Ordered online through Uber eats 5 mins later I receive a message saying that I cancelled the order which was a total lie, now I don't get a refund, great scam BEWARE DON'T ORDER FROM HERE

Worst food I've ever had. it used to be really good but I don't know what has happened . I ordered via uber eats, and when it came I had missing items but was still charged awful chicken wrap at an absolute ripp off price for the quality never again

Dude gave me a wrap that looked like a smack heads rollie.

Spent £26 on food both burgers came burnt and the rest of the food freezing

This place must of been taken over recently as the food is awful . Curdled cheese cake , burn wings with no sauce like advertised, uncooked chips and the meal hanging out the container when delivered . Can’t get money back . Awful service

I ordered today and the chips were soggy, not piri piri chip’s seasoning proper done, chips and chicken were tasteless. Chicken wings were not just wings were mixed with tights, were not 6 but 5 and wing were falling a part. You don’t make piri piri chips just dropping the piri piri salt on top. You need to mix it proper. I used to like the food here. Chicken used to be crispy, juice and tasty and piri piri chips were really tasty and well seasoned. I hope they can recover the previous standard.

I have been waiting for my food for 1hour 50 mins and I'm still waiting they haven't even e-mail me to tell me if they received my order or whether it's on its way and they already charged me on PayPal for food I haven't got.

Terrible experience. - Food came two hours late. - Missing a whole meal (wrap, chips, drink) - Called numerous times but line was declined their side - When answered I explained missing items and was told 'chips' would be sent to me, when I tried to clarify what was missing the line was disconnected - Food was barely warm, chicken was so dry

Every time I order from here I get the same burger and it’s cooked perfectly every time hats off to the chef

Ordered piri piri on uber eats and I've gotta say it was absolutely spot on. The same order I was about to get from nandos was £51.50 on deliveroo. Ordered the same thing from here and it was £31 literally 20 pounds cheaper the nandos pricing is absolutely ridiculous. Piri piri have a new customer in me spot on.

Me and my work colleague visited this place and to say it was bland is an understatement the hot is so mild and the sauce was watered down no flavour whatsoever and 11 quid for 2 wraps and a coke rip off wont be going back!

Food cooked fresh for you, so can be a bit of a wait, but well worth it Tables are available so you can eat in Possible to get a beer from their fridge to go with your meal The spicy chips and burgers are exactly that, a proper real tasty treat. Ideal stopping point after a beer or three.

Got my third order for this takeaway tonight and it was outstanding as always, got a fresh chicken pitta, which was lovely and fresh! My partner got crispy chicken wrap that was also really fresh and tasty! Nice big portions, proper quality food! Some off the negative reviews on here must be fake or have no clue! Because all three orders off mine where consistent! See you soon again. PS try their homemade cakes!

I was not expecting much, as this type of chicken in Liverpool is usually overcooked, but when i walked in my hopes picked up. Solid menu not straying from mostly Portuguese inspired dishes. Got the half.chicken medium hot, fries,.coleslaw and a can of Sumol, all for about a tenner. I am honestly really impressed with the chicken and even the coleslaw (the Sumol fizzy drink is a given). Great grilling, not over cooked on the inside and nicely charred on the outside. Only slight disappointment was the chips -standard bought fries with a bit of piri salt on the top. But the chicken is what its about and that has to be 5 stars. Guy serving and cooking was also very friendly.

We visited Liverpool and stayed near penny lane for 3 days and had dinner 3 days in a row as we liked the burger and half chicken taste very much . And the person who works there also very cool and makes the order fast. Sure we visit hear yo eat agin if we are in Liverpool 👍

the worst food i have ever ordered, i would most certainly discourage Anyone from buying from here. food was cold, chicken was dry and meals didn’t come with anything stated. chicken pita was a stale pita with dry chicken, no toppings stated were included. chicken fried wrap had burnt chicken also no toppings included and the spicy rice was just rice mixed with hot sauce, no flavour at all. horrible food, wouldnt feed to my dogs.

5* order here often, gourmet burgers are next level as well as banoffee pie. Food always fresh. prepared immaculate, can’t fault this place. Unbelievable.

I've ordered from Piri Piri Express so many times now, and I've never been let down. Amazing chicken. Amazing sauce. AMAZING garlic bread. The pastéis de nata are unreal. I completely recommend the very hot chicken breast - the sauce leaves you sweating and gasping for something cold but it is SO WORTH IT. I've also tried the half chicken, and that's great too. Super tender, juicy and spicyyyyyyy. Better than Nando's by a long shot. Oh, and did I mention they do banoffee pie????? Yeah. DELICIOUS.

The best piri piri chicken that I have tried! My favourite dish is the piri piri wings. Always fresh ingredients and the meat is perfectly grilled. Excellent and friendly service too! Highly recommended!

Great chicken place, the food was freshly made upon our order, we had half of the chicken and Peri Peri wings and chips. Everything was delicious, the chicken was juicy! we got offered extra sauces for chips for free and the guy serving us was super nice and attentive! Highly recommended for a quick bite!

Me and my partner visited here today. We had BBQ ribs to start, Beef burger meal deal with piri piri chips for the main and banoffee pie for dessert. The ribs were the best weve had in a very very long time, not what we expected from a takeaway place like this. Burger was cooked to perfection, very tasty! Banoffee pie...well, this was my favourite because I have a real sweet tooth. Could tell it was homemade and was delicious. Customer service was fantastic, very friendly staff. Will be visiting again for sure :)

La comida aquí es mucho, mucho mejor que las tiendas de pollo promedio repartidas por la ciudad. Es mi local ir a la tienda de pollo cada vez que me apetece comer algo. Las patatas fritas y la hamburguesa de pollo son muy buenas, el chef es muy amable y el personal se ocupa de ti. No se desanime por otras malas críticas, muchas personas ordenan de deliveryoo / just - eat cuando viven al otro lado de la ciudad y esperan que su comida llegue en 5 minutos y caliente. si realmente quieres saber de qué se trata este lugar para comer o recogerte!

I can't report on the quality of the food as after 1 hour and 40 minutes I still haven't received it! So I cancelled as the service was appalling!

Llamó a la marca de la hora y dijeron que serían 7 minutos. . . 40 minutos después Esta tienda no puede hacer frente a períodos ocupados, como los viernes y sábados por la noche. O durante / después del fútbol. La comida estaba tibia, no me impresionó. No volveré a ordenar desde aquí. El personal ni siquiera se disculpó.
