This place is a must, the food is amazing and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The restaurant has a warm upbeat atmosphere. You will not leave hungry, fantastic value for money. I definitely will be back!!!!!

Always a great atmosphere in the shipwrights, so friendly any time we go in, great bar service, Couldn't ask for anything better, 100% plus.

A really great place to visit for food and drinks with friends. The menu is extensive and reasonable priced. Food quality is excellent and we love sampling the local beers made at the brewery on site. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely cumberland sausage dinner with a great gravy and the Missus had a very nice feta cheese and onion flatbread while on holiday at the end of September. Nice spot, great food, healthy portions... very nice.

My last review of number 11 was five stars the food was different exciting lots of different textures and delicious.What a difference the starter was half done and lazy we sent it back.The second one was the best part of the meal.The rest of the meal was all precooked nothing added no texture and totally uninspiring. This is a really nice place friendly staff and an owner who is passionate about food.Sadly the food is letting the place down.

We are staying in a holiday cottage locally & after visiting Wastwater came for lunch. I had tuna mayo sandwich and my husband had a sausage sandwich. I had a cold drink & Terry, a coffee. There was a nice fresh salad with the tuna sandwich. I did find the filling quite bland as it didn't have any seasoning. It was a generous helping though. The salad was nice. The property itself needs some TLC, particularly outside as the tables and chairs all have peeling cracked paint. You can hear the river rushing along which is lovely and robins visit the tables for crumbs.

We loved it AGAIN. Absolutely delicious !!!

Great to be able to take our dog inside after a long walk, can't comment on the food, we only had a couple of pints but it was relaxing to sit in view of the harbour. They even had a doggy menu, we got a venison chew stick which kept our staffy busy for ten minutes or so
