Service is awesome. Food is also to much delicious. They serve fresh and unhygienic food for the customers. Staff is very friendly and co-operative. I strongly recommend visiting and try food and services.

The road is always buzzing, the place is clean and service is very good. I’ve been twice to this place. The portion sizes are big, I haven’t managed to finish a meal yet. Love the variety in the munch boxes. I would go again

Came for a 2 day break to Manchester and had seen a lot of TikTok’s of Phatboys so wanted to come with the family. So glad we did, as the food is amazing MashaAllah!!! Excellent quality ingredients!!! Plus good atmosphere and best customer service!!

It was love coming this place for the first time my friend took me here and it was actually a very good place the staff was very friendly the environment was very positive and romi serve us with the really big smile so we loved it highly recommended

Phatboys in Bradford is decent but manni one is dead, food was cold, service wasn’t good. Bought my uncle and cousin here after bigging it up and ended up looking like a fool after a crap experience.

Very poor experience. Missed out two orders which led to further delays to start with. Quality of the food was very disappointing as we travelled very far to try viral phatboyz. Chicken was very poor quality as seen in images and tasted like food made yesterday. We tried 3 boxes in total and some buffalo wings on the side. All were disappointing and a huge waste of money especially since we travelled far to arrive here. I would avoid as many more high quality spots in the street.

I got the Hot Chic munchbox which consisted of the chicken burger, donner, chips and wings. The burger was cold, tasted like it was old and definitely not fresh. The donner had this weird coating / oil on top of it which just tasted really greasy in all honesty. The chips were nice and well seasoned. The wings had this weird butter/cheese coating on them which really put me off because the smell was so bad. The service was ok but would help if the workers could speak fluent English. The atmosphere was ok, not too busy and seemed like it was maintained well.

The food was really good but Megha service was amazing. Her costumer service was excellent and she was kind and friendly to all of us.

We ordered for delivery and the food came on time however multiple things in the order were wrong despite them being printed on the receipt. I ordered The Phatmix which is basically fries loaded with spicy chicken and donner however i put in the notes not to put any cheese sauce or hot sauce on this meal. When the food came it had both sauces on and the worst part is i called up the restaurant and the woman who answered was very unhelpful, i told her the order was wrong as well as our drinks being wrong and she said the kitchen said they didn’t put it on. If they hadn’t i wouldn’t waste time calling up to complain. She said there’s nothing she can do and that the next time i order i should let them know about this. However she gave me no details and surely anyone could say last time you got our order wrong. I doubt they’d even take it seriously?? Really unprofessional service by the woman who answered the phone and really dissappointing considering the fact that the food seems like it would’ve been enjoyable if not for the bad service and communication from the woman. Wish i got a name so i could complain to the manager however so be it

As you can tell by the pictures we enjoyed the tenders very much very good size!! We got the phat cane box and the phat stack. It was a good late night eat option not amazing. Very sloppy would be returning

I ordered on Uber Eats and they messed up with my order. The burger tasted so sweet as well as the ghost chilli sauce. This is my second time ordering this on Uber Eats, the first time was pretty okay, then the second time they messed up. Never ordering again

Went for a day out with my Mrs in Manchester and decided to come out for some food. Our first choice was Bun Inc, as we went on Monday (28th October) it was closed so we settled for Phatboyz after seeing it on TikTok. I ordered a Phat Cane box and my wife ordered chicken Mac fries. The food came and I immediately noticed they had given me 3 strips instead of 4. On top of that they were not golden brown but yellow as if they had not been fried long enough. The chicken had a funny smell to it and I mentioned these issues to the female member of staff who apologised and said they had ran out of strips so they gave me 3. She said she would give me wings as a replacement. I was disappointed in the quality of the food, for such a nice looking place the food didn’t live up to the hype. The toast with my meal just tasted like fried bread and was oily. I returned home and the next day I had sharp stabbing pains in my stomach from the food. I am writing this review today as it has taken me this long to recover. My wife had the same pains, they were that bad we both went to the doctors and they told us we must have a really bad stomach bug from whatever we had eaten. Following this experience I will not ever be returning to Phatboyz as the staff were not very helpful when I raised these issues. My advice to the owner would be to employ staff members who can understand basic English and cook food to an edible standard. I would also advise that they check the chicken before cooking and handing it out to customers. Very very disappointed 1/5 stars and the 1 star is me being nice.

Turned up at 2pm like the opening time says. Staff members extremely rude and said they won’t service us until 3:30. I stated the website says 2pm opening time but the workers rudely snapped that they cannot open until 3:30 and that if we wanted to eat there we would have to wait until 3:30. I have visited phatboyz several times in the past and the customer service has always been poor however the food compensates for the lack of customer service. This is appalling behaviour and must be addressed immediately. I’m severely disappointed and disgusted at the lack of care for customers and for the brand image. No suggestions were made to accommodate this issue.

Travelled really far to enjoy a phatboyz, when we were met with extremely rude staff. We arrived at 2.15pm as the website stated it opens at 2pm. However they aggressively instructed that they don't start serving till 3.15pm. Having travelled over an hour for food and being met with such argumentative staff was appalling. Will not be going back and wouldn't recommend to family and friends.

On the website of the place, the opening time was at 14:00. We arrived at 14:15 and they were not open and staff were extremely rude to us telling us that it was at 15:30 start of cooking yet they had opened the shutters but we’re refusing to start cooking until 14:00 leaving us redundant and forced to find somewhere else to find food. We’ve been once before and staff messed up our order and gave me a chicken burger when i specified that I was a vegetarian and deathly allergic to chicken. And hygiene was disgusting too. When we entered the door, behind the window was a rat. Floors were dirty and tables were left with food on them too. Do not recommend to come here and Afrikanas a few minutes away is much better and staff are much more nicer.

The place was absolutely disgusting. Upstairs was so dirty the floor and tables were disgusting. Had to clean the tables ourselves and when we told the worker he just didn't care. I wish we saw the upstairs seating place first before ordering, i would of walked. Absolutely disgusting it goes not take long to clean the place up.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I waited over 50 minutes for my food and had to ask twice where my order was. It wasn't that busy; I hate to think what it would be like if it were busy. The food was cold and terrible! Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

Ordered a philly cheesesteak and a couple of chicken burgers. Food was OK. Took time to arrive but when it did, it was tasty. The reason for the 2 stars is due to the overall cleanliness of the place. Table was dirty which I had to clean myself and the stench from the toilets was unbearable. The sink was blocked and the cubicles stank of urine. This is unacceptable in my opinion. Cleanliness and hygiene should be at the forefront of any business. This is the only reason I would not visit again.

The chicken is really good, crispy coating and really tasty sauce. Big portion too. They had no donner so this was swapped with mac n cheese which was ok. But I’d go again for the chicken! Service was a bit meh but food made up for it.

Irtaqa, Megba and Talha were all the sweetest of people and SO helpful. Whatever they’re getting paid it should be doubled. Me and my friend who came to eat ran into a problem and these three were the biggest help and so so kind we did not feel judged and they didn’t make us feel embarrassed either!!! Absolutely loved the food aswell, one of the top 3 places to eat on wilmslow! Highly recommend. Staff-10/10, food-10/10 (always freshly cooked), atmosphere-10/10.

A recommendation from a good friend. Decided to visit one evening with my 13 year old son and husband. The restaurant was open for atleast another hour after we got there but we were very rudely told by the woman behind the counter we could not eat in as they were closing soon. I asked her if they were still open for another hour she said yes they were but again refused us to dine in. She then continued in her rude and 'couldn't be bothered' tone to advise us there was only beef left no chicken. Their main menu is chicken. We ended up walking out! The restaurant was very dirty, tables and floor very unclean.

Food is AMAZING every single time I order. Tastes great and literally the best burgers I’ve ever had. BUT, and this is a massive BUT, they don’t have enough staff. It takes WAY too long for them to give the food to us and we’re left waiting crazy amounts of time for our food. Heavily understaffed - gave them the benefit of the doubt the first couple times thinking it must be coz it’s a busy time of the day (7-8pm) so I went at 3/4pm and was still waiting a really long time. That’s my only complaint.

First visit today with my lads, one who had seen it on TikTok. Smash burger was really good, took about 20 minutes to come but was hot and fresh and the kids loved it.

So after me and my husband payed a visit to the Bradford branch, we had to come to the Manchester one as its closer to us. It did not disappoint! The quality and everything is the same, as I know some other franchises the quality in their food changes depends where they are located, but that's my experience anyway. Food again is 10/10 amazing flavour and really filling. The only difference I would say compared to the Bradford Phatboyz is the donner is slightly different and tastes different, but nonetheless still tasted nice.

Ordered online Burger abd dynamite chicken. The taste and quality of food was ok for the price. The burger was blend, you can’t taste the meat with sauces.

Philly cheese was decent and big portions. Crinkle chips were hard and seasoning wasn’t great. Did not enjoy the buffalo wings, found them very fatty and greasy.

The food was great but remember, they are CASH ONLY, as I was so rudely told by the cashier.

Visited manchester for the first time with my boyfriend, Had the wings and tacos, gave me and my boyfriend food poisoning for his whole birthday celebration trip! Wings were soggy and the texture is like mush! Ruined our whole stay and my boyfriends birthday, first thing we ate when we arrived and we was both bed bound for 2 days! Not worth it, get mcdonald’s PLEASE.

Took my son to Phat Boyz as he’s always wanted to visit here. We reached just as they were opening and we was greeted by Farhad who stated that they would be while as they were just setting up but he said we was welcome to come and sit and look through the menu. Both my son and I had the Philly Cheese steak which I have to admit was one of the best I’ve had in the UK. Overall great food and excellent service. 10/10 would definitely recommend it.
