I ordered crispy seaweed which I order at every opportunity and unfortunately the chef served up some stale food that I believe had been nuked in the microwave. It was disgusting and embarrassing for the chef to serve such crap and charge £7. Would I go back?....never. There are 2 restaurants next door choose one of them.

Chicken chow mein, vegetable chow mein and sui mai fresh very nice. Coukd have been a bit drier. Would order from them again.

This is a very friendly restaurant, with excellent food. It was a favourite of ours pre- Covid. The food and service are still just as good now.

This place was colection only, only realised this when the food was ready, I had to get an uber to pick it up which cost me £12 there and back. Should be separate places for colection only restaurants.

Everything was fine, portion sizes for the price was a bit disappointing. 4 Siu Mai, and not a lot of noodles for £5 etc

Unfortunately the meals that was delivered was all wrong. Tried contacting restaurant but could not speak to anyone. Decided to dish up what had been delivered, only to get a phone call informing us that we had the wrong meals. Food was nice, but I would of liked what we had ordered.

Love this place. My fave Chinese in liverpool. Staff are so friendly & helpful. Quality that is worth paying for.

Great tasting hot quality food

Chicken was rubbery and the bbq sauce tasted like fish and it was black im sure that is not normal it also had the consistency of water..tiny bag of frozen chips for 3 quid never again..small portion sizes

Excellent food as usual. Can highly recommend this restaurant. Can also recommend the beef and blackbean and the sweet and sour king prawn. The prawn toast is hard to beat.

I had high hopes for this place. Its been there so long that I assumed it must be good. The food was nothing we haven't ordered before but were not at all great. We didn't finish and won't return. I've never had a hot and sour soup look quite as brown as this.

Sent vegetable curry instead of beef curry could not get in touch to rectify order egg fried rice was more like yellow basmati rice terrible will never order from here again

By far our favourite go to Chinese take-away. Food always arrives early, is extremely flavourful and very goid portion sizes. Excellent value. Can highly recommend the beef in blackbean, and any of the king prawn dishes.

Sorry no I like fried rice not rice that isn't fried otherwise it's just boiled rice the noodles tasted strange the chips where the only tasty thing

Salt and pepper box burnt your tongue it was so salty. Left 90% of it. Chips were garbage. Curry just bland packet style, boiled chicken in the chow mein with soggy noodles. Really poor standard, don't bother.

We went along for a family member's significant birthday last evening. Some of us had travelled from Yorkshire and Wales so had never been before. The staff were very welcoming, the food was great, and we even took the leftovers home! We were a party of 9, so 2 tables were put together. I was happy from a covid point of view as the other diners seemed quite a distance away, so I felt comfortable. We chatted with the staff a bit more once other diners had left and they were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would go there again next time We visit Liverpool. We were treated to this meal, so didn't pay ourselves but we understand that the bill was very reasonable, bearing in mind most of us were driving so drank Chinese tea and soft drinks.

Visited last night for the first time. A hidden gem. Food was excellent - tasty and authentic. We are a third generation Chinese family and have eaten in many Chinese restaurants. Management and staff friendly and attentive. Will definitely be returning.

Very average quality ingredients and cooking skill demonstrated and not great value for money either. Service is terse when you can find somebody. The interior and furniture are very tired and in need of a refresh or at least some TLC. Everything felt very complacent. I wouldn't choose to come here again.

The food is probably the best I’ve ever had from a takeout but the delivery driver has tried to walk away without giving me my change 3 times. He must do it to every house he delivers to. He’s very shifty and he’s the only reason why I’ll never order a delivery from them again.

Awful food and awful service. Bland, salty not tasty. We hardly ate it yet they refused to knock anything off the bill. Food came out at all different times so couldn’t eat together. Chips were forgot so had to remind them. I wouldn’t mind but we were the first and only ones in there! Felt like we were forgot about once other customers arrived. Terrible exp ever again

The appearance was great , unfortunately the taste was somewhat missing, I found it all a little bland, portions good, when I collected the poor girl seemed run of her feet and apart from chef was on her own, might be wrong , prices not bad for this area.

How can I give this place less than 1 star?? Cold food, bland taste and over 2 hours late. Would NOT recommend nor would I go here again.

Poor quality food. Waited over 2 hours. Obviously after all that tome food was also cold. Wouldn't go here again. We tang about it a few times and were told its out with driver. We only live a few minutes away

Recently started going here as it is much cheaper than our locally chippie and the quality is much much better

Good basic but tasty Chinese food served quickly

First time ordered, food was fine although the crispy seaweed didn't taste fresh and there was not alot of black bean sauce. It wasn't the worst and it was convenient.

Came here spur of the moment. It was quite busy but managed to get a table. Only a small restaurant. Service was excellent and the food freshly cooked. Portions were good sizes so we took some home. Will return
