Ice Paradise in Manchester

“Ice Paradise delivered the biggest and juiciest burger I’ve ever eaten—the Texas Chicken Burger! It was truly the highlight of the meal and absolutely delicious. The burger alone made the visit worth it. The nuggets portion was also impressive and definitely good value for money. However, I was a bit let down by the falooda. It was more like ice cream with vermicelli and lacked the traditional falooda sharbat, which is a key ingredient for that authentic flavor. On a positive note, the ambiance of Ice Paradise is super cute, with a cozy and romantic vibe that makes it a great spot to hang out. Another big plus is the option to swap the soft drink in your meal with a milkshake, which I thought was a really nice touch. Overall, if you’re after a big, juicy halal burger and a fun, cozy atmosphere, Ice Paradise is a great spot to visit. Just be mindful if you’re ordering the falooda, as it may not be what you expect.

Rude customer service ruined our visit. We ordered loaded fries but got plain ones even though we asked for extra sauce. the lady rudely told us to "sauce is on corner of the box." This unprofessional behavior overshadowed the ambiance. EDUCATE YOUR EMPLOYEES ON HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS !

Amazing place. The food is tasty, not oily at all and is fresh. The desserts are all very nicely made.

Ordered a cookie and ice cream received what tasted like fish and ice cream, the cookie tasted like it had been deep fried in fish oil and was not eaten, so disappointed after spending so much in one cookie 👎

Really nice place. We usually go for desert as a treat for the children. We decided to try the food. We enjoyed the barbecue wings. The staff are nice and the place looks clean. It gets very busy. Would imagine they need to expand soon

Yes I agree with the few!! Genuine reviews. In that I got veg burger an fries. Soggy wet and horrible! The truth. Modern Lebanese people!!! I don't know about their shakes and stuff. Cannot comment on the shakes.! ( I think most reviews are fixed)

The driver didn’t speak on the phone and I was standing in front of him I asked him many times if it’s him there was no answer i was freezing from how cold and he was super rude and unhelpful

I was tempted to try thier burger as many reviews mentioned it was good. However, that was not the case. The so called spicy burger wasn't even spicy, instead it was dipped in a curry like sauce. Price to quality ratio definitely not worth it. Chips were soggy and probably re-fried. I would not recommend them.

I went and got A Oreo cookie dough and a chicken burger meal the the cookie dough was really and tasty and the burger was really delicious and the chips were crunchy and fluffy on the outside definitely recommend!!!

the waffle isnt worth £7.80 the way they made it, i couldve saved around £5 and made it at home.

The oreos on your dessert here are finer than sand from the dessert. Fluffier than snow. Atomised Oreos.

Visited this superb place..it took me for Surprise on how good the Burgers and the Fries were. We ordered Chicken burgers and fries, the chicken was most succulent and juicy. Loved the fries they were fine and absolutely Crispy.. Abdulla the staff was really kind he made our Burgers perfectly spicy as we liked. And gave us complementary Chicken wings to taste. Truly appreciate it. I can't wait to get back there and try their shakes, ice creams , brownies, waffles and more.

Took a chance ordering for delivery. Have never heard of the place before but reviews were good. Beef burger was so juicy and tasty, best ive had delivered. No one likes a dry burger and this was honestly so good for the price! Chicken wings and curly fries also outstanding. Will be ordering again

Bang on time, beef burger absolutely amazing. So juicy and tasty!! Curly fries and chicken wings also very very good. Would say its one of the best food deliveries ive ever had. Ive had so many disappointments with delivered food being so dry and tasteless and this was honestly such a positive surprise. Delivery was a bit more expensive than other places but i'd say it was 100% worth the overall order. I'll get it again

Paradise ? 2.20 for a scoop of artificially flavoured ,less than super market quality ice. Even my kids didnt like it. First and last time.

Been coming since it opened in 2020. Great place for desserts and food. Beef burger is one of the best in Manchester. Free parking right in front and super friendly staff. Outdoor Seating is great and very good hygiene.

Been coming here since it first opened. Tried double chicken burger from here at least 50 times, chicken tastes fresh and tender, seasoning on point (prefer half spicy with jalapeños) + best curly fries ive ever had.

So far tried the double cheeseburger, double chicken chicken burger and chicken wrap and I must say all were great. The chicken is crunchy and very tasty, and the prices are great. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Definitely coming back for more!

Wow, the customer service was outstanding. It was raining when we got there and this place was busy inside due to it being a bank holiday and Eid. The lovely lady at the counter went and got the tables and chairs from outside and sat us, a family of 8. The waffles and ice cream were delicious too. We will definitely come again.

Unfortunately the burger patty was uncooked so I couldn’t eat it other than one bite from thin side of the meat. But whenever I ordered before food has always been good quality so I let go of this time. Chips n chicken fillets were good n freshly cooked.

This place might just be my new go to for cheese burgers and desserts. The food was fresh and really tasty, the kids really enjoyed it.

Drove 1 hour to get to the store, should open at 12am, I arrived at 3 pm and they were still closed.
