Lazy staff. At 3 am in morning they make me wait 45 mint just for a chicken burger and cake slice

The food is always really nice but whenever we order for delivery it is very late (arrived after TWO HOURS today!!), which is really disappointing and has put us off from ordering again.

My friends and I all had “ The Khamazat lunch” Amazing burger the balance between the beef, the sauce and the crispy onions was on spot. Loved the cheese wiz, well had a sharp flavour of cheese cutting through.

The shop is anging it's defo a cover up not one person I there knows what or how to cook food its frozen stuff u eat its defo not worth no way near the price the food is a joke an perfetic portions for the price defo a cover up

I ordered delivery and it took them more or less 1 hour to bring it to me, things arrive hot. I placed the order through the Just Eat application and when making the delivery the restaurant did not appear where my order was going. As for the food, the burgers were very good and the chicken fingers were also very good, which was too spicy for my taste.

I'm not lying! This was probably one of the best Burgers I've had in a while. The Fat Ronaldo! Two for One at the moment so take advantage! They aren't stingy with the sides and sauces either. All round, job well done. One Happy, Stuffed and Content Guy Here! Delivery was quick too. 10/10! REMARKABLE

Absolutely amazing food, the burgers are so tasty and the donner meat is juicy. A little spicy for my liking but my partner really enjoyed it. Milkshakes are lovely kinderella cake is top notch

Absolutely fantastic food. I buy here regularly. The portion sizes are generous and filling. The staff are exceptionally polite :) I recommend the Legend box if you have a big appetite or a munch box which is also filling if you don't want the burger. Cheesy chips are the best aswel. Ordered a burger and fries. Quick and easy right. I sat there waiting for it for 25 minutes still without my order. The person who served me just kept looking at me but never went to the kitchen to ask where my food was. I went up to her and she kept saying one minute one minute. I ended up getting my food 35 minutes after I paid. The kitchen staff apologized to me but the lady in the till just brushed me off?

I tried to redeem the freshers fair £1 deal and the staff just blatantly said that I already redeem it just because I fill the form the day before, not literally before entering the shop. After that, he just claim that my student id is expired when it is literally not (I showed it in front of his face). Luckily I still got the burger though I don’t think I would want to come again to get that type of service

Ordered from here tonight as a birthday treat for my daughter. When the food arrived there was a meal missing and a couple of the sauce tubs burst in the bag. My husband phoned to complain and they apologised and resent the whole order plus added a slice of beautiful cheesecake for my daughter. Lovely food and lovely staff. The burgers are amazing.
