This is my second time to eat here. The food tastes like home cooking and the price is fair. The portions are sufficient. I will come back again.

Never judge a book by its cover. It may not look like much from the outside but the food is fantastic! So tasty and reasonably priced. Recommend+++

My favourite restaurant in the UK so far, because it makes me feel home. Very humble but friendly staff, reasonable price, delicious Chinese local food, running by a young couple and their parents(I guess), and they work hard. Which is very different than other Chinese restaurants: agressive and arrogant staff (particularly in some Hongkong restaurants in London); highly charged dishes ( I remember one dish of green vegetables can be £13-15 !!! Wth! ) ; adapted taste for local customers, etc. I highly recommend the Sichuan pepper fried beef with tofu and potatoes, 干锅牛肉， 麻香油辣，梦飞祖国…！ prepared by the Chef, I heard him shouting from the kitchen: “the dish is ready!” At the end, if you are looking for a Michelin level restaurant, here might not be the best place for you.

Visited many times. Food are very cheap and is served with big portion. One of the hidden gems in liverpool i would say. Very authentic chinese restaurant.

The food was good, but the service left a lot to be desired. The young lady had a very bad attitude and was very rude when she served the customers. She spoke to us very impatiently and seemed very angry when we asked her questions. The poor service from this particular staff member really impacted our experience. Hopefully, the management will address this issue as it's not fair for customers to receive such poor treatment.

Delicious food, big portion, affordable price

Amazing food! Really delicious and tastes exactly like the food I had in China. Service is also great - very friendly. (Bear in mind the menu is only in Chinese, although there is a small board on the side with a few dishes translated into English.)

I’ve ordered a fried beef noodles and some dumplings. Beef noodles are nice. There’s a lot of beef but the noodles are a bit oily. Dumplings skin is very thick. Not my favourite but it will feed you well with a low price. Staffs there are super nice.

Cheap compared to "standard" Restaurant prices (around £9 a dish at August 2022 compared to around £14 a dish), in a small, basically decorated establishment, which resembles more a cafe than a standard Restaurant. A surprisingly good variety of Chinese food is served here, including cool noodles from Hunan, & barbecued cooked meats from Guangdong / Hong Kong. Drinks wise, the variety appeared not so good (they were out of Orange Juice, and no Chinese Tea seemed available at the time), but the staff seemed polite enough.

Extremely delicious and worth the price. Recommend everyone to come! It’s really super delicious, especially the braised pork rice and cured meat. The key is that the price is not expensive and the quantity is larger than other restaurants! I wish this restaurant a prosperous business! Can keep driving ❤️

The most amazing food. So tasty and tender. The owner is also the most wonderful person you could meet. It's only a small place and not flashy like some of the bigger restaurants, but I went for the food and fantastic hospitality. Will definitely go again often!

This is a true hidden gem of Liverpool, offering some amazing foods thats cooked to perfection. This is not your average run of the mill Chinese dinner, and the inside isn't as murder as you would expect. This place however makes up it and more with the food and warm friendly service. The portions are huge and price is cheaper that what you would expect. This was by far a place you need to visit.

Highly recommended, the roasted pork, pickled fish and dry-fried beef river, with the authentic taste of wok gas. The boss cooks it himself. Specially recommend the oolong milk tea.

Really didn't know what to expect. Decor was a bit bland, but here for the food. However a very pleasant surprise. Nice food..adequately priced as well.
