Rude staff and poor customer service. The food wasn’t good and not worth the price. Wouldn’t recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience at Legend Restaurant. First of all, the customer service was very poor. Before placing my order, I asked how long it would take, and I was told 15 minutes. After waiting over 20 minutes, I approached the staff at the till to check on my order, and the response I received was extremely rude and unprofessional. The attitude of the staff member was among the worst I’ve encountered. Unfortunately, the food didn’t make up for the poor service. It was not worth the wait, and certainly not worth the price. I expected much better, both in terms of service and quality.

First Time Tried This Place Today! It Won't Be The Last! The Best Donner Meat And Chips I Have Ever Ate!

Good and warm food delivered on time. Barbecue chicken was flavourful and crispy.

Ordered a delivery. Was over 35 mins late. Chips were freezing. The stake sandwich was chewy and full of fat. The milkshake was runny(all the ice cream melted) and when you call to complain the girls dismissive and rude. I spent over 20 pound for a single meal and it was horrible. I will never order from there again and suggest you don't either!!!

Burgers here i would highly recommend, very juicy and full of flavour one of the best burgers ive eaten. The chips were a little on the cold side but couldn't complain with the buger tasting that good. Doner meat was very nice to. Would definitely order again when in Manchester :)

A decent burger at a reasonable price

Ordered the Nashville fries, and by far one of the best chicken fries I've ever had. The portion is huge for its price, and the taste is impeccable. My only complaint is the cold food, but it wasn't enough to ruin the dish. Highly recommend!

I visited for the first time last night with my family and wasn't quite sure what to expect. The hospitality and customer service were outstanding great job, everyone! You really excelled in providing quality service. 👏 Once we were seated, we were offered dates and water to break our fast, which was a lovely gesture. The food was incredible and has quickly become one of our favorite spots, offering excellent quality, generous portions, and great value for money. The owner surprised us with a few complimentary items to try, which we didn't see coming and truly appreciated; they were absolutely delicious. After leaving, we couldn't resist returning for a milkshake because we were curious about how they tasted. It was just as fantastic as everything else we had that evening. Honestly, you should give it a try you'll love it! We can't wait to come back very soon! 😃

Worst experience ordering food from this place. Would not recommend at all. Restaurant says order will be there in 50 mins. I used justeat to order. Took them 1 hr 45 mins. Fries slimy. Cold burger. And the girl who takes the order was rude. Don't recommend this place to anyone.

We picked this place for lunch and got the munch boxes 😕. We were not impressed. Best way to describe it is getting your typical bog standard takeaway meal and making it look fancy. Can't believe we chose this place. Food was average at best.

This order was a complete disaster. Delivered at 19:11, not the claimed 18:55. A shocking 1 hour and 20 minutes for a single meal. The initial delivery window of 18:30-18:50 was useless, changed to 18:50-19:10, and then completely ignored. After an hour of waiting, the restaurant claimed the order was "just picked up," despite the app showing "preparing." How does a burger take an hour to prepare? I placed the order 45 minutes before iftar to break my fast, a decision I deeply regret. The restaurant's handling of this was so unprofessional. When I called after an hour, the woman on the phone offered no apology or explanation for the delay. She simply stated the order had just been picked up, despite the app's status, and then hung up. This is the unacceptable service you receive when ordering online. On top of all that, the fries were cold and hard as a stick.

I recently tried this place, and I must say the food is top-notch. The burgers are succulent, with an amazing smell and taste. The chips are fresh and healthy, not oily like most other takeaways. Plus, the staff is incredibly friendly. Highly recommended!

The shop is anging it's defo a cover up not one person I there knows what or how to cook food its frozen stuff u eat its defo not worth no way near the price the food is a joke an perfetic portions for the price defo a cover up

I ordered delivery and it took them more or less 1 hour to bring it to me, things arrive hot. I placed the order through the Just Eat application and when making the delivery the restaurant did not appear where my order was going. As for the food, the burgers were very good and the chicken fingers were also very good, which was too spicy for my taste.

I'm not lying! This was probably one of the best Burgers I've had in a while. The Fat Ronaldo! Two for One at the moment so take advantage! They aren't stingy with the sides and sauces either. All round, job well done. One Happy, Stuffed and Content Guy Here! Delivery was quick too. 10/10! REMARKABLE

Absolutely fantastic food. I buy here regularly. The portion sizes are generous and filling. The staff are exceptionally polite :) I recommend the Legend box if you have a big appetite or a munch box which is also filling if you don't want the burger. Cheesy chips are the best aswel.
