I had a wonderful experience at Coffee Rules in Manchester! Mario was incredibly friendly and recommended the Freddo Cappuccino, which was absolutely delightful. ambiance was cozy, and the coffee was top-notch. I highly recommend trying it out, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Manchester!

Great food, great coffee, great desserts. Prices are good - although they have increased prices recently, they are still good considering the quality and quantity, it is value for money. When I am in Manchester, it's always worth a visit. Edit 18.11.2023 Now there is no kitchen in the shop anymore and they've turned into a coffee shop only. Just coffee and pastries. A real shame as it was my go to whenever I was visiting Manchester for a proper souvlaki / gyros.

First of all, they must update the opening hours. The food is good and the kitchen looks quite clean. The service needs some attention, and especially the cashier must be more polite with the customers.

I just came here to collect a To Good To Go bag, the service was quick and the bag was already ready. When I got home, I discovered I got a few pies and they all tasted amazing. Everything was halal.

The Greek desserts there were really tasty,and the girl on the till(Stella) was super friendly Totally recommend

I'm not a big fan of Illy coffee, but this one is the best I had. The food is authentic Greek with that unique seasoning of family recipes from generations that stand by their roots and pride in giving the best of their culture. Great service by Stella.

Πήγα στο μαγαζί και παράγγειλα μια σκεπαστή για να φάω εκεί. Αφού πλήρωσα, κάθισα σε ένα από τα τραπέζια και περίμενα το φαγητό. Αφού πέρασαν 20λεπτα και βλέπωντας πως η κοπέλα στο ταμείο (που είχα παραγγείλει σε αυτήν) κουβέντιαζε με τη κοπέλα που ήταν στο πόστο με το γύρο, ρώτησα τη ίδια κοπέλα (που ήταν στο ταμείο) πόση ώρα για την παραγγελία και μου είπε δεν παραγγειλες στην άλλη κοπέλα που κάνει τους γύρους? Μα δεν με ρώτησε καν πριν πληρώσω και δεν ενημέρωσε την κοπέλα ότι είχα παραγγείλει και μου είπε να πάω να παραγγείλω σ' αυτήν που ήταν στο γύρο ενώ δεν ήταν απασχολημένη. Ούτε ένα συγγνώμη, ούτε απολογήθηκε, συνέχισε να κουβεντιάζει στο βάθος. Εξυπηρέτηση μηδέν. Παρολ' αυτά το φαγητό ήταν νόστιμο.

I went in and asked to see the menu and was gruffly shown the menu in the side. I then asked about a type of cake I saw and was SCREAMED AT- with the lady saying she was busy and to wait. Of course left immediately and will tell all of my friends of the horrible customer service. No wonder all the neighboring places were packed and this had one customer.

Terrible hygiene stay away ❌ Just got an expired milk cake from them! Luckily i tried it before the kids got their hands on it, the milk in it is completely spoiled! Not acceptable at all!

We have been past Kitchen Rules a few times and decided to visit for some Greek food this week. The cafe goes quite deep and the kitchen is at the end. There was an array of tempting looking pies 🥧 on the counter as well as some desserts & sweets. We ordered a slice of chicken pie & a gyros, paid, and got a table. The pie was just given to us in a bag though we were eating in, which was a bit odd. The gyros was served in a dish though. Pie was really crisp & tasty & was filled with potatoes as well as chicken. Quite pricey at £3.80 a slice but it was really good! Gyros was good too, with the fries freshly fried. It was pretty small for £5.50 though it was very tasty & the garlic sauce was lovely 😋😋😋😋 Staff weren't particularly friendly or welcoming other than the guy at the bar who asked us whether everything was OK as we were leaving. Would like to visit to sample other things such as the sweets in future. Hopefully service would have improved by then!

Wanted a quick munch on Wilmslow road, saw @kitchenrules on tiktok, thought I’d check it out seeing as one of the few places I’ve not been on wimmy.. 📍 88 Wilmslow Rd, Rusholme, Manchester M14 5AL.. parked on side road. (They do take card and cash payments) What’s we ordered : 1. ‘Souvlaki Plate’ which was 2 skewers chicken served with Pitta bread, Tzatziki, salad and chips and cost £7:90.. 2. ‘Pitta Gyros’ which was Pitta bread with chicken, chips,Tzatziki, tomatoes & onions and cost £4:50.. I’d give this place a 7 out of ten, has plenty of outdoor seating which is nice to eat in when weathers nice.

The best Gyros in Manchester. Always the food is delicious and i was never dissapointed from their service. I have tried a different places and i think definetely it's worth a visit. The guys working there are very friendly and they are professionals.

I have been here for the third time and these guys are unbelievable. Greeting everyone with a worm welcome. Food is delicious,fresh and tasty .Atmosphere is nice and relaxing. Their espresso is luxurious and i had a cake i don't remember the name of it but is heaven (is like a sponge milky cake with toffee caramel on top)what not to like at this place. Delicious! Staff were so friendly and accomodating. Our whole family enjoyed it, especially my 6 year old. Drinks are quite expensive but the quality of the gyros makes up for it.

The food was lovely like homecooked and freshness from the core as i come from restaurant food background i understand food this was definately 5 STAR the deserts were different but very tasty and i wasnt going to have them but was curiou and my curiosity was met with pleasure to my taste buds... lovely service and happy atmosphere definately recogmend it...

If i could give this place half a star i would, it was a huge disappointment i ordered the chicken and lamb and the restaurant claims they do "fresh food" but we saw them microwave the food but when i asked them they made excuses saying they had to cook it early morning and then they just microwaved it. Only thing fresh was the two slices of cucumbers on my plate.

Me and my friend found this place one day while out in Rusholme. We thought we’d give it a go as it was something different in the area. On entering, the staff were welcoming and friendly. The man who served us gave plenty of time to decide and explained things that we were unsure about. The food arrived reasonably quickly but not too quickly. We had Gyros on a plate, skepasti and a side of stuffed vine leaves. The food was so very tasty, the Gyros was succulent and the bread appeared freshly made and was also delicious. The portion sizes were really good and made the meal good value for money. We stopped for orange pie, which was like a homemade orange cake type thing and it was so tasty. I got home and wished I’d have asked to bring some home with me. We also had baklava which was also very nice and fresh tasting. We also finished off with ginger tea and my friend had mint tea which again was lovely. I highly recommend you try this place, especially if you want something a little different from the usual Rusholme food. I will definitely be returning!

Lovely homemade pies, pastichio, musaka & amazing range of desserts including the most delicious baklava's I've ever tasted! Dressed Greek Salad with tasty feta cheese & tzatziki dip was fab. Will definitely return
