The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I waited over 50 minutes for my food and had to ask twice where my order was. It wasn't that busy; I hate to think what it would be like if it were busy. The food was cold and terrible! Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

Came with a friend and Food was nice however service was so slow took 45 minutes for our food to arrive and the shop was dead with only a few customers. The employees were too busy kissing each other in the back instead of doing their jobs also toilets were disgusting and the sink was brown.

Food was leng and the worker "Ash" gave us a extra burger for free. Service was fast.

Ashh gave us a experience we couldn’t imagine, it was incredible and we’d definitely come back.

Ordered a philly cheesesteak and a couple of chicken burgers. Food was OK. Took time to arrive but when it did, it was tasty. The reason for the 2 stars is due to the overall cleanliness of the place. Table was dirty which I had to clean myself and the stench from the toilets was unbearable. The sink was blocked and the cubicles stank of urine. This is unacceptable in my opinion. Cleanliness and hygiene should be at the forefront of any business. This is the only reason I would not visit again.

Food was nice but service was a bit slow. Loaded fries were really tasty lamb doner was the best no smell at all. Smash burger was nice aswell.

The chicken is really good, crispy coating and really tasty sauce. Big portion too. They had no donner so this was swapped with mac n cheese which was ok. But I’d go again for the chicken! Service was a bit meh but food made up for it.

Came after driving 120 miles to Cheshire oaks ( Ellesmere Port ) then decided to eat in Phatboys Manchester.. Very disappointed because they do not take card.. so had to leave and eat in My Lahore

Irtaqa, Megba and Talha were all the sweetest of people and SO helpful. Whatever they’re getting paid it should be doubled. Me and my friend who came to eat ran into a problem and these three were the biggest help and so so kind we did not feel judged and they didn’t make us feel embarrassed either!!! Absolutely loved the food aswell, one of the top 3 places to eat on wilmslow! Highly recommend. Staff-10/10, food-10/10 (always freshly cooked), atmosphere-10/10.

A recommendation from a good friend. Decided to visit one evening with my 13 year old son and husband. The restaurant was open for atleast another hour after we got there but we were very rudely told by the woman behind the counter we could not eat in as they were closing soon. I asked her if they were still open for another hour she said yes they were but again refused us to dine in. She then continued in her rude and 'couldn't be bothered' tone to advise us there was only beef left no chicken. Their main menu is chicken. We ended up walking out! The restaurant was very dirty, tables and floor very unclean.

WRONG ORDER ❌ Ordered Chick Mac Naga Fries that clearly says that it comes with NAGA DONNER but got the normal chick mac fries instead with no DONNER Disappointed‼️

Food is AMAZING every single time I order. Tastes great and literally the best burgers I’ve ever had. BUT, and this is a massive BUT, they don’t have enough staff. It takes WAY too long for them to give the food to us and we’re left waiting crazy amounts of time for our food. Heavily understaffed - gave them the benefit of the doubt the first couple times thinking it must be coz it’s a busy time of the day (7-8pm) so I went at 3/4pm and was still waiting a really long time. That’s my only complaint.

First visit today with my lads, one who had seen it on TikTok. Smash burger was really good, took about 20 minutes to come but was hot and fresh and the kids loved it.

So after me and my husband payed a visit to the Bradford branch, we had to come to the Manchester one as its closer to us. It did not disappoint! The quality and everything is the same, as I know some other franchises the quality in their food changes depends where they are located, but that's my experience anyway. Food again is 10/10 amazing flavour and really filling. The only difference I would say compared to the Bradford Phatboyz is the donner is slightly different and tastes different, but nonetheless still tasted nice.

Ordered online Burger abd dynamite chicken. The taste and quality of food was ok for the price. The burger was blend, you can’t taste the meat with sauces.

I went phatboyz yesterday and i do have to say the food was amzing. Also a big shout out to ash as his service was amazing. I ordered the naga box and the portion size is defo worth the price.

Philly cheese was decent and big portions. Crinkle chips were hard and seasoning wasn’t great. Did not enjoy the buffalo wings, found them very fatty and greasy.

Visited manchester for the first time with my boyfriend, Had the wings and tacos, gave me and my boyfriend food poisoning for his whole birthday celebration trip! Wings were soggy and the texture is like mush! Ruined our whole stay and my boyfriends birthday, first thing we ate when we arrived and we was both bed bound for 2 days! Not worth it, get mcdonald’s PLEASE.

Took my son to Phat Boyz as he’s always wanted to visit here. We reached just as they were opening and we was greeted by Farhad who stated that they would be while as they were just setting up but he said we was welcome to come and sit and look through the menu. Both my son and I had the Philly Cheese steak which I have to admit was one of the best I’ve had in the UK. Overall great food and excellent service. 10/10 would definitely recommend it.

1 star puerly based on the incompetence of the management. Opening times stated are a fabrication. Travelled to Manchester and selected Phatboys for our lunch before heading down. Upon arrival, we were surprised to see the shutters only half open. Upon noticing a member of staff inside - we asked how long until opening. We were told 30 minutes, so we decided to wait. 40 minutes later, the shutters were all the way down! After reluctantly going elsewhere to eat, we noticed them opening at 6pm. Almost 90 minutes after asking the staff. Either they don't understand opening hours or they just don't want customers. Shame - food looked appetising. Maybe in the future - if you actually decide to open for your customers.

Half of the menu is not there, tables wasn't even clean. Customers before us have left half of the food. The restaurant has bad smell as soon as u walk in and also the seating area upstairs smells. The sink area is really really bad and dirty. Lots of Flies In seating area. Bad service and customer satisfaction

Went today Sunday 30th where every shop on the curry mile was pretty much packed except this one, should have stopped at that point but teenage son wanted to try. First of all it’s cash only and it’s expensive for what it is. Ordered the full stack or something which has 3 patties and a phatoon which has donner i believe. We wanted wings but the lady put tenders on the bill, i didn’t realise until the food came at which point i didn’t want to complain. They also had no milkshake as ice cream machine is broken. The food (2 burgers and portion of tenders) took 30 minutes, other people were also sat a long time with no food. The food itself: chips are nice but have too much peri salt, became inedible after a few bites. The burger had no seasoning and could only taste the plastic cheese. The donner on the burger also the same, no taste. Tenders seemed like frozen drenched in a sauce. Music is too loud, even when ordering i had to shout the order to the lady - this is not normal, light bulbs smashed, its just grim. These so called food influencers need to stop lying and making fake hype. I would avoid. Mr ts and legends much better

Probably one of the worst meals I've had. Got the Nashville box and the basic smash beef burger. The food was soggy and tasted incredibly sweet with too much salt. Cash only and the bathrooms were filthy.

Literally just left here, me my husband & my 2 babies loved every minute of it, absolutely lovely, welcoming, friendly & attentive staff. I wish all places had staff like this as it makes a much better experience, food was lovely, unfortunately we dived right in as we were that eager to try, we forgot to get a ( before picture ) but managed to get a picture whilst eating! It's definitely worth the price. The portion was excellent, and we will definitely be back ....also my daughter absolutely loved the mac & cheese 😊 I ate the hot chick box, it was 👌🏼 Hubby had the Nashville box....again 👌🏼 Princess had popcorn chicken with mac & cheese ( she loved it 😋 )

Quite disappointed after a visit to the Manchester branch of Phatboyz. Was recommended highly by friends and family. And I saw their page on Instagram where they were really advertising this Nashville sando. This is what a received. It’s advertised to be a toasted brioche bread filled with chicken and coleslaw. And I received a sliced up warburtons sandwich, cold, with 2 strips of chicken barely filling the sandwich. Disappointing. However the wings were 10/10.

Ordered a mixture of food. Burgers and loaded fries were nice and the BBQ wings were juicy,very well cooked and flavoursome. The service was very very slow. Ordered in store at 10:30pm food wasn't ready till 11:15pm. There was only 1 other couple seated in the place. Thank God it wasn't busy or we would probably still be waiting for the food.

I recently ordered from Phatboyz through a delivery service, and I am thoroughly disappointed. The food arrived incredibly soggy, which made the entire meal unappetizing. The taste was strange and far from what you'd expect from a decent burger joint. It was clear that the ingredients were of poor quality. Moreover, it seems that Phatboyz relies heavily on fake reviews online media to attract customers. The hype is completely undeserved and misleading. My experience was nothing like the glowing reviews they boast about. Save your money and look elsewhere for a better burger experience. This food is truly unimpressive.

This is 5 star amazing place. The service on spot! Megha was amazing. Food was super delicious. I had the smash box and it was the best choice. Amazing beef burger, tenders were yummy and the milkshake was just wooow. We were 3 and the food we had was soo much. Love the place, pp, food and the atmosphere.

Food was ok however did not like the spicy fish burger as it was overcooked and hard. Too oily. Chicken and smash burgers were nice. Downfall at this place they do not accept card payments. We sat upstairs. It was nice n clean and deco very good.

Decent. Went on a busy Saturday night. Had seating outside and inside. Dynamite chicken was nice and a good portion. Burgers were very good.

Superb smash burgers and incredibly tasty loaded fries. Philysteak roll could have done with a bit more flavour though.
