamb chops and lamb cubes were soft as butter, fresh food, complimentry fresh bread, and pickles, The portions were huge that we had 3 boxes packed, and we were stuffed. Service was excellent, especially the young lady at the till who gave my daughter a free cake, will definitely be back again to try the other dishes. Would highly recommend.

So sad to be leaving a negative review but quite disappointed with the experience. The ‘special’ biryani tasted off by a day or two and the lasagna seemed to be cooked from frozen! Overpriced and overrated.

The burger alone made the visit worth it. The nuggets portion was also impressive and definitely good value for money. However, I was a bit let down by the falooda. It was more like ice cream with vermicelli and lacked the traditional falooda sharbat, which is a key ingredient for that authentic flavor. On a positive note, the ambiance of Ice Paradise is super cute, with a cozy and romantic vibe that makes it a great spot to hang out. Another big plus is the option to swap the soft drink in your meal with a milkshake, which I thought was a really nice touch. Overall, if you’re after a big, juicy halal burger and a fun, cozy atmosphere, Ice Paradise is a great spot to visit. Just be mindful if you’re ordering the falooda, as it may not be what you expect.

The best shisha lounge in manchester. The shisha is always top quality, very reasonably priced and the lounge is gorgeous. There is ample seating and fantastic decor 😍

Nice food. Cooked well. Chicken and kebabs were nice and tender. Very large portions. Only criticism was that the service could have been given with a smile but food was top class.
