We wanted a nice brunch together after a visit to the vets nearby, but we had our dog with us. We were delighted to find this cafe that made it clear dogs were welcome inside. Husband had a full English and said it was particularly good. I had some tasty cheese on toast which was just what I fancied, and something which you can’t always get. Finn, our collie, got his own bowl of water once we’d sat down, and ordered his own special portion of chopped sausage and black pudding. He didn’t give a review. He was too busy inhaling it. The new owners haven’t been here long, but I wish them well and hope to be passing by again soon.

Popped in totally unassuming, first ever visit. Was craving some salt and vinegar chips whether with fish or without after seeing someone eat some fish and chips on tv (not from here specifically, just general)😂 Got a small portion as I'm on a budget. Friendly and prompt service, sustainable cardboard box packaging. Great portion of fish, would've preferred more chips but I got a small so I suppose that's on me haha. Yummy fish, lovely texture, and nicely salted and perfect amount of vinegar on the crispy but soft chips. Thank you!☺️✨️

As others have mentioned, this franchise owned by Optimum Group do not follow UK employment law. Avoid. They will offer you a job in writing, ask you to hand in your notice, and then you go into work and they don't know who you are, and say the job is no longer available

Fussy kitchen has some unique Srilankan dishes which I haven't had before. I had Jackfruit rice and lamb which is a Wednesday special. The food was tasty and spicy as well. My friends had kothu porotta, kothu pittu, kothu noolpittu. We all tried everything and all of them were really good. I just couldn't believe that a restaurant like this was unknown to most south Indians in Liverpool when they were going to other restaurants and raving about average biriyani dishes. We also had masala chai which was also fitting to the spicy food that we had. Will go again for sure!!!!
