BLACK STAR PIZZA in Liverpool

We ordered a 12” chicken and mushroom pizza for takeaway, and it was both ample in size and delicious. The chicken and mushrooms were flavorful, and the pizza was well-packaged, keeping it fresh and hot. Overall, a great experience with quality taste and presentation.

Over 30 mins past the delivery time called the shop to be told will send another one. Asked for a refund to then argue with me saying no they will send me another one absolutely disgusting service. No refund and no pizza

Not impressed with the food at all. We got Garlic Bread with cheese for the kids. My daughter said that there was more cheese on the Aldi one. We got a Xl fries to share between 4 of us, thinking that it would be enough but then got a small one too just incase. the XL Fries was literally a level double box of tasteless, unseasoned fries. Not enough for 1. At £4.40, I would have expected more. The garlic mushrooms where shrivelled, dry and tasteless. For nearly £50, I'm shocked. Never again 😒

great pizza delivered on time, I have been waiting since the delivery for the delivery driver to return my change, however he says he will bring it tonight between 12 and 1am. I'm hoping he does as I need at least £2 for my travel

first time using black star, won't be the last. I placed my order and because the just eat app made things unclear I received a phonecall to make sure that my kebab had the salad or sauce I require. great service and shows the staff care, the food came quick and was fresh, the driver was also polite. my order was small and was for one person, I was surprised at the low delivery fee given the amount I spent and at such a late time. no complaints, I would personally recommend.

Didn’t deliver full order, when I rang up I was met with rude staff, abusive staff and told point blank no I wouldn’t get my refund and Just Eat haven’t helped at all!

Overall happy although the online ordering asks what pizza you want and then gets you to choose 2 toppings and that is what you get, we ordered 5 meal deals 1 was supposed to be kebab but was sent a pizza, other than that food was good

Absolutely delicious double cheeseburger and salad oozing with melted cheese, and a lovely thick burger. The slim fries were divine. I just wish they were already salted. Delivered by a lovely, friendly driver. Thank you.

Wasn’t Gateau that came it was some sort of dark chocolate cake. Chips were cold and uncooked, chicken burger was Freezing. Not happy with order at all.

Didn’t get what I ordered, what I did get that was correct, arrived with the dietary requirements that I’d made them aware about, they added! So we couldn’t eat it. Rang them and I was met with the rudest man, yelling at me! I won’t order from them again!

The food was disgusting and they never gave me the correct pizza base I asked for. The chips were freezing n sweaty n barely cooked. Not impressed. I hate spending money when the food is awful. Shocking this place is open if it always cooks like that.
