Absolutely amazing, flavourful food. We got the mixed platter for 4. The lamb chops and lamb cubes were soft as butter, fresh food, complimentry fresh bread, and pickles, The portions were huge that we had 3 boxes packed, and we were stuffed. Service was excellent, especially the young lady at the till who gave my daughter a free cake, will definitely be back again to try the other dishes. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely a gem of a place with delicious Palestinian food and very welcoming staff. We came for a private event, and had a wide choice of starters and dishes buffet-style. Highly recommended!

I was very impressed with the food, the dishes themselves, as well as the flavours. I was with a group of over 40 people, for which a special buffet of both hot and cold food was laid on. Everything tasted great. I'll remember the salads for a long time. One dessert, which I think was carrot halwa, probably deserved to be on something like Masterchef in my opinion, it was so good. Someone at my table recognised the dishes as authentic Palestinian food, having previously lived over there. I live in Manchester near this restaurant and will definitely choose them again.

This was my first time trying Palestinian food and I absolutely loved it. It was so flavourful and yummy. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely come back here again.

I love this restaurant. Very friendly. Efficient service, great Palestinian music, most of all, fabulous food. I had musakhan, tender chicken, sweet onions and sumac on fresh Palestinian bread. My companion had lamb shank, which fell off the bone, with delicious rice. Portions were enormous we had to take some home. Also delicious basbousa. Thank you.

We like middle eastern food but I am afraid this was a disappointing. I had lamb sambousei to start, they were dry but ok ish but the main dish lamb mensaf was poor. The lamb was very tough and there was way too much rice which was undercooked. My wife had grilled meat which was also very chewy. Not a good evening.

Great restaurant for grill dishes. We went with anther family and order different dishes. Grill platter was good. In the start they served us naan bread and some chutneys and pickle as a courtesy which is always a bonus. Atmosphere was very peaceful. No loud music and perfect for conversations. Staff was friendly as well. Will 100% go again.

Went for some dinner and the hospitality was excellent! The food was amazing as well as the service! Would really recommend if you’re looking for a good environment with the authentic taste of our holy land, Palestine!

Since moving to Manchester in September we have been here three times, and will come again many times more. I am vegan but went once with my son, who shared the Lamb Mansaf with my wife. I have now tried the following vegan mezze: Foul Medamas, Fattet Hummus, Mousaka Batinjan, Falafel and Spicy Potatoes. All have been delicious. I still have many other options to try. The staff are very friendly, service is efficient, and prices are very reasonable. It has become one of our favourites on 'curry mile'

The food was beautiful, the atmosphere was amazing and the service was top tier. Our waiter Majed paid so much attention and care to our table. Wonderful experience, will definitely be coming back.

We have eaten here quite a few times and was glad to return last week. Staff friendly , polite and very efficient. We ate falafels , humus, minced lamb rolls and drank mint tea . I know from living near Haifa that the delectable cuisine totally mirrors the cuisine there and crave this type of food. Ive visited quite a few restaurants seeking out this cuisine but most fail in my opinion. This , however smashes it every time. Cannot wait to return. Thanks guys :)

I've eaten a lot of Middle Eastern cuisine in my life, including in Jordan and Palestine. This is some of the best food of all. We had four hot Mezze dishes, all vegan, with as much free bread as we could eat. We will be back, bringing friends! Great value for money.

Quite delicious food. I like the brown crispy cakes (I forget its name) with green beans inside of it

Came here for to celebrate a UoM student's graduation and wanted to try some Palestinian food, and wasn't disappointed! Humorous waiter took our orders and made us feel at home, with service on time. No complaints with the food, piping hot and tasty :)

Had Shish Tawook & Lahem Mishwi with mango/pineapple & strawberry drink. Also some bread & chutney for starter which was included. Had to go upstairs for toilet & infa red light wouldn't stay on.

Eaten from here a few times always been nice. However on this occasion it wasn’t vile all went in the bin

food was 20 minutes late, unsure if this was because of it being busy for Valentine's Day. food was also a bit cold, but food quality was good.

Absolutely awful food , the biryani was full of grisly fatty chicken and the madras was a joke in that it made your average vindaloo seem like a korma! Totally inedible never ever tried anything that hot before and I’ve eaten many a vindaloo.. rubbish waste of my hard earned money .

Always have takeaway from here the food is a good standard but tonight they forgot parts of my order and when I rang up to tell them they said they would check with delivery driver and I never heard back from them So I paid for food which I never received Not impressed

Ideal portion size for me. Many restaurants serve dishes where the “sauce” is like a paste. This one was excellent.

Expensive and late yet it's 400 meters away and no popadoms yet we spent a lot. Thought we would try after moving in all day. Portions were small. We usually share rice and chips but that was impossible.

Waited 2 & half hours despite calling the restraunt twice online chat with just eat twice and a phone call from just eat. The restraunt were rude when i called and hung up on me. Food was not worth the waiting time

Can't rate the food as I never received is as after two hours since the order I cancelled the order. Half an hour after the due delivery time I rang them, they did not ring to tell me it would be late. I was told it would be with me shortly. Another couple of calls and an hour later still not received. So cancelled as I had no intention of eating a curry this close to bed time.

Curry was fantastic although only thing that let it down were poppadoms were soft and the Naan bread was dry and crispy like it was possibly cooked at an earlier date and not cooked fresh. Like I said main thing was curry was really tasty.

They added 10minutes to my delivery time, then delivered it 20 minutes early! I'd ordered a vegetarian curry, and they delivered a chicken one! When I rang to complain I got a generic 'we're busy, we'll send you another one out' In their defence they delivered the replacement quickly, but other than that I wasn't pleased with the service on that. A better apology and perhaps some poppadoms or something with the replacement may have swayed me, but no, so won't be ordering again.

AWFUL SERVICE! Have just ordered and paid online to be told the delivery driver wasn't going to bother delivering "as he can't find my house and he's got loads of deliveries so no food" I then called the restaurant they were extremely unhelpful!!!! Awful awful service do not order from here

Food was 15 mins late... More onions in balti than chicken.. Can of coke I ordered was put in the bag with food.. So made food cold and coke warm...

Ordered 3 chicken madras! Delivered 3 chicken kormas! Then had to wait to delivery the correct order. And once we received the food. Was horrible! No taste no spice too salty and extremely watery!! Such a shame as ordered from here before and was lovely although did mess up the order then. Will not be ordering from this place again!

After waiting for 45 minutes the order time was extended by 15 minutes to then be cancelled by the restaurant and no deliver at all. Won't ever use this restaurant again. Waste of time and money and couldn't order else where due to time it took the restaurant to reject the order due to lack of delivery drivers. *****avoid******

Was lovely, only thing was with my curry it was really watery

We have ordered many times but the most recent order was terrible. It was delivered with the bag filled with grease which had covered everything in the bag. The curry was so greasy it spilled everywhere, half of the carton was filled with grease the rest was bland chicken that tasted like it had been cooked two days before. When I called to ask for a replacement I was rudely told that's how it is always cooked and I wouldn't get a replacement, if that's how it's always cooked I won't bother again.. What's sad is I have had plenty from them over the last few years but that didn't seem too matter.

I have used this restaurant lots of times before but it has defiantly lost my custom my orders have recently been wrong on at least three occasions and tonight topped it when my meal apparently got left behind on the restaurant counter and when it did arrive 20 mins after all the family had eaten it was cold..

Something wasn't right with last nights takeaway, both the curry and bhuna sauces were very thin and watery, the amount of chicken served was poor also. I've used this place before and it's been good, will probably try elsewhere next time.

Failed to deliver the dessert we ordered

Quick delivery but worst curry I've ever eaten. Ordered a chicken balti which was tasteless and a vegetarian which was absolutely revolting! Tiny pieces of frozen veg cooked to slop in the oiliest sauce I've ever come across and no flavour at all. Made me feel queasy! Never again!

We always have a good meal just a shame that they forgot the onion salad & yougert dip for the starter we only had a bag of lettuce but they did turn up with it latter but will not put us off ordering again

The meal was delicious, the only let down was we ordered pilau rice and we got boiled rice delivered instead.

Lamb was off, tasted like it'd been kicked around a farmyard. I called to complain and the chap on the phone says he knows, they get lots of complaints but the manager won't do anything and keeps serving old food. He advised me to leave a review on here to draw attention to this as he is ashamed to work there now. Give it a miss.
