Excellent food (lamb chom chom went down especially well), generous portions, extensive menu with good selection of vegetarian and vegan options. Staff were patient, attentive, helpful and friendly throughout our meal. Beautifully decorated space and very well maintained.

Absolutely amazing servis friendly polite staff, food is amazing cater for large parties and excellent with children .. we had 7 children with us that were a little boisterous, staff were lovely with them. Very accommodating. Food was amazing will be going again and will recommend. Thank you for a lovely evening

Awesome staff and curry Been lots of times to eat in or for a take away, food and service always spot on Just picked up a take away and accidentally dropped it on the way to the car, totally my fault, but they saw what we had done and just replaced the whole meal for us. Top place, top food, top staff 👍🏻

Amazing what can I say. Everyone who I've recommended this restaurant to has said they had the best meal of their life. I have had nightmares about this restaurant closing. It is definitely my favorite restaurant I have been to in a long time.

Amazing experience! Very easily booked a table online with google. We were ahead of time and arrived early for the table and were seated upstairs immediately by the window which is lovely to look out of. Staff very attentive, service excellent. Food arrived very quickly and was excellent quality. This is our second time back here and can highly recommend. I’m sure we will be back.

I am very pleased to see ER in Didsbury, having regularly visited the Wilmslow and Knutsford restaurants- naturally I was curious about the consistency. My go-to dish is the Eastern Revive Jalfrezi- usually a big dish, really tasty, either very hot or super hot (Knutsford having the hottest)- I was pleased to find out the Didsbury Jalfrezi is just as good as the others! I am impressed with this consistency - well worth a visit as it is a truly decent restaurant.

Nice food.. TERRIBLE service!! No water offered, second drinks took much longer than necessary, bill payment was painfully slow and table left with dirty plates for a long time. More staff needed.

Avoid weekends !!!! We booked a table for 2 adults and 2 kids for 8pm and was kept waiting until 8:30 until we left, in the time was was waiting we seen 2 other parties leave after waiting to long, overall very busy but short staffed, our experience wasn’t the best which was a shame will maybe try a take out in the future !!!

Best Saag Gosht ever, it's a travesty it isn't on the menu but I asked and they made it! So glad it is just around the corner from me.

Lovely food, some different dishes from usual, and good service. Would prefer to be on ground floor rather than have to go up spiral stairs, though.

Christmas day meal was amazing, the food was great and they were very efficient with all our drinks. Highly recommended 👌

Came here last Friday with two friends and my partner and everything was fantastic. The service is 5 stars and the food just as good. Our waiter took all four of our very particular drink orders with a smile on his face (sorry for being picky, we just like what we like!) all the staff are very attentive, but they are just doing their jobs, as the four tables are quite small and can get full quickly depending on what you order, so it’s good that they stay on top of everything. We got the works - poppadoms, starters, mains and sides. The only minor criticisms I have about the food is you only get two King Prawns on the tandoori starter, which I think for the price should be three minimum. The onion bhajis are also quite basic and generic, not much flavour, still nice, but need coriander or something as they just taste like fried onions and nothing else. Also my King Prawn Karahi was delicious but it wasn’t like the Karahis I’ve had in other Indian restaurants and takeaways. The actual curry sauce was red instead of brown and it had a sweet taste, as well as spicy. It was still a lovely curry and we all enjoyed the sauce, but not sure it was a traditional Karahi. Overall, we loved everything! The atmosphere is relaxed and the decor is pleasing. We liked sitting at the top with the fairy lights. We could even see fireworks where we were sat which added to the experience. To end the meal you get hot towels and chocolate mints which you don’t get in many Indian restaurants anymore. It was a nice touch and we will definitely be back again. Our new favourite curry place for sure.

Our New Yrs Day Meal here was really lovely! The food was so nice, there was 12 of us, and we all loved our food. The staff were lovely, and what a cosy restaurant it is, we'll look forward to our next visit for sure 👌🏽

Staff stood over your shoulder as you eat. Whole meal was finished in half an hour as the waiters rushed us by approaching the table every 30 seconds. We shared a dish and sundries, when we ordered the waiter remarked “just the one meal” in a snarky tone. Food was great but service disappointing. Will be back for takeaway but not a sit down meal.

Wow. Food was amazing, had veg bhuna, tikka fish, pilau rice, peshwari naan, veg starter and poppadoms. Service attentive, £55 for two people with a little we took in a box. Perfect, thank you.

A group of us (mixture of adults and kids), had a fantastic meal here (Disdsbury), food was amazing. Can highly recommend the dish I had, the Eastern Revive Jalfrezi. Infact all eight of us loved the food. Service was excellent, made to feel really welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. Waiter spent some time going through which dishes were OK for certain allergies. Nicest dining out experience had in a long time. Will definitely be back.

Had a lovely birthday meal here. Very attentive staff and great food. Surprised me with a full birthday cake with a sparkler at the end! Would definitely come here again for a casual meal out and for other big occasions.

The restaurant has been done very nicely and the staff were very warm and welcoming. Starters of lamb chops were good, chilli paneer ok. It was the main courses that let it down. Ordered 2 meat curries and one veg side. Not sure if we chose the wrong thing but all the dishes tasted the same - with heavy tomato undercurrent. Felt like the same base sauce was used for each dish.

Three months since opening and they meet all the standards of their counterparts such as Knutsford and Wilmslow. Had the best tikka masala here. The staff hover a lot but that's not a bad thing they are straight on it with their service and the seating offers an amazing balcony.

Dined in with two children at 6pm on a Friday night. They’ve transformed the building and it’s now got a nice, cosy ambience, which was missing previously on this site. Service was great, food delicious.

Went on Sunday evening. Absolute chaos! Had to leave after an hour. Had one drink, which we had to ask for. Nobody approached the table. People around us complaining about food not arriving and lack of service. Absolute chaos! Nobody in charge and excuse was a private party upstairs. Walked out after an hour. No food.

A great addition to Didsbury and the new best curry house. Good service and the curry was full of flavour. Generous portions. Didn't feel like I needed to worry about food hygeiene, unlike the other Didsbury curry houses. Great fit out!

Stunning modern restaurant! Service was super quick! Staff are very attentive and had a lovely chat with us. Food was amazing and portions were of a good size. Overall this restaurant is definitely worth a visit! We travelled 45 minutes and we would 100% go back!

Arrived at 7 and ordered drinks and starters, they said to ask a colleague when we were ready to order mains. We were sat in a corner and rarely saw a server and couldn't get their attention as they didn't look our way as they weren't coming past us and didn't come to check. When we did ask if we could order they said they would get a colleague to come and take it. We repeated this 3 times. Eventually gave up at 8.45, asked to settle the bill so far (which we negitiated a discount on) and left, walked round the corner and were welcomed with open arms and fantastic service at the The original third eye. The starters we ate were nice and the place looks lovely but without decent service it was all fur coat and no knickers. My advice is stick with the established businesses like Third Eye who are losing custom to these new big ventures and were almost empty when we arrived.

Dined here with friends. The food was tasty. Our server was friendly, although he got told off by the manager for chatting to us which was weird (We heard him say “just take the order and leave them”!). Lamb chops starter - lovely juicy. Prawn main course was nice but 4 king prawns for £19.90 was daylight robbery. We paid £106 per couple (incl 1 bottle of the cheap Malbec) which is perhaps the most I have ever paid for an Indian meal. Not sure based on price/value that we will hurry back tbh.

Service in here is very slow I have ate in the wilmslow and knutsford restaurant and they are excellent - this one is a shadow of that place. The place is lovely to look at but has no substance im afraid. Waste of £204!

Picked up a selection of curry's, all cooked perfectly and taste amazing. Sides are delicious. Took half an hour from order to collection. Inside looks great. Will be sure to sit in next time. Certainly one of the best restaurant's for taste, portion size and price in Didsbury.
