Been coming here for over 20 years... that says a lot! The food is always great and the service is quick. Lamb Shawarma, mixed mezze, batata harra, spinach and cheese fatayer are amongst my favourites. I'm sure I'll be back again soon!

Very happy with food and service. The guy named Tariq was very kind.

A friend recommended for great fatayers and they wernt wrong. We had a spicy lamb for £4.50 which was a decent sized portion and full of filling. Very tasty and fresh with good chilli sauce. Staff were friendly and brought it to our table. It was constant with customers and spotlessly clean.

The food was great! Probably one of the best Fatayer we tried in Manchester. & The chicken shawarma we tried was juicy and succulent - one thing I rarely found in other restaurants nearby. Overall, it deserves five star.

The Spinach Fataya, humus and potato salad amazing. Sadly the meat grill (all three) the lamb meat was grilled till it was burnt! And the Shawarma also over cooked leaving it far to dry. Hence only the 2 star rating for the food.

Fui dos veces en un período de 7/8 días.Pedí mezze grande, fatayer, patatas fritas y una parrillada mixta.Era agradable y cálido cuando llegué a casa. Mezze era variado y sabroso. Lo mismo con la parrilla, no masticable bien cocido, al igual que el fatayer.En ambas ocasiones, servicio bastante agradable, se puede pagar con tarjeta también.Recomendado y definitivamente volveré a ordenar.

Jaffa es mi lugar favorito en Curry Mile y lo he visitado muchas veces a lo largo de los años. He perdido la visita y durante el cierre mientras estuvimos en Curry Mile para conseguir comida para llevar, Jaffa nunca ha estado abierta, así que nos preocupaba que se hubiera cerrado. Afortunadamente no y nos alegramos mucho de cenar en el fin de semana. No hubo cambios visibles en las medidas para administrar la propagación de CV 19 y no parecía haber un control de los números, pero como llegamos temprano no fue tan malo. Tenía parrillada mixta, pollo shwarma, falafel y papas picantes, delicioso como siempre. Los precios han subido bastante, me imagino para intentar recuperar los ingresos de los meses de cierre, pero sigue siendo una buena relación calidad-precio por las porciones que obtienes. No puedo esperar para volver, pero en lugar de caer de forma improvisada, probablemente tendrá que planificar antes de salir en el futuro para tratar de evitar las multitudes.

He estado comiendo en Jaffa durante una o dos décadas. Es mi restaurante favorito en Rusholme. Me encanta combinar su pollo relleno y un mezze. Es una comida para dos o tres personas dependiendo de su apetito. También me encanta su cordero / dahl byriani (viernes) y su pollo / verduras (sábado) - sopa byriani. Ambas son comidas abundantes para uno y por lo general llevo una tina para llevar. Normalmente sufro por comer pan, pero el pan plano de Jaffa, servido con cada kebab, nunca ha sido un problema para mí. Si comes un plato 6 en Jaffa, probablemente estés más que lleno. Todo lo que he comido allí ha sido delicioso.

Hairy food , chicken sharwarma is dirty not clean , more hair than sharwarma. Waiter didnt even issue a refund, made a horrible sarcastic face instead.

Mi comida tenía un cabello rizado corto y sucio (probablemente no de la cabeza) estaba profundamente incrustado en la carne, la comida no fue tocada. Por suerte lo vi cuando lo hice. El camarero fue informado y no tanto como una disculpa. Incluso cobraron por eso, sobrante plato de comida. No me sorprendería si lo vistieran y se lo dieran a la siguiente persona.

Jaffa has the best arab food in all wilmslow road. Sometimes we tried to go to other restaurants just for a change as we drive 1h to get to Man so going to the same restaurant can be a bit boring but NO never again changing Jaffa for any other restaurant. Food quality and price is just not the same. Food is brill, fresh and very inexpensive. As a picky vegetarian eater, Jaffa has the best falafel, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Their salad is to die for, alongside spinach/cheese fatayer. I was looking for a restaurant that could stand up falafel and a syrian cuisine we found in Hamburg, Germany and gladly we found it: Jaffa. It is a shame when we go there in the evening or late afternoon and the main of the day is out of stock but of course it's understandable as it's always very busy. We usually go to Man just for Jaffa, can't wait for the next time.

Don’t go this place. Food was nasty and rubbish. Smell of stale. Saw mice and lots of flys. Unhealthy food. Un hygienic place. Must avoid.

Jaffa is one of my favourite places. It is always busy which means the food is fresh and consistently good and the service is very quick. Lovely place for Middle Eastern food and if you love your shawarma and fatayers. Price is cheap too.

I have been visiting this place for the past 10 years and can say that they have never disappointed me. The food always tastes great and the quality has never lacked. It is well priced too! As it is located on the curry mile, parking can be tricky!

One of the best dining experiences I have had for a while, it was my first time In Wilmslow Rd bad I felt completely overwhelmed and awed by the vibe and atmosphere. It was great that my husband and me both opted for Jafari. The staff are so friendly and most of all I was excited that this was a Palestinian restaurant. The restaurant is spotless and serves and prepares food to a high standard.

Food was nice in general but was not a fan of their Fatayer, the one we get in Kurdish restaurants in Chester are much thinner and have less filling but much more tastier.

Visited this place yesterday with a group of friends for lunch and I was not impressed. The manager was handling money notes and food at the same time with bare hands. How hard is it to have someone handling money only and let the waiters do their job. I was not impressed at all, management and hygiene level are quite poor. I would recommend other place in Wilmslow road.

I’ve been coming for years services has gone down in the last 6 years. The manager seems very rude. I was billed for Sharwama for 4.50 and a drink which is 80p normally. But when he charged me 5.50 I asked what was the charge again. He said he didn’t want my money. And continue to become very aggressive. These guys do not know customer services, when I told him it’s not professional nor good customer service he goes ‘we provide brilliant customer service’ thank you no go sit and eat. But like idiots they gave me 2 drinks chips extra. These guys are cracked. Last visit in my life time so like I said if your a normal person avoid. Best location to is al-jazera or falafel house they are the best two options.

Nunca dejo una reseña, pero pensé que tenía que hacer esta. Probé este lugar por primera vez hace un par de semanas. Desde el momento en que tomaron nuestras órdenes, parecían un desastre y muy poco profesional. Sufrí una intoxicación alimenticia de su lugar y un tipo llamado Zirak nos cobró un fiver extra por ninguna razón y nunca nos dio un recibo. Cuando llamé al día siguiente, no se disculparon y fueron bastante groseros. Me pidieron que fuera a verlos en el restaurante, cuando llegué allí, ni siquiera me devolvieron el dinero y me informaron que Zirak le había hecho esto a otros clientes y que debía hablar con él el día siguiente.

Este era uno de mis restaurantes habituales cuando era estudiante en la Universidad de Manchester.

Fui a Jaffa con un par de amigos anoche. Inicialmente, todos éramos un poco escépticos, ya que nadie tenía comida aquí antes, pero oh, chico, estaba equivocado.

I have been going to Jaffa for ages, usually really enjoy the food. On Friday 21st June, my order was burnt, I rang up and said can I speak to the manager and was told no manger is in store. I then spoke to the staff member Zirok/Zirak? And explained the situation that the fateyers were burnt, he said come back on Saturday and we will give you 2 free fatayers.

I've eaten at Jaffa a few times and the food is reliably good. The young all-male staff look sharp in their green polo shirts and are always 100% focused on serving the customer. As a vegetarian, this is a good place for a quick and healthy lunch. Choose a medium or large mezze plate and they will fill it up for you with your choices from the display fridge. Falafel were brought to my table a couple of minutes later, piping hot. Other vegetarian options include pizza or fatayer. They tend to have one non-vegetarian special each day on the chalkboard - today was chicken biriyani with soup; another time I noted lamb & okra with rice.

Pizza is ABSOLUTLEY amazing. Ive never had any issues personally and always love thier food. the chips are good sized and the pizza taste very fresh and herby.

The hummus is great and the falafel brought me and my arch nemesis amba back together again we are now happily married

Been here twice in the last month after forgetting about this place for a while. Lunch was around £15 for 2 adults and a child. Great salad MeWe and lovely lamb shawarma, falafel and dips. Absolutely love the red potato salad!

We love this place. Each time we come to Manchester from North Wales we make sure we get shawarma kebabs from here.

Teníamos un gran mezze mixto para empezar. Tuve un kebab de pollo y mi mejor mitad tenía un engorde de pollo. Todo en el clavo. Fuimos allí porque estaba lleno de familias de todo el mundo. Siempre una buena señal. Mi pollo era perfecto, jugoso y bien cocinado. Irá de nuevo.

Traje un engorde de pollo y cuando estaba metiendo (estaba hambriento de hambre) encontré un largo cabello negro en mi comida, me desintentaron e inmediatamente informé a un camarero, se disculpó amablemente y me trajo un nuevo plato de comida. en mi primer trozo y, una vez más, vi otro cabello, me dijo que esta era la primera vez que había ocurrido antes, pero mis amigos me han dicho que ya se les había dado el mismo problema. Revise su comida antes de comer. No me dieron un reembolso hasta que pregunté y nunca volvería a ir. Hay muchos lugares más limpios para comer y no lo recomendaría.

Este restaurante nos hizo esperar por 30 minutos y sirvió a otros antes que nosotros. Absolutamente no profesional, además de que el servicio al cliente no es bueno. Uno de los tipos le dio a mi hermana la mejilla, todo porque pidió salsa. No lo recomendaría todo. Pérdida de tiempo.

Cold, low quality and poorly presented food, I was charged nearly £11 (£1 for a can of coke, £3.80 salad and £6 stuffed chicken) for a meal where I wish I had crossed the road and got my self a warm shawarma for £3.20 with drink. Save your money and there are better places around the shop....

The portions are really generous but the food is no where near fresh, the chicken had a horrible smell. The cleaniness of the shop needs to be improved. The staff is very friendly though.

We’ve been visiting Jaffa, on and off, for well over ten years. It never lets you down for lunch. These days, it’s the only place on the Curry Mile, or the Kebab Kilometre as it’s become, that we visit – there’s much better south Asian food elsewhere in the city. And it’s pretty much a standard order. Lamb shawarma is a generous portion of tasty shreds of meat – none of the processed gloopy offering of the doner kebab places – along with a crisp salad of lettuce, red onion and cucumber. And a spoonful of one the hottest chilli sauces you’re likely to come across. And a flatbread, of course. There’s bread also served with a small mixed mezze plate. It’s entirely vegetarian and includes cacik, tabbouleh, olives, potatoes in tomato sauce, mixed salad and several other spoonfuls that are now forgotten. It’s all fresh, light and utterly delicious.

Lovely arab food and not as expensive as other takeaways on Wilmslow Road. Fatayers, shawarmas very nice. The only improvement is that the bread they use with the shawarma goes cold/hard quickly.

I always tell myself I need to try some of the new places on Curry Mile out but everytime I go I can't resist Jaffa!! Love their food, service is always friendly and efficient and it's always good value. Most recent visit was last weekend with friends and we left well fed & satisfied :) My fave in Rusholme!

مطعم ولا اروع فيه اكل حلال وعربي ويوفر وجبات سريعه في منتها الروعه انصح فيه من تجربه شخصيه يعتبر طبخ هذا المطعم مثل طبخ البيت والعاملين فيه قمه في الذوق.

Este es un sitio que siempre está lleno de gente. Pero ¿quién puede culpar a la cola? El servicio es rápido y el precio es muy asequible. La comida es muy buena y el personal es cortés y yummylicious y solícito.
