I popped in with a mate after a walk round FletcherMoss. It was the Man Derby and we watched the Game with a few pints! Met a group of friendly Uni students on a pub crawl. The Lady behind the Bar was lovely and smiley. We will deffo pop in when we are nxt in Didsbury Village!

Some guy claiming to be the manager (dressed in plain clothes and drinking) assaulted my friend as we were trying to come in. She was left crying after he prevented her from entering the pub by groping her which left the whole group incredibly distressed. All in all was a deeply unpleasant encounter. If he was the owner he was well out of line and if he was a customer then the pub did absolutely nothing to help her so overall a terrible and unsafe experience.

This is a proper branch of Costa Coffee located just inside the entrance of a Tesco supermarket (as opposed to the Costa Express vending machines that you sometimes find in supermarkets). You can sit in and drink your coffee from a proper cup but I was after a takeout as I was on my way to the nearby East Didsbury railway station and wanted a coffee to keep me awake on the two hour train trip I had ahead of me. In the event my train was delayed thanks to another train breaking down and blocking the line so I'd finished my coffee before my train ever arrived. The coffee did the job though and service in Costa was friendly and efficient so if I was ever to catch a train from East Didsbury in the future I'd happily return to this branch.

I’ve been coming here for years, but had the steak and avocado for the first time earlier this week, it was so good I came back today to have it again! The steak was cooked to perfection, and the avocado added such a fresh, zesty, creamy touch—absolutely delicious.

Came in a couple days ago looking for a Sunday roast. Not only was service quick and helpful, despite the copious customers participating in the didsbury dozen, but the food was amazing. The portion was huge for the price and the meal itself was delicious. Also great veggie options.

Lovely atmosphere. Slow service. Food is inoffensive but not tasty... and definitely not worth the price. Soup of the day today was butternut squash. It didn't appear to be flavoured with anything except olive oil. The vegetarian english breakfast was well presented but again, lack lustre for the price and associated wait time.
